The tour was fabulous, from the moment we were picked up with our cozy private transfers everything was just perfect. Our guide knew a lot about it and seemed to be interested in history so that the trip was more instructive and fun at the same time. We had enough time for exploring and taking shots, moreover drinks were provided which made this experience even sweeter on such a hot day. I took a Pyramids tour with BTG Holidays one week ago and was very disappointed. The company did not respect its customers and there were hidden charges not disclosed upfront. The guide was unprofessional, and the lack of transparency about fees ruined the experience. I do not recommend BTG Holidays for your tours.
I was really looking forward to the pyramids tour with BTG Holidays, but I left feeling quite disappointed. Here are some of the problems I faced: 1. Terrible Organization: We were left waiting around for over an hour before the tour even started. This was frustrating and felt like a huge waste of time. 2. Uninformed Guide: Our tour guide seemed to know very little about the pyramids and couldn't answer many of our questions. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any real knowledge or passion. 3. Rushed Tour: We were hurried through the sites with barely any time to appreciate the pyramids or take photos. It felt very rushed and unsatisfying. 4. Lack of Basic Amenities: There was no water provided, and the restrooms were in terrible condition. This made the tour uncomfortable, especially in the heat. 5. Poor Communication: BTG Holidays didn't communicate changes to the schedule, and it was hard to get any help or information from customer service. Overall, I was really disappointed with this tour. It didn't live up to my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. I hope BTG Holidays can improve these issues for future tours.
