Vip Meet And Assist With Transfer From Cairo And Spx Airport

We recently booked the VIP Meet & Assist service through Adi Tours for a group of 12, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, booking directly was a breeze. Ahmed was an absolute superstar—he was always available to answer our questions promptly, even during odd hours, giving us complete peace of mind before our trip. Upon landing in Cairo, Ayman met us right on time. He expertly assisted us through immigration and helped our entire group navigate the airport seamlessly and stress-free. Once outside, our driver, Mohammed, safely and comfortably transported our group of 12 to our hotel. Navigating Cairo roads can be intense, but Mohammed was a skilled professional, and not once did we feel anything less than completely secure on the highways. Adi Tours provided a truly five-star experience from start to finish. The next time we are in Egypt, we will definitely reach out to Ahmed and his amazing team again.

Very smooth and hassle free….

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience! We booked this airport assistance and pickup service expecting a smooth arrival, especially since we needed help navigating the visa-on-arrival process in Egypt. Despite communicating with the company ahead of time and confirming our arrangements, no one was there when we arrived. We waited and communicated with THREE different people through WhatsApp, yet no one could provide clear instructions or properly coordinate our arrival. Someone finally showed up 45 minutes later, but by then it was already too late for them to assist us with the arrival process. We were left to figure out the visa procedures and airport navigation entirely on our own. In the end, we had to arrange our own transportation and take an Uber to our destination. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and stressful, especially after a long international flight. The whole purpose of booking this service was to make our arrival easier, but instead, it created more confusion and wasted our time. I would absolutely NOT recommend this service. If you’re offering airport assistance and pickup, punctuality and proper communication should be the bare minimum. We paid for a service we essentially never received, and a full refund is warranted.

We recently booked a meet and greet service at sphinx airport with them. Their representative was waiting for us before immigration and accompanied us until the exit. They also provide transfer to hotel. We had a very smooth experience with everything taken care off.

Perfect Service! Very trustworthy team

Excellent airport service! Everything was perfectly organized, the assistant and driver were punctual, very friendly and professional, and I felt safe and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. It was the ideal, stress-free start to my Cairo trip. Highly recommended!

A huge thank you to Mr. Adel and the ADI Tours team for such a smooth and effortless VIP transfer. Everything was handled professionally, making the journey stress-free and enjoyable. The value was excellent worth every penny for the comfort, efficiency, and personalized service. Timing was perfect quick, efficient, and well coordinated. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with no hassle at all. It felt completely private and comfortable, with no waiting or crowded areas. Ayman at immigration was incredibly helpful and lovely, making the process smooth. The car and driver were fantastic friendly, professional, and super cool throughout the transfer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free, VIP airport transfer with personal attention and top-notch service.

Met us at airport and walked us through the VISA process then to our bags. Left us to get bags and got our transportation. Good experience - very helpful!

Amazing meet and greet service. The representative from the team was waiting for us, and as soon as we landed, we were made to feel we were taken care of and in capable hands. There was a slight issue with our Visas, but they assured us that they will take care of it and well guess what, they did. See everyone can come through when everything is in order, but it takes an exceptionally good team that takes care of stuff when things go wrong I will 100% recommend choosing them for your airport service needs.

Right from visa to transfers and site seeing all schedules have been fit according to our flight Tickets and budget..had been a great experience along with covering all we wanted within the time given.....definitely recommend for anyone to trust and have peaceful trip with amazing guides ...👌👌

Excellent service and professional team. Ayman was waiting for us and helped with all steps in the airport including immigration, visas, luggage and transportation…

Mohammed met me at the airport he was rlly helpful and friendly really good service he helped me fill out the landing card and show me where to go and what I would need to do at each area within the airport and made sure I was ok at all areas :)

Used this service again. Ayman always delivers five-star service. From the moment you arrive until you're out of the airport, everything is handled smoothly and professionally.

Ayman is incredibly professional and always goes above and beyond. I’ve used his airport meet and assist service multiple times, and every experience has been smooth, efficient, and stress-free. He’s my go-to every time I travel.

If you want to be treated like a VIP in Cairo airport this is the service to use. The welcome we receive in the airport will make you feel like a royalty.

