Mediocre car service that cost more than uber. The only benefit to this is that unlike uber the driver can cancel the ride in the app to charge whatever price that they want.

The ride to the airport was fine, no problems. However, setting it up with confirmations was less than desirable. Several phone calls (by someone speaking Arabic) and WhatsApp messages were required. Then the driver despite all this went to the wrong Marriott lobby (hotel had three. So the setup was awkward even though we provided almost the same info in the booking.

Very polite and respectful person. Gave us ideas about what to explore. I would recommend this person to others.

I scheduled a 5:30 AM pick up and the driver was there a few minutes before outside and got me to the airport within 20 minutes. He helped me with my luggage to the curb of the airport and was very professional. As a single woman traveling, I felt very comfortable and safe with him.

Moamen was top notch in picking me up from Cairo airport. He tracked my flight from Shanghai and was there waiting when the plane first landed. Unfortunately it took me 2 hrs to clear immigration, buy visa on arrival, exchange money to Egyptian $ and buy a local ' Orange' Sim card. Line ups each step and bit of confusion inside the terminal. So patiently Moamen waited. He was so polite, patient and no issue with my delays. Very informative drive to my hotel pointing out places of interest along the way. 10 out of 10 Stars. Appreciate the extra trip across the Nile Moamen. Ledgend. From a solo mature Aussie women I felt safe and respected. Was a fun introduction to your city and seeing how Cairo navigates traffic as Egyptians drive completely different to the many rules back home. I laughed often. Cheers to your hospitality.

Pickup was prompt and professional. Moamen communicated earlier in the day to coordinate details. He got me to the airport on time for my flight during rush hour with no hassle.

We had many issues with canceled and delayed flights. A lot of unexpected travel issues on our way here. All along the way our driver was very easy to work with and pivoted with every change that was made. They were very communicative and willing to work with us. Got is from the airport to our hotel, and was very kind.

Very pleasant experience with a very friendly person that’s super helpful. Also has great English. He asked if we wanted more air conditioning in the car and took our bags from us as soon as he saw us. I asked him to stop for water and he did and bought the water and didn’t want anything for it. Just amazingly kind and thoughtful and gracious and respectful. Along the ride he told us about different sites and explained the driving habits and gave little anecdotal information that made the ride very fun and interesting. Actually I didn’t even want the ride to end it was soooo nice!

Wow what a kind man and very knowledgeable about the area and Giza and Cairo and Egypt. His English is excellent. Very pleasant person and goes out of his way to be helpful from the time he picked us up at the airport helping with luggage and making sure the car temperature was to our liking. Along the way he told us about the places we were seeing. I can’t recommend him enough.

Good & kind service from airport to hotel

Driver and guide picked us up on time and we’re always in touch upon arrival and departure. This was our first time in Cairo, Egypt and they alleviated our initial travel fears. These guys get Five stars for sure, and would use them again.

Moamen was excellent. His driving felt very safe and professional and he was very punctual as well. During the drive to our hotel, he pointed out various interesting sites in Cairo and Giza and gave us some helpful tips for us to know since it was our first time in Egypt!

Very nice driver but through a lack of communication we were dropped off at the wrong hotel. Thankfully there was a taxi just outside to take us to the Royal Great Pyramids Inn.
