Vip Meet And Greet Private Hotel Transfer From Cairo Airport

We were met at the gate, fine. We were guided to the visa machine, fine. We were made to wait for 20 minutes for another party to be gathered, when I had chosen a private meet and greet! We were then all taken to the fast track security where our guide had us wait whilst he tried to get the other group through on our fast track. Not the best experience I have had. I estimate that this delayed our exit by 40 minutes, meaning were were later to our hotel than planned.

Met Kyrillos airside where he got our visas and efficiently got us through immigration and customs. Comfortable a/c car and a very entertaining conversation on our way through the rush hour traffic of central Cairo. Highly recommend

Our experience arriving in Cairo was so smooth and relaxing. Carlos met us at the airport, helped us get our luggage, through the visa process and then drove us to our hotel. Carlos is knowledgeable, fun and very nice. Thank you for making us feel so welcome to Egypt.

Isaac was there with a sign and a smile even though it was about 2 am! He quickly ushered us through immigration (we already had our visas) and helped us retrieve our luggage. His car was clean and comfortable and he gave us a little guided tour on the way to our hotel in Cairo. Highly recommend this service. He can also arrange tours while you’re in Cairo. We were part of another tour group and our schedule was quite full, however.

Kyro was excellent. He was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived after a long trip. He was very efficient. He purchased our visas, took us through passport control, customs, and then he drove us to our Hotel. He spoke very good English, he was dressed in a suit and tie, and gave us a lot of information about Cairo. It was the perfect beginning to our trip, and Kyro took care of everything.

Overall outstanding service!! Our drive Kyrolos (not sure of exact name spelling) met us before passport control and guided us through very efficiently. He also helped us through customs quickly. During the journey, he pointed out places of interest with some information. The initial online taxi ordering service was efficient and I got confirmation quickly. Seeing Kyrolos so soon after arriving in Cairo airport, took a weight of my mind. I could relax and he guided us through the airport. I really recommend this company and Kyrolos!

This was the best experience I have ever had entering a country. Our driver Kyro met us before immigration, took us right through to baggage claim, and then drove us to our hotel. Kyro was a great ambassador for his country and our first Egyptian friend!

Kyrillos, our driver, was very professional and easy to find through a hectic airport early in the morning. He took us quickly through passport control and to our luggage pickup. Offered us tea and cake while we waited. Gave us a nice little tour on our way to hotel, pointing out highlights. Highly recommend. Worth the price.

Arrived a few days early to our scheduled Nile Cruise and was concerned about our arrival in the late hour and then processing through Visa, Passport and luggage collection, with my husband having knee/walking issues (knee replacement soon), and then on to our hotel. Isaac was PHENOMENAL! Great communication from the beginning which put my worried mind at ease! Our plane was late coming in but Isaac stayed on top of it. He met us at the meeting point for the tourism representative, next to the duty-free and before the Visa and passport control, holding up a sign with our name on it. He guided us through the Visa process, and then on to Passport Control. Our Airlines did not give us any paperwork we were supposed to turn in and he was able to assist us with passport control. Incredible because of him. On to luggage, he took care of collecting our luggage, toting it to his awaiting car. All seamlessly, all carefree for us. On to the hotel in Cairo (Sheraton) and while driving beautifully in Cairo (not easy) pointed out a few sights on the way. Isaac is a lovely person, very professional, very kind, very knowledgeable. So grateful I booked this!

Isaac was wonderful. He was waiting promptly and escorted us through customs and picking up our baggage. He made the process easier and quicker. Then on our drive to hotel he showed us important sites and told us about Cairo, and answered all of our questions. His English is excellent.

Great experience. Ask for Kyrillos. Kyrillos met me as I got off the plane before passport control. He helped my get my evisa ( you can do it at the airport and takes 1 minute) then got me through customs and into the car and right to the hotel. I have to say that Issac, my driver from the airport to my hotel, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through customs and security. He showed me where and how to get a visa. On the way he pointed out the significant buildings, and we discussed life in contemporary Egypt. Issac was a great guide and driver.

Isaac was right on time. Despite the ungodly hour. Think it’s the first time someone was waiting for us with a sign bearing our name! Felt special. He ushered us through the customs area, helped retrieve our bags and off we went to our hotel with a brief tour of Cairo from the highway. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
