Four of us ladies had a once--in-a-lifetime tour with Memphis Tours and our incredible guide, Reem Khaled. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. Reem was so knowledgeable, kind and fun! If you have dreamed of seeing the pyramids and visiting the new Grand Egyptian Museum -- now is the time to go. We felt safe and cared for our entire trip. Wow!! I can't say enough about this tour. I've been to Egypt twice before and this trip was the BEST. Get on a plane and go to Egypt. Be sure to request Reem, as she will make your trip as special as ours was.

Seif and Saeed were very kind throughout the whole trip and shared with us all their knowledge about Egypt. All the tours were guided in portuguese, which helped us connect even more with the places we visited. Memphis picked us up every day in the hotel and had great wifi connection inside the vehicles. They took a lot of great photos of me and my girlfriend as well. We were very pleased and will definetily recommend their services to friends and family.

We used Memphis Tours for our entire week in Egypt starting in Cairo, then in Aswan, Abu Simbel and on the Nile tour to Luxor. They were very responsive, prompt, well planned, very helpful with everything (with the exception of not booking first class on the domestic flights that was requested). Our tour guides, Mohammad in Cairo, and Abdul in Abu Simbel were extremely knowledgeable and great. The photo shooting with the camels at the Pyramids is a must option that left us with wonderful photos.

My friend and I booked the 10 day tour that included: Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Hurghada. The experience was superb. The lodging was great. We felt completely safe the entire time. 1. Cairo - pyramids and local museum. 2. Aswan and Luxor Temples and King Tut 3. Hurghada Red Sea Cruisre and desert excursion. From my initial contact with Nayera to my final flight back home, Memphis Tours was both friendly and professional always responding to my inquiries in a timely fashion. The vehicles were modern and comfortable and the drivers were always timely and courteous. Our guides were extremely competent and attentive. We can’t say enough about our wonderful 3-day visit to Cairo/Alexandria with Memphis Tours. Marwa did an excellent job providing tour options and coordinating logistics. We spent one day visiting pyramids, one day touring Cairo and one day in Alexandria. We also enjoyed a Nile dinner cruise. We were met at our hotel the first day by Amgd, the tour manager, and Imed, our guide. Both are very personable and professional. Imed and our amazing driver, Magdy, managed our daily tours and could not have been more courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. We learned so much and felt very well taken care of. There was not one question that Imed didn’t have the answer for and Magdy’s driving skills are beyond impressive. Taking us to the papyrus and jewelry stores were thoughtful gestures that helped us get wonderful mementos of our trip. All in all, I would highly recommend the Memphis Tours team for an amazing and perfectly coordinated holiday in Egypt.

Me and 3 buddies had a layover in Cairo for 12 hours and chose Memphis Tours at the last second to get out of the airport for awhile. Could not be more pleased with our decision! Our guide Maha Elhefny was super fun and knowledgeable (she's also great at taking pictures). The bus picked us up from the airport and we were able to see the pyramids, ride camels, Sphinx, local lunch, papyrus making in town, and a sunset boat ride on the Nile all with the safety of a personal body guard! Highly recommend this company for your layover in Cairo!

My husband and I had to change our travel plans to Egypt several times due to unforeseen circumstances. The agent that I was working with for flights and transfers into Cairo, Mohamed K, could not have been more professional, accommodating and patient! He and I exchanged multiple emails and each time, he made the requested changes immediately and got back to me with all the information I needed quickly. I really liked the monuments and the ancient history of Egypt. Country to go, mandatorily, on tour, I do not recommend going on your own.

We just returned from a 2 day trip to Cairo using Memphis Tours. Ibrahim was our tour guide throughout and we had a wonderful time!! We were traveling with an infant as well as a family member in a wheelchair and Ibrahim as well as our driver were so attentive to all of us. They made us feel safe and helped navigate an otherwise not wheelchair friendly city. We did not have to skip out on any attraction and actually had a jam-packed couple of days. Ibrahim was also extremely knowledgeable on the history of Egypt as well as all the sites. He was very pleasant to be around. I would 100% recommend this tour group and especially our guide.

I had an amazing tour during a 14 hour layover!! Mahmoud Maged made my entire day adventurous, informative, and very fun!!! He’s the best person to be with at the Museum because he’s so incredibly knowledgeable about Egypt and it’s history. The museum is fabulous and he really made it special. The pyramids are just awesome - be sure to do the camel ride to see them from a different vantage point. If you have time, the laser and light show at the pyramids is really good and so very cool. Everyone at Memphis Tours was exceptionally attentive and took very good care of me all day. I felt very safe. Ahmed Osama met me inside the airport and helped me get a visa and navigate through the airport. He also brought me back to the airport at the end of the day and stayed with me through security. He was a delight as was the driver Badr. They were so friendly and accommodating, again making my tour exceptional. I would use Memphis anytime!!

We took the Nile cruise on the Nile story ship. We were very comfortable with the crew and the guide, who explained the history and monuments in great detail. As a further trip recommended us the Nubian village in Aswan is worth it. Unforgettable trip

Fantastic experience! I was very well received at the airport by Ahmed and also very well treated by the Driver and guide Gina throughout the day in Cairo. I stayed only one day, because I was in transit to Doha, I visited the Museum, the pyramids, I walked in camel and I met some shops, it was a SENSACIONAL day! I highly recommend the Memphis Tour. Very competent professionals and who know how to treat the tourist well.

In March we had booked and paid for a dream holiday in Egypt relying only on emails with Tamer and the trust he had transmitted to us. I assure you that the tour operator was serious, impeccable and above all careful not to miss anything to its customer. The trip, in the middle of August, included a stop in Cairo, an air transfer to Aswan, a Nile cruise to Luxor and a well-deserved rest in Marsa Alam. We added Abu Simbel before we left Aswan. In addition to the wonder of the Pyramids, Abu Simbel, the Valley of the Kings, the Nile and its temples and the Red Sea (I didn't know what to exclude and I put what deserves to be seen at least once in a lifetime) it is only right that I dedicate a few more words to this tour operator. Always available, prepared, non-invasive (and for me it is really a strength), we were not left alone for a minute, if not on our own initiative, all organized, not a moment of pause, transfers with water at will and commitment to create hotspots for the Internet. We were not bored for a moment, nothing seemed too much or too little, there was evident respect to our being a tourist (explaining the simple and complex things adequately) and I think that we and the very nice friends we met, and with whom we made a group, can say that we have received so much from this trip. I remember, in addition to Tamer, silent and always attentive hand behind a PC, Islam and Adria in Cairo, Mohamed in Marsa Alam, a great guide whose name unfortunately I do not remember to Abu Simbel (he managed, thanks to a game of timing, to make us visit the temple basically by ourselves!), but above all I thank Ali, the cruise guide, who was discreet, proved to be very prepared, kind, respectful and helpful. I hope that the tour operator (very respected even in tourist sites and by drivers) will never change, even in the choice of its collaborators. If you want to go to Egypt, rely on them!
