Private Sailing Boat With Its Sailor

We booked a felucca ride on the Nile for myself, my husband and children, my parents and our guide. The booking was easy and we found all the communication attentive and clear. The dock where we boarded was a little dark and the felucca itself seemed a little old but it did not take away from the relaxing and memorable experience. It was great value for money and I would recommend it! I hope to do it again one day!

Great experience with our Captain Jamal, loved boat and the sunset

This was actually a fun experience and I enjoyed it. We booked this last minute and we were just looking to kill time on our last day in Cairo. We jumped on a sailboat, but there was no wind, so we were towed out to the middle of the river and we basically sat there for an hour. It was a fun time, but I would not characterize it as sailing. If I did it again, I would’ve picked a boat with the motor.

Very nice view by night, we did the tour by sailing boat and was very quiet. Well the guy did not speak but for us was ok.

Tour price is 3 times the actual price, you can go directly without the need to book through websites. They gave us only 45 mins tour only (not more than an hour as promised) as we already paid online and the driver/guide kept silent and didn't explain anything. You can go to the same tour for a longer time with much less price. The tour itself in nile is very nice, the negative comments are on the service received through this booking

The captain was super nice and chill, we were delayed due to traffic but they were understanding and we still got go to! We went during sunset and it was super worth it!

Enjoy the serenity and calm of Nile river. I took a solo sail boat with no music and I am glad I saved myself from noise pollution. The staff is helpful and friendly. You need to be able bodied to board from this location. Stairs involved. Book direct and get discount. Avoid agents For me it was every penny worth of 13 USD i spent. The sail boat will not cross bridges on both sides. It’s a must have experience when in Cairo.

The boat was so nice, the river and its view was so cool. The admin was very active and its customer service was very great. They were very flexible in changing the time upon request.

Very pleasant, relaxing sail boat trip on the Nile, with good communication from the company so it was clear where to meet (simply head towards riverbank opposite Four Seasons hotel and find the correct name on the sign provided. Great way to watch the sunset

I was surprised I was the only passenger in my slot. It was such an easy find and the sailor spoke limited English but enough to have a conversation with. Very kind! Water was smooth and gentle. Loved that it was NOT a motor boat bc it made things tranquil going down the Nile river. Definitely recommend it!

Went with my GF and her daughter. Sailing on the historic river at sundown was a magical experience. The boat is a traditional Egyptian sailboat which is made more special. I highly recommend it.

The views from the boat are beautiful and it's such a peaceful ride! The communication in the days leading up to the ride was great! The owner provided clear instructions of who we were supposed to be riding with and where exactly to meet them so that other captains/sailors didn't try to take our business before we could find the correct operator. I would advise that you check the weather and make sure you dress appropriately. It was cloudy and very cool on the day that we went and we were very cold. They provided us with a very warm thick blanket for the duration of our ride which definitely helped but we would have enjoyed it more had we been appropriately dressed for the weather. I would definitely do it again!

Booking, payment, and ticket delivery were easy. The experience itself was also very nice, with enough time and plenty of things to see in the area. The driver spoke little English, as expected, but that shouldn't be a problem. He shared a few names of well-known or famous buildings and also took a few photos of us. Towards the end, we were less pleased with the behavior that was displayed regarding the topic of "tipping." He was visibly dissatisfied with the amount of the tip given. Overall, however, we would book such a trip again and can also recommend it.

We traveled with a private sailing cruise and had a blast with the family. It was a tranquil and peaceful ride along the Nile. Thank you!

It was a great time for our first night in Cairo after the horn concerts and the madness of the city traffic jams!!! We had brought a bottle of champagne and cupcakes for the aperitif 🥂 . Our “captain” was really on top and his kindness contributed greatly to the success of this timeless moment

Very smooth organization and arrangement. I took a boat alone, a very quiet hour, flood water, good memories, thank you for arranging. Recommended to everyone. But at 7 p.m. in October, I missed the sunset. You can set it for 6 p.m.
