The VIP Agenda is excellent. Two weeks after paying we were told the chosen date was full it was rebooked but not without many inconveniences. Paid for VIP business class but was not available only Economy. Only received a $2.96 credit back! Better to book your own flights from Cairo to Luxor and save $1000. Return flight delayed twice not notified. Spent 8 hours in the airport waiting for info. The guides English 3/5 so missed a lot of info. Also he needs more experience on interactions - constantly walked way ahead of us or on the phone. Very nice young man and with more training may be good.
An incredible experience! Walking through the Valley of the Kings and seeing King Tut’s tomb was surreal. The guide was knowledgeable, the sites breathtaking, and the day perfectly paced. A must-do in Luxor!
We enjoyed a superb tour of Luxor. Our driver, Ahmed, picked us up from our Cairo hotel and got us to our flight to Luxor on time. Then, after a long, wonderful day in Luxor, he returned us safely to our hotel. Our guide, Beshoi, was a delight. Super nice, super knowledgeable and his English was great. Our lunch stop in Luxor for Egyptian food was authentic and delicious. Our tour driver in Luxor took good care of us all day. Couldn't have asked for more!
This was a well organized tour. Ahmed was very responsive on WhatsApp leading up to (for planning and my questions) and during our trip to Egypt (we used Narmer for Cairo and Luxor). They accommodated our requests to customize the private tour (we reduced the number of sites and requested a 5-6pm return flight for our young kids). Since there are fluctuations on flight prices, if you want to know the exact cost or have a specific budget, I recommend getting the VIP tour (excluding flight) to know the exact cost upfront. Mo Faraag our guide had a flair for storytelling and explained with a lot of detail. He is really passionate about sharing the history and knowledge. We went in August which meant it was significantly less crowded being summer time, but it was 105 - 108F degrees in the sun which was too hot for our young kids so we adjusted. Mo recommended the beautiful and easier to walk down tombs (Rameses IV, IX and III) in addition to our request for King Tut. (We didn't go through everything but out of the few places we went to in Luxor and Cairo, King Tut’s tomb was the only one where we saw a real life unwrapped mummy. The temple of Hatshepsut had a lot of stairs and walking and the super impressive Temple of Karnak required a lot of walking so I stayed in the restaurant area/visitors’ center with the kids for those and my husband went in. Mo went with my husband through the Temple of Karnak (a large complex) even in the crazy heat and they went through slowly as he explained things, Mo didn’t rush through it despite the heat. Mo said the weather is still hot but more bearable in winter starting October. We had a very comfortable, spacious van for the 2 adults, 2 young kids, guide and driver. Mo stopped by a shop and bought us water, soda and croissant snacks at the start of the trip.
This company didn’t honor the price or the agreed upon inclusions on the tour! It was a flight to Luxor and tickets to get in mto the sites!! Bought the tickets in Feb then in May they said the airline tickets went up $155/pp=$930. I reluctantly agreed to that but Then the night Before leaving they said we would have to cover all the entrance fees except 2. SCAM!gut feeling we should NOT go with them! They could demand more money and keep us hostage! Now Viator says they can’t refund our money due to it being nonrefundable even though they changed the inclusions. And the amount of money it should cost.!!! Viator said they had a similar complaint 1 month prior! I have used Viator for many excursions but have never had this kind of problem!!! Do I trust Viator any more????
Amazing tour of Luxor. Our guide Beshoi was very knowledgeable and made sure we didn't miss anything! Would definitely recommend!

Every part of this tour was incredible, from Mohamed who arranged everything for us, Adnan who drove us to and from the airport to our tour guide. Waled was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we saw in Luxor, definitely a must with Waled!
Our guides were knowledgeable and so much fun! We felt completely safe the entire time! The sites were amazing, we learned so much. Once in a lifetime experience and Narmar tours made it so special!
Sunrise hot air balloon was great and strongly recommended for those headed to Luxor. Seamless arrangement by Narmer Tours
I really enjoyed this tour. I could feel the local vibe. Ahmed took care of us well. Without Ahmed, I would feel unsafe being there alone. Thank u so much Ahmed!
Amazing experience, Ahmed has all the answers to all of the questions. He really looked after us. Highlight was the tour of Pyramids, it was amazing to see the history and the size of the structures.

Narmer Tours gave a fantastic experience for visiting Luxor and the Valley of the Kings! Our guide and driver were very friendly and gave us refreshments during our trip. Our guide made sure we got entry to the sites and told us the tombs he recommended to visit to make the most of our visit. Would definitely recommend Narmer Tours to anyone planning a trip to Egypt!
We had an amazing time visiting the Valley of the Kings, Ramasseum and Colossi of Memnon with Walid from Narmer Tours! He explained to us all the interesting history about each spot and took some great photos of us. The highlight was seeing King Tut’s tomb. It was very well organised and we were picked up from the hotel in the early morning at 6:30am so we could get into the tombs first which made our photos and experience even more spectacular! Would really recommend this tour as we got to choose what we did so it was completely personalised to us!
We were a family of 6 and the whole team took excellent care of us. We were accompanied from our hotel in Cairo; Khaled, a truly exceptional driver, took care of everything with great professionalism. He also managed the booking of our flights. Upon arrival in Luxor, our guide Abishoy was already waiting for us. We made a wonderful visit to the Valley of the Kings, including the tomb of the golden pharaoh Tutankhamun and the tomb of Kings Ramses V and VI. Afterwards we had lunch in a traditional restaurant. At the end of the tour we were escorted to the airport. Upon our return to Cairo, Khaled was waiting for us again and drove us back to our hotel. Many thanks to Narmer Tours and the whole team for this wonderful experience.
I applied for a one-day whirlwind tour from Cairo to Luxor, even though it was just before the trip. I made an inquiry on the TripAdvisor website, but there was no reply, so I emailed the travel agency directly and exchanged emails. Since the airfare was not included, I booked the airfare myself. They picked me up from my hotel in Cairo early in the morning and took me to the airport. A female guide was waiting for me at Luxor airport, and explained things to me using Google Translate, since I cannot speak English. We visited four places: the Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, the Karnak Temple, and the Luxor Temple. The place that moved me the most was the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut! I had goosebumps the whole time and felt like I was there! Both the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple were very wonderful, and the cityscape of Luxor was also beautiful, and I really like the city. The guide held my hand to protect me from the vendors, and took a lot of photos and videos. I was worried about going on a tour alone without knowing the language, but thanks to the guide who worked hard using Google Translate, I was able to understand it more deeply! Thank you to our guide Asmaa, our driver An, and the shuttle driver! *At first, it was stated that the entrance fees to the Valley of the Kings and other places were included, but not everything was included. Please check the details before applying.
