Easy way to book and then get a ride to Marriott Mena hotel by Great Pyramid. Friendly driver. Key is to have WhatsApp, text him as you are coming out and he meets you outside, after clearing customs and you have your bags.

Totally fantastic. They delivered as promised at Cairo airport. He was waiting for us with a sign with our name, got our visas with us right there, and took charge leading and managing us through the various checkpoints. He also wheeled our luggage and took us to an atm as requested. And, then, he took us to our car and driver who drove us safely to our hotel. All seamless. Fyi, our flight landed at 1;30am. And, you can use a credit card to pay for the visas with no surcharge. You do not need cash. Both gentleman spoke English fluently.

Rimo tours was an amazing company to deal with but it wouldn't have been the same without Mahmoud azab. He was such a pleasure to be around. My family is very fussy. Not only was he accommodating to all of their demands, but he was funny on top of that. It made the heat of the weather bearable and even enjoyable with him around. An absolute legend.

I used this service for both my way to Canada and my way home via Cairo. It is excellent and I highly recommend it! They meet you before immigration and expedite you through the entire process. I had obtained my VISA ahead of time but it would still be very helpful if you didn't. I was through the entire immigration and customs experience in less than 10 minutes. They then walked me to my vehicle that was waiting for me to take me to my hotel for my layover. My only negative part of the experience was that the driver on one of the trips harassed me to give him a 5 star review before we even left the airport parking lot. I told him that I didn't have data and that I wasn't interested in doing a review. He asked me at least 3 more times on the ride and then sent me further WhatsApp messages begging for me to review him. and then to send him a screenshot of what I sent the company. I did not appreciate this part of the experience at all but thankfully it only happened one way. Unfortunately I have experienced this HUGE amount of pressure with tours booked with Viator in the past. The drivers can borderline be abusive with their requests. I have even once had a driver snatch my phone out of my hand and try to write his own review even though I didn't agree with what he was writing. Viator you need to get a handle on the pressure from your drivers as it is a very negative experience in what would have been normally a great tour.

Waleed Hosny Qassem waited patiently outside Cairo airport while we cleared customs. He was only supposed to drive us to our hotel but he quickly became a friend and local historian. Waleed shared some wonderful information and historical facts about his city. But, he was also a professional driver who made sure he delivered us safely to our hotel. We also bonded over the World Cup and that we were rooting for Egypt!

Absolutely amazing service. Communication started from the moment we landed. Representative was waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane. Visa process and immigration was done in 5 mins no waiting in any queues ( which looked very long). Michael was waiting for us at the gate and helped us with our luggage as well. Provided us with excellent service. Would only ever book with them.

This VIP meet and assist was worth every penny! As a solo traveler coming to Cairo for the first time, this experience was fast, easy and so worth it after traveling for almost 20 hours. I was met soon after I exited the plane and my guide got my visa for me, got me through passport control and into the baggage claim area in about 10 minutes. After grabbing my luggage he handed me off to my driver who pointed out points of interest on the way to my hotel. I’d pay for this service again in a heartbeat!

The representative was very kind, gracious and helpful. He got me through customs without any issues, got my bags and took me all the way to the driver. A real great/seamless operation. Excellent service, greated, shown where to buy the visa and walked through VIP passport channel avoiding any language issues and then car was there within a few minutes to take me to my hotel.

Upon arrival at the Cairo airport, we went to baggage claim and immigration where we were met by our assistant from Rimo Tours who efficiently walked us thru every step from obtaining our Visas to getting thru customs to collecting our bags and getting thru to our meet our driver. His service was amazing. He rapidly conducted business on our behalf. Our driver, Mohammad, drove us to our hotel and ensured our luggage was brought into the hotel for us. We so appreciated the amazing effectiveness of performing all the services.

I used them for meet and greet as well as transport to hotel when I arrived in Cairo. Very prompt and courteous. Excellent communication pre trip (text updates). Responded promptly to my inquiries after booking. Price was good. The driver actually took me to the wrong hotel location, although they had the info in writing and we confirmed before we left the airport. Driver was an aggressive driver (not towards me, the passenger). Even by Cairo standards, a bit tense of a drive. Nonetheless, I used them to take me to the airport, which I booked after my arrival. Driver arrived early and got to airport efficiently.

Everything worked out well. We were met with sign helped us get our VIsas and got us through customs helped with baggage claim and onto transport to the hotel.

It appeared the greeter was in training. But it made the process very unorganized. I booked this service for the experience to be seamless, it definitely was not. There was lots of confusion with limited communication, so it appeared there was issues. I wish I would have just booked the car service separate because that was the only thing that went well.

My driver was wonderful; however, the assistant who met me at the airport did not accommodate me very well. I specifically asked her to ensure that I got a temporary stamp (rectangular), not a regular tourist stamp. Either she did not understand or ignored me. I then had to go to downtown Cairo to Immigration to get this stamp, which took an enormous amount of time. Very disappointing.

Top notch service! We were out of the immigration line in 5 minutes. Dunya was very helpful. Other than the delay at the baggage belt (airport’s responsibility) the tour company service was fantastic.
