First the drivee was very nice an we could ask him everything. We had to walk and walk to the ebx of the parking that was very enoying. The car was a mess and we coukd barly fit in 5 people and only 2 big and 1 smal luggage!!
Very professional and courteous. Comfortable ride with great explanation on any questions asked. Really a good experience.
I've used airport transportation all over the world, and I can honestly say this is the best. The car was clean, with plenty of space for luggage, and the driver was waiting for us with a sign displaying our name. It's also important to note that flight delays are very common in Egypt—it's normal for a flight to be delayed by more than three hours, even for a short, one-hour domestic flight. Additionally, luggage can take over an hour to arrive in Cairo airport, even on domestic flights. This is just part of the reality of the Egyptian airline industry. Despite the long delay, the driver waited patiently for us, which really shows how exceptional this service is. A quick tip: let the driver know your flight details on WhatsApp, especially if your flight is delayed, so they’re not waiting too long. Also, be sure to leave a good tip for the driver. Tipping, or "Baksheesh," is an important part of Egyptian culture, so please don’t judge it.
Taxi did not arrive I would like my refund please Terrible terrible experience Especially that i had my wife daughter sister & brother in law with me Every embarrassing
We don’t have enough time in Qatar so our choice is 3 hours city tour. We really satisfied this and guide and his car.
The driver and company were not professional at all. He had no understanding of the needs of tourists and it was clear that he only cared about raising money and did not care about providing a good tourist experience. I do not recommend dealing with this tour guide. He seemed uninterested in providing correct information and was only focused on extracting money from tourists without providing real value.
The private transfer service provided by the tour company was exceptional. The driver was attentive, the car was stylish, and the ride was smooth. I felt like a VIP from the moment I arrived. Very impressed!

I want to express my gratitude to the driver. He was helpful and friendly throughout the trip. The company was punctual and the reception at the airport was always welcoming with smiles and great cooperation. It is really commendable how the tour company operates.
I had a wonderful five star experience with private transportation. The driver was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The company's professionalism in punctuality and the warm reception at the airport with constant smiles and great cooperation made me very happy. I advise everyone to try it.
Driver waited for us outside airport curb with sign; packed w/ hundreds of people picking up passengers. Driver didn't speak English (had to use Google translate) We made it to our hotel in 15 minutes. All is good.
Cheerful, friendly driver. He came on time, even though it was after midnight. He gave a mini-tour while going to the airport from my hotel. All good!
It's a hassle-free option of travelling to and from the cairo airport. Both manager Ali and driver Youssef were great. I booked for both pick up from airport and to the airport. They are very punctual and responsible. During pick up my flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. But the driver waited for me and picked me up on time without an extra charge. Both the manager and driver kept checking with me not to create any pressure but just to check my well-being. Also to airport journey start time was also really early at 4.am. The driver reached before time and waited for me to come out. Youssef was very friendly and welcoming.
Very respectful and courteous in dealing The prices are very reasonable. Very high efficiency . I recommend your services Thank you for everything
The driver was waiting for me on time despite the crazy time of my flight (01:30am) and did not leave me until he was not sure I was checked in my accomodation.
Great transfer from Cairo airport to the hotel! The driver was on time, polite, and navigated the city traffic smoothly. The vehicle was clean and comfy, making my trip relaxing. Highly recommend for a stress-free airport transfer in Cairo!
