I arranged this transfer for my friend and me with Mohamed over WhatsApp. First, I must comment that Mohamed does not leave his customers waiting for a response. He responds right away and didn't mind me asking all sorts of questions, and he answered them all. Our driver Hussein was excellent. He picked us up from our airport hotel, handled our luggage, made sure we had water, and negotiated Cairo and Alexandria traffic with careful skill. His car was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the ride and the changing scenery between the two cities. When we arrived at our Airbnb, he got out and confirmed that we were at the right place and how to get into the building. His attentive driving made for a smooth and safe trip. We have booked a transfer back to Cairo next week with Nile Navigators and I anticipate the service will be just as good.

If there was something more than 5 stars, I would give that. It was very easy communicating with the team, and we changed our times, and they accommodated with ease. Our driver was Mahmoud and he was very nice and patient. For example, one of us left a personal and important item in the hotel and we had to turn around, and he was gracious and patient. Given the great service, I plan on using them again!!!!