I am very much satisfied with the service provided. He came before me at the time of immigration and helped me to fulfill all the process Very helpful so I recommend very positively.

Excellent service. We were met with Mr Ahmed before immigration, he took our passports from us and finished all the formalities in a few minutes, then helped us with our luggage and finished by taking us to an air conditioned van. Really great service

It'was an excellent experience entering in Cairo with Adi tours. Airport assistance services is really impressive. We have been given full assistance right from filling immigration form to immigration clearance to baggage pickup to escort till our transfer bus. I strongly recommend Adi tours for airport assistance from smooth start anyone's vacation in Egypt

excellent service by Ahmed , I highly recommend his services to everyone , he took care of everything from assistance at the airport to hotel transfer.

We took airport service from the company. It was very smooth. The person sent was very experienced and told us of the procedure. He was present to receive us before the immigration point.

I booked this meet and greet for my sister who was arriving to meet me as a first time visitor in Cairo, and coming from Nigeria, she said it was the best decision! The company had processed her visa ahead of time. As soon as she arrived there was someone there to meet her and take her through immigration without joining the very long visa queue. The guide also let use his hot spot to gain internet which sheneeded and helped with her bag. She got safely to the hotel by the tour vehicle waiting. This service takes all the stress out of arriving in a new country.

I booked this meet and greet as it was my first time in Cairo, and it was the best decision! Coming from Heathrow on the day all flights were cancelled due to a power outage, the company was very accommodating and amended my booking when contacted at the last minute. As I arrived, suggestive held my name up even Brie immigration. They had already arranged my arrival visa before tone so were breezed past to baggage claim where he helped with luggage and ushered me into a waiting taxi to the hotel. Don’t think twice about booking with this company, it was like I had family welcoming me!

A big thanks to the team Nuba Flower Tours. When i reached the airport immigration didn't allow to enter Egypt, and i just massaged Adel (Nouba Flower Tours) . I got response from him within seconds and he send one of his staff to airport to talk with immigration. The guy come to meet me from cairo airport to spingx airport. Everything done very smoothly and finally I entered in to Egypt. This guys are awesome. Thanks to the team nouba. I advise to everyone.

Excellent service by Mr. Adel & Team. The representative was in the airport on time and we were able to finish the processes soon. Thanks to the team.

It was an amazing experience. Very smooth and I felt like a VIP. I recommend everyone to choose this. They treat you like family and take care of you. They are also very accommodating to any changes in schedule. Overall I am very satisfied and impressed!

The meet-and-assist was a fantastic experience! It was well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The interactions were very engaging.

I had an excellent experience with Nuba flower tours for meet and greet service at Cairo Airport. The staff was professional, efficient, and made the entire arrival process seamless - from immigration to baggage claim. Their assistance saved me time and stress, making my arrival smooth. They also provided transportation and local travel tips. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free airport experience!

Hassle - free experience regarding airport meet and greet and transfer to hotel. Highly recommend to make things easy.

I had an amazing experience with the airport assistance and hotel transfer service! From the moment I landed, a friendly representative was waiting with my name sign, making me feel welcomed and stress-free. They handled everything

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received during our today's trip. From the very beginning, the airport pick-up organized by Mr. Adel and his team was incredibly well-coordinated. We were greeted pleasantly just before immigration, and the guidance provided for the immigration and luggage pick-up services made the process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the arrangement of a SIM card was a thoughtful touch that helped us stay connected throughout our journey. Our driver, an experienced and friendly gentleman, navigated Cairo’s tricky traffic with ease, ensuring we arrived at our destination quickly and safely. Overall, the efficiency and professionalism displayed by your team made our arrival seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience memorable! Looking forward to our next adventure together..!

I would like to thank Mr Ahmed Adel and his team for Hurghada airport transfer service and trip to Orange bay .We as a family of 4 had such a pleasant experience, also had Mr Ahmed Adel himself onboard with us in the trip.I would highly recommend his services to my family and friends.

