Great tour. Was a very efficient way to see all the major pyramids around Cairo. Our guide, Essam , was a professional Egyptologist; I came in knowing a lot and still learned a ton. He also provided a lot of context about modern Egypt and later Egyptian history during our time in the car. I also appreciated that he was very flexible with what we preferred to do (e.g. making time to go inside the red pyramid). Would absolutely recommend him for this tour or others.

I had an awesome tour with the guide Hany and the driver Mohamed Ali. The guide could speak German very well and did good photos. It was a nice experience to climb into the pyramid in Dashur (red and round). We walked through the pyramids of Gizeh to the sphinx. Hany knows the best path so please don't use a camel. It’s just modern slavery. Hany and Mohamed did all there best to give me the best possible experience. Thank you very much!

On 03/11 I went on a pyramids tour with Nevin. It was absolutely brilliant. Nevin was so knowledgeable, both about the Egyptian history as well as the logistics of the pyramid site. This made the whole tour not only incredibly interesting, but incredibly well managed. We glided through the various bureaucracy and queues with ease, and I can only imagine how much of an ordeal it would’ve been without Nevin. She picked us up from our hotel, and dropped us back with a stop on the way for some delicious local food. The whole day was just so easy, fun, and interesting. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant mind-expanding experience in time-travel…we were expertly guided through 21st century Cairo into ancient pre-Christian surroundings of Saqqara and Giza, taught and inspired by Nevin, our vivacious and highly knowledgeable guide. Along the way, there was the treat of testing exquisite Egyptian essential oils, followed by refreshing hibiscus juice and a tasty falafel wrap. The following morning, Nevin led us on a most-efficient whistle-stop tour of the ‘old’ Museum of Cairo - completing a perfect visit to this amazing city.

A great trip to the pyramids at Sakkara and Giza. Nevin was very knowledgeable and knew all the best places to take us. She was flexible with the plan for the day and sorted all of our transport and lunch. Without her expertise, navigating where to go and what we’re looking at and what was worth queuing for would have been a nightmare! She was also an excellent photographer and knew how to get us the best photos! For any fellow animal lovers, nevin is also very kind and caring to the stray dogs and takes them food and arranged for the rescue of a puppy. Thank you so much!

We had such a wonderful experience with Nevin today. From our comfortable transport, the amazing itinerary..Saqqara pyramid complex, wonderful local lunch, Giza pyramids and Sphinx…we were looked after wonderfully. We loved our time with Deluxe Tours Egypt. We had Marco as our guild for three days, and we wish we could have had him for our full two weeks in Egypt. He was so knowledgeable, and was up to date on his egyptology, you could tell he had a great love for it. He went out of his way, when my phone was not working and he couldn't find us, to find our hotel and get the correct address. Marco took us to some more off the beaten path places and we loved it. We went during Ramadan,and he was great a refiguring out logistics when everything ended up closing up early. I seriously can't say enough good stuff about our time with Marco and Deluxe Tours Egypt.

We went on a tour to all the 3 sites with pyramids. Everything was great from start to finish. Our guide was ready and provided all the information we needed. Very nicely picked some additional spots which I have not seen on previous trip. Mucj recommended.

Our tour guide Ebrahim is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. We learnt a lot in this 5 hours tour. He is also a great photographer and videographer. He was able to capture some of the most amazing photos and videos that really made our tour memorable. Bade was an excellent driver. He made us feel very safe in the chaotic Cairo traffic. Highly recommend.

The panoramic view of the pyramids was breathtaking, and the photo opportunities were plentiful. We got the best lunch during this tour we had enjoyed and we will recommend to our friends and the family members.

Giza pyramids were highlight of our trip to egypt. the photo opportunities were plentiful and besides this valley temple added depth to our understanding of ancient history.

What really stood out was the lunch - it was a local feast, a real taste of the culture. Overall, a well rounded experience with the right balance of history, exploration and great food. Would love to do it again.

It was good trip nothing special about it, but one thing I want to highlight is that they provided us more than we expected. It's decent one for those who are visiting Egypt for the first time .

It was a solid experience they organized this tour in professional way. Lunch was included, and it was simple but tasty, which was a nice break after a busy morning.

Seeing the pyramids up close was awe inspiring but what made it special was the peacefulness of dahsur no crowds, just our history. Riding a camel with the pyramids in the background was surreal, traditional lunch hit the spot.

We loved our visit to Giza Pyramids that we decided to cancel a day to the North Coast and take another trip with Marco to Saqqara, and we don't regret anything. Every tour with Marco is different from the other that we really feel bad we don't have any more time to spend in Egypt. He explains every detail, to a point that you rarely have anything to ask. I spent a wonderful day outside of Cairo visiting the country area of Dahshur. Nevin took me to the Bent Pyramid which is older than the Giza pyramids! I was even able to enter the Bent Pyramid- a fabulous adventure. After that we went to a traditional country home for a delicious fresh lunch and tea to see the old ways. Fantastic, less touristy day . This is my third visit to Egypt and I take a tour or two with this group every time and they always show me wonderful new adventures.

Although the operator completely forgot about our trip - we rang him and the driver turned up 45 mins late - the stand in guide was excellent and the driver was quick and efficient. All in all, a good experience.

