This experience was downright scary. The driver was already rushing us when we arrived calling 4 times even though I told him we had to go through customs and get visas. When we finally left the airport with him, he decided that instead of taking us to our hotel, that he wanted to go to a dark alley and buy some shoes while he left us in the car. He comes back to drive us but soon he decides to make yet another stop at a store to get snacks . He gets back in the car and begins talking about us leaving him a review. Then insisted that we leave the review now so he could take a picture of it. I kept delaying but he would not let up. He wanted us to leave a 5 star review before he would take us to the hotel. He even pulled over to ensure it was done and so he could take a picture. The experience was down right scary because we were hostage to him. Even though I purchased a round trip, we decided to just forgo the second half of the trip and get an uber. My safety is too important. I cannot imagine how many of their reviews were received due to something like this but trip advisor needs to address these tactics. I would avoid this company at all costs
Transport was on time and accomodating for our time to clear customs, security, and collect baggage. Our driver Nubi spoke excellent English and is a great conversationalist. Thank you for the welcome coffee!

Our driver was Yousseff Namer. He was on time to pick us up at the hotel in New Giza and took us to the airport. Cairo traffic is hectic, but Yousseff was calm and navigated us smoothly all the way to the airport. We highly recommend his service.

Yousef was excellent we texted ahead of time and confirmed - we walked out of baggage claim and he met us and gave us a safe ride it the early morning hours to our hotel in a brand new car and was very friendly and a great driver- good communication and we felt calm and happy with our service.

I am sure others may have had good experiences depending on the driver, but for us, the driver didn’t communicate with us. He said he was at the terminal but had no identifying information - no name card, no company clothing, etc. In a sea of drivers and others trying to get business, it’s imperative that name cards are shown. When we finally found the driver, he didn’t speak English (which is fine) but he didn’t show us any proof he was our driver and just started leading us to the car which was parked in a lot. Only right before we got into the car, we used Google Translate to get proof that he had our info. Once inside, he had no idea how to get to our hotel and went in multiple circles asking for directions from random people as he couldn’t figure out the detours. As mentioned I am sure others have had good experiences but our experience with our driver was subpar at best. I don’t even know his name because he didn’t provide it.

We purchased this by the description, expecting the driver to be waiting outside the customs hall. That was not the case. Upon exiting customs/baggage claim we texted the driver, who said he was 15 minutes away, and that we’d need to walk 10 minutes to meet him in the parking garage. Naturally, we abandoned the ride as it felt like a scam and took uber for a fraction of the cost with zero issues.
Youssef was exceptionally kind and made my transfer super smooth! He was so sweet. He even showed up earlier when I had asked him to. His driving is not scary like some of the other drivers in Cairo (lol iykyk) Anyways, I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!
Karim was persistent to find us. We went to the wrong terminal, but he kept trying to reach us until he found us. Karim carried our bags & helped. We were very tired and appreciate Karim!

Mohammed collected us from the airport and drove us to our hotel. A very friendly and patient person. We were delayed due our bags arriving late but he was very patient. Also showed us some sights on the way despite it being very late at night.

My driver was Bishoy. He communicated before the pickup to tell me his name and confirm the time. He was waiting for me after I was done with customs. He was a very safe driver. When we arrived at my “hotel” he brought my things up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working. He helped me check in and made sure everything was ok. I would definitely use his services again