Wonderful services Very well organised Mr Adel and his team at airport Mr Ayman very helpful -- driver very polite and cool driving Over all excellent services nothing more to expect

They are so helpful, got the invitation letter which help me to get instant visa,as this is one of the prime requirement for visa, and as reached at Cairo, representative from nuba was available before immigration and helped me to get bag and and clear the immigration, and was soo smooth .than dropped me at private car which drop me at my hotel. It was smooth and easy Was little nervous that how it wil be done, but done soo smoothly. Thank you. Must recommended.

Immigration and everything felt like a breeze after a long flight… The meet and greet person was friendly and helpful… We weren’t asked a single question by the immigration official… We just collected our luggages and headed straight to our private vehicle… The driver was efficient and professional as well…

I should’ve known from the sign with shaky hand written name that there was something odd. I have approached the guy and immediately he pointed to me the direction of passport control and said “ i will be waiting after passport control”. I didn’t need someone to show the direction that is the airport signs job, what we all need of this service is to pass passport control in a fast track. Well that didn’t happen and went through a 30+ minutes line. At the baggage claim area, no one was there, once i got my bag and heading to customs another guy approached me and identified me, apparently the first guy took a picture of me and shared it with others. He handed me his mobile and it was the guy who was supposed to escort me from the beginning. He told me he will be waiting outside by the transport vehicle. Went through customs alone, there was no hassle. Outside, i had to contact the reservation office of this service, i had their number when reservation was made by Email. It was too much crowded out side, i took several pictures and send it to them so they know where i was standing. Around 10-15 minutes, finally my hero of the day showed up with a 12 passengers van to pick a solo traveler. Bottom line, this service is a basic airport transfer from airport to your hotel destination and you can get that for less than half of the price they charged and in a better comfy saloon vehicle.

Amazing arrangements. Right from the moment you get off the flight and enter the airport, there is a person who takes care of immigration and getting you to the cab. Hassle free transfers and absolutely had no problem

Exceptional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Top notch Professionalism ... Receiving from the Immigration ques to drop off to the Door step of your hotel .

This was a very pleasurable experience I had limited time. The guide was very helpful. He took me around the ways. Recoeved me at the immigration gates. Already had bought visa for me. Dropped to the other place very efficiently.

being a sceptical tour operator, i akways value leaders who r perfect to their job. you are one Adel and i really want to take this journey long. i wish you all the best. looking fwd to go back to Egypt with Adi tours once again..

It was incredible experience of Egypt. It was my dream destination and never thought it will be sooooo wonderful. Life time experience.

The complete process from exiting the airplane to the parking was absolutely seamless. I would highly recommend the service as everything is taken care of and you don’t need to worry about anything. Great service and extremely professional people assisting you all the way.

Everything was exactly in time, thanks a lot for organising and nice trip. Driver was very careful. I recommend to everyone.

Upon disembarking from the plane, an Adi Tours agent immediately noticed me and approached with a warm welcome. He was very professional! The entire process was impressively smooth—from guiding me through immigration and handling my paperwork, to assisting me with getting a local SIM card and ensuring I had data without any issues. The agent also led me to meet the driver and ensured I was safely on my way to the hotel. As a first-time solo traveler to Egypt, I must say this service from Adi Tours was invaluable. It provided both a sense of safety and efficient use of my time. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Egypt!

Servise of the agency is unbelievable. From our arrival till our departure they care about us. Highly recommend for everyone who is scary to come to Egypt. They can manage all and you just watch

The service was fantastic! They were waiting for us on arrival, helped with a quick immigration process, and ensured a seamless transfer to our hotel. Highly recommend!

We took their services meet, greet & assist at immigration at Cairo Airport and transfer to Hotel in Giza. It was great, the immigration was super smooth, their representative was very friendly. He helped us in purchasing SIM card and took beautiful welcome photographs at the Airport and comfortably dropped us at our Hotel well in time. Highly recommended.

We took an airport to hotel taxi service. The person helped us through immigration and then helped us into the car that took us to the hotel. The people were nice and helped us through the process.

This is really surprising that they will be available for you once you before immigration once u landed by place. Your all visa related things will be taken care as it's not easy to get visa in egypt without local agent Thanks to team
