A really fantastic stay at a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, showing us to our room. Very dog friendly, with dogs not just tolerated but welcomed, even ours! Rooms are great. We had a superking bed, one of the most comfortable I ever stayed in, practicalities thought of like plugs by the bed, ambient music playing as you walk in. Idyllic location by the water (welcome after Britain's longest ever drought), nice green grass. Very quiet location, good sized TV with Netflix (a nice touch). Fabulous food and well worth the money (we ate by teh river). Only tiny criticism is that room service didn't answer a few times when we tried to book restaurant but we got a table in the end so very minor.

Absolutely beautiful setting for a short break in nature with lovely individual niches next to the mill stream. First class experience, lovely food ( breakfast was especially delicious). Staff were friendly, attentive enough but not intrusive. There is road noise, mostly light traffic, which is not intrusive. You will also hear train horns from time to time. The spaces are well appointed, well presented and comfortable with a feeling of privacy maintained by carefully placing paths, patios and greenery.
The view is scenic and the birds are always singing. The food is divine I've yet to have anything that displeases my pallet. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. I quite enjoy the breakfast in bed option. They very discreetly bring you your meal which was particularly delightful for me as a non-morning person who prefers my solitude. All in all I would definitely recommend this as a couples getaway.
Tuddenham Mill has quickly become our favourite place to stay in the UK. The location is beautiful - the mill itself, the stream, the tipi, the view from the rooms. Stunning. So peaceful throughout. We stayed in one of the nooks with a hot tub and it was perfect. It was secluded, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need - robes, toiletries, tea and coffee, a fridge and complimentary juice and gin - along with full simple instructions for the hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub in the sun with a glass of wine looking out over that beautiful view was heaven. We stayed on a very hot day and when we arrived the hot tub was steaming! It was easy enough to cool it down which was wonderful in the warm weather. This also meant the nook itself got very hot. A fan was provided but gosh we wished for air con during the night! The light also streamed in from the early hours as the blinds weren't blackout, but honestly minor grievances for us. We had dinner at the tipi and the food was incredible. The fillet steak in particular. Breakfast in the morning was offered as room service which we liked having the option for, however went into the main restaurant. Again the food was great and there was plenty of choice. The service at breakfast was impeccable - Jackie and Eva were an absolute delight. The service throughout was brilliant, we were made to feel very welcome by everyone. There are lots of other room choices that were bigger, but we loved having the hot tub. Just a really lovely relaxing and beautiful country stay. Well worth every penny in my opinion. Would have loved a little pair of binoculars to look at all the wildlife that flies/runs around! An absolute hidden gem, can't wait to come back!
Stayed for Bed and Breakfast. Good parking, lovely welcome. Stayed in the Nook, clean and comfortable bedroom and en suite. Really quiet as no disturbance from adjacent rooms. Lovely grounds and the teepee looked great. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely staff. How to stay again when we visit the area.
