Our tour guide, Sherif, was very knowledgeable and friendly and we had amazing time and learned a lot about ancient Egyptian history from him. He made our trip to an unforgettable memory. A tour was organized for us based on the input we gave and it exceeded our expectations. The tour bus along with an exceptional driver and a knowledgeable tour guide picked us up from home at 8:00 am sharp as agreed. Tour guide was helpful, knowledgeable and fluent in English. My brother in law and his kids don’t speak Arabic so this was critical. We first went to the pyramids and throughout the ride it was smooth and full of helpful information. Karima was the tour guide and Abbas was the sweet driver to move us around. Karima took us to a great spot to eat with a close up view of the pyramids afterwards. We then went to the good markets in Khan el Khalili and helped us navigate the busy streets and stopped at great vendors on the way. Karima was very personable and super sweet with my two young nieces (first time in Egypt). The whole trip was simply awesome and I would highly recommend it. 10/10 would repeat.

I would like to thank the entire team at Empire travel. We spent months working closely with them on organizing a customized itinerary for my family, which spanned across Egypt via road and air travel over 22 days. Peter was personally involved in many of the interactions and provided great guidance to us. Our driver, Tony was a great companion for many of the trips. We had a wonderful ten days private tour. I will not spend many words about it because I would only repeat the words of the other people that gave the highest mark of quality to this agency. I want just thank our guides, Ahmed in southern Egypt and Hossan in Cairo for their competence and care, our driver Anthony, for the care and punctuality and for driving smoothly, and our office handler Sherouk for being always helpful. We came back from Egypt with at least four new friends, and this is a plus to our trip.

We spent a week in Egypt and it was the best trip we have experienced, thanks to Empire Travel and their team! We were recommended by a good friend who connected us with Peter. It was our first time in Egypt and we were excited and nervous. We scheduled a call with Peter from the beginning and he answered all our questions and concerns. My family and I will never forget this trip especially the amazing and kind guides, Inas Refaat (Cairo) and Maria (Luxor). We felt like we’ve known them for so long. They were very knowledgeable, warm and made us feel welcome, and were professional. We also felt very safe the entire trip. Everyone was friendly and welcoming in Egypt. We felt like we were home. Everything was very well planned and organized even when we wanted to make some changes to the itinerary the team was very accommodating. Inas also made sure that we made the best out of our time there with just a week. We are just very happy with how much we learned, and all the history Egypt has to offer, but I truly believe that when you have really good guides who are passionate about what they do and a travel company that offers excellent service, it just makes the whole trip and experience wonderful and memorable. We were there for three weeks. Our travel was a minimum of eight people and we wanted seamless, safe, clean transportation. Empire provided this in an efficient way. We had the mini bus right from our arrival at the airport and used it to travel between Cairo, the north coast, all the way to Marsa Matrough, ein Sokhna, and back to the airport again. The drivers were always courteous, able, and on time. The bus fit us all comfortably, was immaculately clean, and also took all of our luggage easily. The company also provided a WhatsApp chat with its members included. I used this at all hours of the day and night and always got a prompt response to any concern, questions, or changes to the itinerary. This was surprisingly comforting, giving me the feeling of direct access. They were very receptive and easily able to adjust plans for added guests, changes to the itinerary or otherwise. They allowed me even to pay in any form that I needed and we’re flexible when it came to timing of payment. It was frankly a very safe and comfortable trip largely thanks to this team.

We spent three weeks in Egypt (October-November) and used Empire Travel to put together an itinerary that was specific for us, with private tours and a private car. We worked closely with Peter Aziz on the schedule. Our schedule allowed us for free time to explore on our own, as as well as to visit w/family friends. We even spoke on the phone a couple of times to iron out the details. Everything worked out perfectly, from the moment we were picked up at the Cairo Airport to the day we were dropped off for our flight home. We enjoyed Sakkara, Giza, Al Khalil Market, 2-day visit to St. Katharine (Mt. Sinai), visit to Alexandria, 2 day stay in Luxor w/tours of Abydos and Dendera, before the 5 day Movenpick Nile cruise, and lastly a day tour of Abu Simbel with the stay at Aswan's famous Old Cataract Hotel. Also, the price was very reasonable considering all the tours, tickets and transfers. All throughout the three week stay, Peter was always available to add or change anything to our itinerary. We highly recommend Empire Travel. We hope to return to Egypt and use Peter's services again.

We really loved the tours with Empire Travel. There was always solid communication (both while booking, upfront and during the tour) and we had a very knowledgeable guide who spoke both English and French very well. I visited Egypt with a group of friends last month and I couldn’t be happier with their services. Tours were very well organized. We were accompanied by an impressive tour guide (Gina) who answered all of our questions about ancient Egypt and the visits. Transportation was clean and comfortable. The driver was very careful with the covid-19 precautions and there was even a plastic shield between the driver and passenger side in their minivan. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Egypt! Thank you Empire!
