Our flight was supposed to land at 11:30 , but it was running a little late and landed around 11:50 pm. The driver knew what time we were supposed to land and I kept him updated as soon as we landed. Fast forward, we waited outside the terminal for an hour and 20 minutes for our driver to get us. At that point it was 1:20 am and we decided to get a taxi instead. It was sketchy and we felt unsafe riding with someone we didn’t know. We were placed in an unsafe situation because our driver was unprepared and didn’t wait for us outside the terminal. I pre booked this ride so I would feel prepared and safe. In me doing that, I ended up being placed in a very unsafe situation. I had a tour the next day at 7 am and didn’t get to sleep until 3:30 am because our driver ended up not showing up and kept gaslighting me saying that he’s looking for me. It’s beyond unprofessional and I thought I was going to get trafficked or in a car crash when I was on my way to the hotel which was an hour away. Literally had only two days in Cairo and it was ruined because of the lack of sleep I got from my driver not arriving. Getting reimbursed for my ride was not enough for a once in a lifetime trip I saved my hard earned money for. Do not book with this company!
Took us to the wrong hotel. We did not realize until we tried to check in and the front desk informed us we were at the wrong St Regis. Called the driver back and he refused to answer the phone or reply to text messages

A very excellent and reliable service. Booked via Viator and the company got in touch using WhatsApp confirming the pickup arrangements days before the expected arrival. The driver greeted us outside the terminal with a card showing my name. He helped us with the luggage to the car and offered us juice and water. He spoke very good English and helpfully pointed the famous landmarks to us on the journey to the hotel. The company manager also called after we had been picked up to ensure everything was fine. It was a very pleasant ride and we would definitely go back to use the company again next time when we visit Cairo.

Driver was there soon after I exited the terminal. I didn't have to wait long. Something to be mindful of, I didn't buy a sim card from the airport since I was planning get a better deal buying in the city, and the airport wifi didn't work for me so, so I had no internet for whatsapp. Luckily another driver who had inquired with me about where I was traveling to, and I told him I already had a transfer booked. When my driver arrived, which i didnt notice since i was trying to get my internet working on my phone, the first driver who waiting near me directed my driver towards me. Lesson learned, make sure you get sim card at the airport if the free wifi isn't working so that you can contact the transfer operator. While we were driving to my hotel, the driver stopped to pick up some cold drinks for me. It was super hot, so I really appreciated it. No issues during the ride. Would definitely take them again.

Flight was delayed but our driver was waiting patiently outside the terminal with a sign! It was a comfortable ride to the city. Only downside is it’s really expensive compared to Uber but it bypasses the confusion of the Uber pickup point if you’re not familiar with the airport.

Absolutely recommend! My flight was incredibly delayed by 4 hours and without the ability for communication, Yahya/Tito was advised to leave. However, he went out of his way to stay extra long for me and when I did get to meet him, he ensured the most safest and beautiful experience of Egypt! Everything was great. They came on time with my name plate ready so I could identify them when I came out the terminal. Wi-Fi was provided during the car ride and they ghetto accommodated me with food and water. More than expected.

Highly recommend this company. They not only picked me up, but they stopped and got me a snack on the way as they thought I'd be hungry/tired after my flights were delayed.
