We had a wonderful day visiting the Giza Pyramids, and overall it was a great experience! Our guide, Adel, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. He shared lots of fascinating information and took so many great photos for us, which we really appreciated. The camel and horse rides were a highlight, offering amazing views of the pyramids, and the included meal was delicious — it was lovely to try a local dish. However, I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few issues with communication. We weren’t informed before booking that there would be an extra charge for pick-up from our apartment, and only found out after the cancellation period had ended. Also, there were no child-friendly food options, so unfortunately my children didn’t eat. Lastly, the itinerary mentioned a visit to the bazaar, which didn’t take place. Despite these points, it was still a lovely day and we don’t want to take away from Adel’s excellent guiding. With a bit better communication, this would have been a perfect experience.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging — sharing fascinating stories and history that brought ancient Egypt to life for both the adults and the kids in our group. After exploring the breathtaking sites, we enjoyed a delicious authentic Egyptian lunch, full of flavor and culture. The day ended perfectly with a peaceful boat ride on the Nile, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. Adel went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included, comfortable, and entertained. His passion for Egypt’s history and his warm personality made this one of the best tours we’ve ever done. Visiting the Giza Pyramids was an absolute dream come true, and having Mahmoud my tour guide made the experience even more unforgettable. From the moment I met him, his warmth, and professionalism. Mahmoud expertly guided us through the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, pointing out details I would have easily missed on my own. He also helped me navigate the area smoothly, making sure I stayed comfortable and safe. I highly recommend exploring the Giza Pyramids with Mahmoud. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt!

Where can i start !!! The trip an amazing one with Adel assistance on programming the trip for us made everything smooth and easy for us to enjoy he was our tour guide and translator not to forget he was helpful in everything else . I also got into a situation where i left my jewellery (wedding ring and bangles) at the screening in the airport after i left i communicated with him and he told me they found them i was so happy . Adel. Wow Where do I start? The man saved me and my girlfriend from a hostile situation in which we found ourself in a local area, Getting swarmed by young people getting harassed. Adel came out of no where and at the kindness of his heart, with no intention of selling us anything, he helped us by taking us into a random shop to offer protection. And then had his friend get his car, whilst he stayed with us, to the take us out of the area. What a man! We got speaking on the way home, A truly kind hearted well spoken guy. It turns out he’s a tour guide and offers in my eyes what must be the best tour I’ve had. He didn’t want much but for us to be happy. He has a lovely vehicle and took us from our hotel the next morning to Giza. He knew exactly what I wanted to do, as a floor layer he took us to a carpet manufacturer rug shop, A cotton factory store, A perfume shop A shop that sells papyrus And most importantly a great roam around the pyramids where he purchased our tickets for everything and it was all included in the price at the end. We rode quad bikes, camels and he had bought us pizza whilst he was waiting to save our time. I got the post amazing photos taken. I gave him double what he asked for as the day I had was soo good. And for what he had done for me the day before. Money cannot buy these experiences so take my advice and book your tour with this absolute legend. Habibi A5oya 💙

We arrived in Egypt and decided to tour the pyramids. We choose Sam and his team and we were so glad we did. We were met at the hotel and from very early into the journey it was evident to us that we had made a very good choice. Sam was very informative and was able to engage with us very clearly and enthusiastically. We enjoyed the pyramids, sphinx, camel rides, quad bikes and dinner. We were guided as to what was an appropriate amount to tip at each stage and we were grateful as we no doubt would have paid over and above expectations. Our photos of the trip were excellent and we had a wonderful experience. At no time did we feel vulnerable or concerned. Thank you Sam.

Ibrahim was very helpful and friendly, we had a nice tour with some information about the locations and some history. He helped me ordering one of the local dishes that wasn’t easy to find and delivered it to my accommodation. Ibrahim will be my tour guide for my next trip for sure.

Capoo was the best guide and he is also a good friend! I went to egypt with my best friend and he took us on a dinner cruise and to visit the city. We had so much fun, talked and laughed all the time and learned a lot about Egypt. Moreover, when we had any issue or necessity he helped us in a very kind and caring way (for example he drove us to the airport on our way back home) I strongly recommend him!
