Exceptional, highly professional service from Alek I would especially like to recognise Aleksander Klusik (Alek), Front of House Manager, for the exceptional level of service he provides at Graduate by Hilton Cambridge. From my interactions with Alek, I have been genuinely impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness and the way he communicates with guests. He is warm, respectful, efficient and incredibly thoughtful — exactly the kind of person who creates a strong first impression of a hotel. His approach feels personal without ever losing professionalism, and you can immediately see that he genuinely cares about the guest experience. Alek represents a very high standard of hospitality and is a real credit to Graduate by Hilton Cambridge. Thank you for such excellent service.

We stayed at Graduate Cambridge last Sunday to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Aleksander went above and beyond to assist us and make sure everything was perfect. As a Hilton Gold member, I have stayed at numerous Hilton properties across the UK, but Graduate Cambridge stands out as one of the best. The room condition was excellent, the pool was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's stunning location right along the river made our stay extra memorable. We are so grateful to Aleksander and the entire team for making my husband’s birthday celebration so special. We will definitely be back!

We spent ten days at this hotel. We experienced nothing less than excellent and friendly service. Ciyan welcomed us, sorted our room and was a most congenial and helpful host throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully prepared. And the people who serviced the rooms kept it that way. We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the Cam and the cows on the other side. A beautiful and relaxing view. We must applaud the entire breakfast team who kept everything running smoothly and calmly even when the restaurant was full. Always a smile. Always a cup of coffee or tea at the ready. Excellent food choice. I highly recommend the porridge. Dinners are also delicious and cooked with care. For us the menu is fish heavy - a schnitzel wouldn’t go amiss - but the quality of the ingredients is first class. Charlie in the bar was a well of information and I discovered my new favourite sherry on his advice. Any room issues were resolved efficiently. Andy ironed out a hum in the room as well as giving us a run down of the local theatre. Locals know best! We made use of the laundry service. Again well organised. Julia and Konrad behind the desk were helpful and informative with the local information we needed and booking taxis. They also kindly delivered our parcels directly to our room. We have stayed in hotels all over the world. But this hotel is special. It is a ‘Happy Hotel’ and we will certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay at Graduate Cambridge. The service was excellent and the location right by the River Cam was brilliant. The breakfast was delicious, with a great range of gluten-free and vegetarian options. Our room was spacious and serviced every day, which was much appreciated. The only gripe was the television, although it was a good size, the speaker wasn’t working properly and wasn’t loud enough to comfortably enjoy anything. The channel selection was also quite limited unless you cast from your mobile. Other than that, we had no issues at all and really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful location and a great hotel overall with friendly and polite staff.