Ebrahim was the best guide I could have asked for! He was friends with all of the locals, told great stories, and made me feel safe (along with being very funny!) I'd recommend Ebrahim to anyone looking for a great private tour!

My guide Ibraham and driver Kareem were awesome. Abraham had so much history informant he told me. It was awesome. I will remember for the rest of my life. They made sure I was good and enjoying myself. They made me feel so comfortable that we laughed and joked. I didn't have to wait online to get to the pyramids or Sphinx. Abraham seemed to know everyone and introduced me to them, even the military and police. Hope to have them tour me again.

Our private trip to Giza Pyramids was excellent. We have very experienced guide Marco, egyptologist. He took us to special places in necropolis of Giza. These places were not overcrowded, we can take awesome photographs from special spots. He customised our trip according our wishes. We have great day with him, one of the best trips in our lifes. I’ve booked a tour to see the pyramids and end up being the most amazing time! Mohamed Fayed was my tour guide. He was a very helpful and attentive guide, a gentleman full of knowledge and a great photographer too!! I surely will be back to Egypt and try different tours with him!! What can we say, honestly lost for words. Our guides were exceptional, from navingating safely through the Cairo traffic to showing us the little known viewing points and tombs. Lunch was sumptuous and water was available too which was handy with the warm weather. Bear in mind to carry small notes with you for the people you encounter on the way. We are already planning our next trip with the same group!

Please believe me when I say this was one of the absolute BEST Tours in my life, especially since it was my birthday. The sites are magical, people are warm and love the American Tourist and do anything to please you. Our guide, Ebrahim and our driver were SUPERB. They made our private tour amazing. A really amazing day tour that went to all the key pyramid sites in Cairo. Started at Sakkara with the step pyramid and the amazing tombs with hieroglyphs, then to Dahshur to see the Red and Bent pyramids, and then to Giza to see the Great pyramid and Sphinx. Zanaty was very knowledgeable so accommodating. He tailored the experience to what I was wanting from the day. If you are looking for a tour that does all the pyramids, and really focusses on seeing the sites without the touristy add-ons, this is the one for you!

Great daytrip with our guide Ibrahim. Good english, very friendly and great history knowledge. Kept a good pace, but yet flexible given the wide age range of our group (from 3 to 73 years old). Would absolutely recommend.

Our private tour was hosted by a knowledgeable and friendly guide and the car driven by a friendly and competent driver. They accommodated my frequent requests to stop to walk or/and for photographs. We started with driving around the Giza pyramids and The Sphinx, with a stop for a camel ride by the Pyramid of Menkaure. After stopping for a quick lunch, we drove down to the town of Dahshur to see the Bent and Red pyramids, then over to Saqqara to see the Stepped Pyramid of Djoser. There were few tourists at Dahshur, and I thought the Bent pyramid was fascinating to look at. You can even hike up, then down into this pyramid, although I demurred as it made me feel claustrophobic. Overall I recommend this tour which explores more than just the crowded Giza area.

We booked a series of private tours across 5 days, to all the main sites in and around Cairo. We were lucky to have the best guide to all things ancient Egypt - Kyrllos Eskandar - who is a certified egyptologist and really knows his stuff. His passion is infectious and the way he explained the history of all the sites really brought to life ancient Egypt for us and helped us understand the ancient Egyptians much better than before. My 6-year old now wants to become an egyptologist too. :) Kyrllos and our driver from Giza (Mr. Abdallah, I believe) were also very well organized as well as accommodating to my family's needs and requests, so that we had a great experience across the board with them, throughout each day that we spent together. Abrahim went out of his way to give me and my sister a magical day . He was kind and thoughtful with me ( I had a health problem ) and we spent the day at my slightly slower pace . He was funny and really made an effort with us , even taking time to get us photos of our amazing day. He really was incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history and all it’s artifacts . Our day with Nevin was excellent. She kept us updated on her arrival before picking us up at our hotel. She brought us to all the best sites in the order she knew would work best with the foggy weather and crowds. We had the bent pyramid all to ourselves and highly enjoyed the experience inside. She’s a pro at getting great photos for you or your group, and will tip the guards so you can go certain places away from the crowds, we have some amazing pics from our day thanks for her! She got us fresh, local fruit from street vendors and we had the most amazing falafel pitas for lunch at her favourite spot! She will ask you what you prefer to do in terms of visiting some of the local shops. We passed on the carpet making but elected to go into the perfume shop so we could have a coffee and use their washroom - of course this is where they take all tourists and try to sell to you. It is totally up to you if you want to do these things, so don’t be shy to tell her no if it’s not your scene. (We had a terrible experience in Luxor at the alabaster factory which we weren’t given the option to decline. The shop owner was insanely pushy and wouldn’t let us leave until we bought something). Nevin will allow you to make the choice, which we thought was very respectful. All in all, what a wonderful day with such a knowledgeable and friendly guide! We did this tour with Aly Elsheemy and Ahmed (driver) and I can’t say enough how patient they were with our family. Ahmed was very considerate and made sure the journey was safe for us. Aly just made our day … he gave us the information we needed to understand each sights, keeping in mind we had young children, he made it interesting for them and kept them engaged . He knew the best spots and locations which weren’t crowded and we got some great pictures. He also acts as the perfect photographer. He wasn’t hesitant at all and very patient in taking some quality pictures. His sense of humour was so good we laughed and enjoyed the whole day.
