Citystay Franklin House

Really good value and attractive and modern accommodation. The staff were excellent and very helpful at every step both before we arrived and during our stay. A few very minor things needed attention and were dealt with very promptly. The area to the front and one side of the flats was quite commercial but the location itself was very convenient for everything. Well equipped co op a few minutes walk away and lots of good takeaway food. Tesco's a short drive away. Lovely Milton Park for walking a short walk away too near Tesco's. Our ground floor flat had a very nice secure garden. Softening the site, especially to the front near the older building and on the property side of the wall between the flats and the road, with easy care shrubs in large pots or raised sleepers would make this place unbeatable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to the Citystay team for making it all so pleasant and welcoming for us and for going the extra mile. The flat itself was very quiet which was lovely.

Beautiful house located near Cambridge Science Park. Buses are accessible to anywhere. Walkable distance to North Cambridge railway station. Closer grocery stores, numerous options available. Even clinic and pharmacy is in walkable distance.
