Motaz of the Airport Office was such a wonderful support to me when I arrived. He was there from the time I came out of the plane, took me personally through visa control and to collect my luggage. His guidance and professional support really made my first visit to Egypt very smooth and I felt safe. Thank you Motaz, I will see you again soon.
No wifi at spinx airport for travellers. Roaming data used in 5 minutes of arriving while i looked inside viator app for a way to contact pickup. Pickup was using whatsapp messages and calls which did not come through until logged into hotel wifi. With no details at all except ‘wait for messages’ we gave up and got a local taxi. Had i known the agent name before hand,or had a message the day before of how or where or who to meet , someone holding a name card, go to such and such , had this been advised the day before or had the agent sms ed or phoned my phone then communication would have worked. Im sure the agent company know there is no passenger airport wifi. And therefore should have added this into their process. But they didnt. Good for them. They are paid and do nothing. Live and learn and ill be looking for full refund.
Driver never showed up. I was on the correct airline and flight number. He stated I provided wrong flight info. I have the ticket for evidence. Waited for 1.5 hrs before taking an Uber that cost me $8 including the tip. Someone from the company kept texting asking for "MORE" details. If he would have been there with a sign with my name, he would not need more details. There were many other drivers with their signs.

Driver was not outside the airport meeting me. I had to wait for him for about 30 min. Apparently he was in the washroom…but it should have been better!
The pick up was on time and as expected. Ahmed met us at the airport and we had a smooth ride to our hotel
The guys were waiting for us! We were one hour late and they were still waiting for us! They constantly check by what's up our status! They were very nice!
My driver, and his English speaking friend, were at the airport when I came out of the arrival terminal. It took me a few minutes to see the sign with my name on it, because they were across the street and the writing was small. Once I had almost crossed the street, I could see my name on their sign. I would recommend that when you put someone's name on the sign, that it be written in larger type if you are going to meet people outside rather than inside the terminal. Thank you!
The driver was right there waiting for us. He waited around an hour. Since it took us some time to clear customs and immigration and pick up our luggage. The car was very nice and with air conditions
Amazing service! They were able to meet us right outiside of our terminal just after baggage claim. Our driver found us right away and got us and our things to the van right away. Highly recommend!
Aeroplane was over one hour late, and the driver was still there to meet us greeted me before I could even walk up to him. Excellent customer service.
The airport pick up was smooth and efficient. Ahmed was entertaining and very knowledgeable. We were happy with his service so booked a tour with him during our stay. He also arranged a pick up of some tickets for us which was very helpful and appreciated.
Every thing was great. Clean car, careful driver, waiting for our late arrival, and attentive. Next time we are in Egypt we will avail ourselves to this same efficient service.

In the ride from the airport to the hotel, he gave me a great run-down of the social, cultural, political and economic view of Egypt and I am grateful to him for his superb tips. You might consider booking him for some of your travelling around as well.
We had an amazing experience with our wonderful tour guide Osama. The day we went at a great pace and he really went out of his way to help us understand the history behind the things that we were viewing. This is an experience my family and I will discuss and look fondly upon for years to come.
Don’t bother because nobody showed up. No contact. No anything. Just stranded at the airport waiting for an hour before finding an alternative while trying to avoid being scammed.

Sammeh is an incredible driver. Driving in Egypt can be a little crazy but he made us feel so safe. He navigates the road perfectly and keeps his car in the cleanest shape. He is so kind and we were so lucky to have him as our driver. Amir rode alongside of him and talked to us the whole way, letting us know about the history of places we pass. Talking to him is like talking to a friend. He knows so much about the area and answered all our questions for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with both Amir and Sammeh.
