Great location but the rooms are the issue. We were in the 5th floor which is under the rooftop terrace and you could hear furniture and music while trying to sleep. The room design is horrible with no separate bathroom. Sharing a room with someone is difficult if you’re not comfortable with them seeing you in the buff as the shower is not closed off from the room. The shower floor also is dingy. The worst bit is the automatic bathroom light which shines through the room for 10 min each time someone uses the bathroom there is no way to turn it off. So you wake up the other person and then can’t get back to bed because the light is so bright. I had also prearranged a birthday surprise for arrival that was not taken care of.

Excellent place for a city break. Rooms are clean and well styled. The staff are friendly and efficient. The roof top bar, pool and sunbathing area is small but atmospheric. The only downside was out traveling companions didn't enjoy their breakfast, and there needed to be more milk included with the inroom coffee

The room was very far from sound proof, there were a lot of weird noises coming from the build in the wall fridge, the rooftop pool is very small, shallow and there's not really a great view of the city, the breakfast options were mediocre and not really good and the breakfast buffet workers were not really nice. I won't come again. The only decent thing about it was the location, close to the ferry.

Booked 2 nights here whilst travelling around Tenerife. Fantastic location. Rooms were clean, staff lovely. We parked in the hotel carpark. Be mindful that it’s quite tight. We drove a VW Taigo.
