The Good: The driver and guide arrived on time to pick me up at my hotel. Communication was made easy via WhatsApp and the guide conducted the tour in perfect English. He was knowledgeable about history and took his time to explain and answer questions. He was always very pleasant and so was the driver. A good car, water was provided, safe driving and comfortable ride. A necessary tour when in Cairo! The Bad: Before getting on the shuttle buses to the pyramid area, there is a hall with lots of great information. I feel this part was rushed. I would suggest leaving time for the tourist to look around and take in the information, read the signs, etc. It is too important a part of history to be rushed that way. The company has its preferred vendors among the camel ride providers and souvenir people. And that’s okay, except it should be so the client doesn’t get scammed and not the opposite. When I tried to go to a vendor of my choice to get a couple things, the guide prevented me from doing so under the pretense that they have their own vendor they work with for better discounts: the discount turned out to be the regular price multiplied by at least 25! That’s ridiculous. The Ugly: this is the part I dislike the most because it reminded me of the same scheme in Marrakech with guides and the infamous « women cooperative of argan oil » that’s nothing but another way to scam people out of money with outrageous prices. The guide took me to the papyrus and oil company. This is a pressure selling venue. They will hook you up with a local rep and that person will deploy Jehovah witness level marketing and selling pressure on you. Frankly it turned me all the way off and I actually cancelled all the tours I booked when I got home because I didn’t come on vacation to face that type of harassing behavior. This should not be part of the tours. We don’t pay money to become pawns or targets. Also, there was pressure to write a five star review right away by QR code which I didn’t appreciate. Let me do what I want in my own time. No need to pressure anyone, just do right by the customer and they will write the review you deserve. Viator should be more careful with the selling scams that are integrated in these tours. This left a bad taste in my mouth on day two of my trip and discouraged me from taking anymore tours. I’m exploring what I can in my own. Nobody goes on vacation to experience stress. 🙄

Excellent experience from start to finish. Brought me to a shop to get some local clothing and the ladies there were fabulous. Then the camel and pyramids words cannot describe how incredible it was. After he brought me to a perfume shop where I got a little lesson on perfumes. My guide was an expert at the history but also photographs and local knowledge. He made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of by vendors which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience, the whole team is very friendly. They make sure you get the full premium experience. You get to have a nice camel ride around the desert infront of the pyramids and you get a nice photo shoot. The photographer walks you through a lot of nice poses and they make sure you are very satisfied with the photos before you finish the tour.

My wife and I just finished our camel tour and it exceeded our expectations! The camel riding itself was so much fun and then they took their time to get the best photos of us! They really make sure you like the photos before moving on for more. Book with confidence, these guys are amazing!

My guide was Ali and driver Ezzat were fantastic! The driver navigated the roads and the chaotic traffic with dignity and calm. I felt very safe. Ali really do his history. He made stories of the pyramid and sphinx come alive and explain them in such a simple way that I can remember them and really appreciate what I saw. The entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend both of them to make your visit to Egypt a success.

As a Brit in Cairo for the first time I wanted to see the pyramids so ATV tours felt like a great opportunity. We were picked up by Ali from our hotel and taken straight to the ATV site where Reda accompanied us on the hour long trip we had, we travelled across the desert and stopped in a great view of the pyramids to take photos and had another fun journey back to the base where we were promptly returned to our hotel, it’s very easy and I would recommend for travellers wanting to see the pyramids.

Ali was our tour guide , he came on time , supportive , flexible and patient and informative. We had a great time with family ! Thank You !

5/5 experience, picked up from the hotel by atv. Demonstrated how to use it (hadn't used one in a few years) easy to use if you haven't been on one before. Spin through the desert track is relatively easy riding but regardless of ability the guide is always there and you can go at your own pace. They took 100s of good photos / videos, awesome views of the pyramids and surrounding desert. Booked the 1h but could easily of gone out for 2h. Was out for over 1h on the quads, guide wasn't strick with time, allowed us to go over our set time. Highly recommend for anyone

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Guide: Highly Recommended! We’re an Irish family who spent several days touring with Ali, and he made our time in Egypt unforgettable. He can arrange anything from golf, horse riding in the desert, ATV rides, even access inside the Great Pyramid up to the King’s Chamber! Ali is incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history, the pyramids, and the museums, and he explains everything with a great sense of humour. He’s also brilliant with photography capturing unique shots for us. Our 13 year old son loved every minute. He didn’t know the difference between Irish and British when we first met, but he does now; you’d hardly notice the black eye with his dark complexion! 😂

Ali was absolutely a star. Even if at times we kinda questioned why we needed a guide, he was simply amazing, helpful and absolutely a great guy. Helped us a lot even after the trip and tried his best all the way through. The tour itself was great, even if by the time you get to Memphis you're a bit tired. I can't recommend it enough in spite the price. The saqqara part is definitely essential, and I have to say the camel bit was great, just don't think getting inside one of the pyramids is worth it.

Overall great experience. Guide Ali and driver Mustafa provided a great day for my friend and I. Ali is a knowledgeable guide, and he's also a very relaxed and funny person (and will also take great photos of you, if you need him to). He is flexible (organized the programme on the day itself around our wishes) and gives good advice on what is worth seeing and what less so. We went to see the Pyramids, including the less popular Bent Pyramid, Step Pyramid and Red Pyramid, at the end of September, and the crowds were far smaller than what we expected (at the other pyramids, there was virtually nobody) so that's a good time to go. Ali and Mustafa ensured that we saw everything we wanted to. Very much recommended!

Very good organitation! The driver Farag very cool and he buy some water for us. Later, the guide took us to a viewpoint to see the pyramids perfectly. If you have the level to gallop on horse, the guide lets you do it with total freedom. Beautiful views and amazing photos, thanks also to the guide.

Ali was my guide in Cairo. Visited GEM, pyramids, sphinx, and a few shops. A fantastic day and Ali was extremely knowledgeable in all areas as he is also an Egyptologist. I could have also spent a whole day in the Grand Egyptian Museum. There is so much to see and do in Cairo, I will more than likely have to go back for more than a day to really see the city as 1 day is just not enough. Brilliant tour and I will always choose Ali as my guide in the future.

We weren’t making it for our scheduled time because our flight got delayed, but Ali was able to move our tour to a later time and was always available if we had any questions! Our guide Mohammed took me and my sister for an unforgettable ride to the dunes overlooking the pyramids and the city of Cairo. He also took a lot of pictures for us suggesting the best way to pose to get the best photos. I definitely recommend this tour and thank Ali for flexibility and Mohammed for such a fun time and a wonderful experience!

This tour was exactly as we wanted! Ali was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had to a very good extent. He explained that we should stay away from any scams - so protected us from being overcharged. He gave us time to explore the pyramids as well as taking fantastic photos for us!
