Great value for money. I was met as soon as I entered the hall and taken straight through...no hassle no worries easy and smooth sailing. I was taken to the front of the line and out the airport to my waiting car very quickly. The drive to my hotel in Giza was great as I was given a mini tour by Mario who is a great driver. We highly recommend this service. Mario communicated quickly regarding the pickup. We were meet before entering visa and passport control and then guided through control to baggage claim and to the waiting car for transport to hotel. We felt safe and well taken care of.

Mario was very professional communicative and efficient. Our luggage had some delays and so we got in pretty late but he waited at the airport and stayed in touch all through until he picked us up. Driving was safe and he was pretty cool. Will definitely be using the services again while in Cairo.

They personally confirmed my flight and arrival times and remained incredibly accommodating when I experienced flight misconnections, changes, and multiple adjustments to my arrival time. When I finally arrived in Cairo, someone was waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. They immediately made the arrival process so much easier and helped me navigate passport control (I received my visa weeks in advance) allowing me to get through the entry process quickly before connecting me with Mario for transportation to my hotel. The entire experience was seamless, well-coordinated, and reassuring—especially after a complicated journey. The communication was excellent, and I always felt that someone was paying attention to the details and making sure I was taken care of. I’m really grateful to Mario for making my day in Cairo so enjoyable and memorable. He was my guide and driver for a full day, picking me up from my hotel and taking me to the Citadel of Salah al Din, where I visited the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque. The architecture and views from the Citadel were incredible. We then went to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which offers a fascinating journey through Egypt’s history from prehistoric times to the modern era. The Royal Mummies Hall stood out as a highlight. We also explored Coptic Cairo, where I visited historic churches and learned more about Egypt’s Christian heritage. On top of that, Mario took me to a few additional spots around Cairo to see different neighborhoods, which gave me a better feel for the city and made the experience even more special. Throughout the day, he was attentive and made sure I was comfortable without ever rushing anything. His calm personality and knowledge made the whole experience feel relaxed and meaningful. He was professional, trustworthy, and clearly focused on making the experience as good as possible.

Mario came to pick us up in the airport and we stayed a week around Cairo with him. He took us to Alexandria, fayum and a few more places around Cairo. He was always on time. Very good driver. Really nice to talk and very eager to explain things about the area. He was also very attentive and went out of his way to make us try local food or ice creams.
