Sally, our tour operator, was absolutely wonderful. She took care of every single detail and made sure everything went smoothly. What really touched us was that she arranged a complimentary birthday cake from WOW TOURS EGYPT during our lunch in Luxor, at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Nile. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made my mother’s birthday even more memorable. Our tour guide, Sayed, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, but what made him stand out was the way he brought the history to life. He is a magnificent storyteller, has a great sense of humour, and made the entire tour interesting and enjoyable. We learned so much without ever feeling overwhelmed by information. And a special mention to Moustafa, our driver, who was simply perfect. He was friendly, professional, careful, and made the long journey feel comfortable and easy. You can really tell when a company genuinely cares about its guests, and that was our experience with WOW TOURS EGYPT. I would like to start this review out by saying I have done tours in over a dozen countries and up until this point I have had great success with Viator. It was just me and my mother and we were lucky to find this available as we booked only three days before the day trip. Unfortunately though, I would not recommend this tour guide or organizing group to anyone. Azib was our tour guide for the day and although kind and eager for the day, he blatantly ignored my mother for the entire first hour of the trip, not even asking her for her name, just trying to speak to me, and consistently walked away from us on his own which I have attached photos of. He said the exact same story in every temple and in every location, and if you are coming from any tour from Cairo or any Egyptian history background you are probably going to already know everything. Finally, the thing that put us off the most, as two women, was that to get us to come over to him he would snap his fingers at us. At the lunch he wanted me to fill out the review form in front of him and off his phone, which was incredibly uncomfortable, and I kindly shared I would complete at the end when the trip concluded as we were just at the halfway point. On the organizing side, it would have been nice to know you are going to be liable for additional costs that you will not know of on the front end of your trip. Be warned. Whether it’s lack of information or you want to call it scamming, that is up to you. Aside from the already steep price for the excursion, we had to pay additional fees toward the flights despite there being plenty of availability online, and not all of the tombs and entry fees are included to the places they will bring you too (including king tut). On the more positive side. The lunch Azib brought us to was fantastic. It was all food grown near the restaurant, it was clean, and the hospitality was great. Additionally, our driver was fantastic and incredibly courteous and kind. Take this at face value, as everyone experiences things differently, but this is our honest review of this booking. This review was written without the use of AI.

We had a great experience with WOW travel. Our guide was fantastic... funny, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to travel with. Our lunch stop was also good with some fantastic Egyptian food. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend the experience. We hope to do it again sometime.
Mohammad was excellent at navigating crowded areas and knows EVERYONE at the sights. We had a great experience and he helped to take lots of pictures to help us remember it. My favorite was Luxor temple and understanding the history of it.

Today was amazing. We had limited time in Egypt and knew Luxor was a can’t miss and it did not disappoint. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and showed us a great time and went through the amazing history of 4 different locations. Going into the day was a little anxious about all the logistics of this trip but they made it seamless. Everyone getting us to the and from the tour and the sites was wonderful and very professional.even had personal in the airport to help with the flights. During the tours while on the grounds they arranged golf carts to take you to all the sights to maximize your time and keep you out of the heat. 10/10 Amazing day! Exactly what we had hoped for.

It was a wonderful trip being able to see the beautiful tombs and temples in Luxor on the day trip! The boat ride was nice and the local food was delicious. (Recommend downloading WhatsApp if traveling in Africa so people can easily communicate with you and staying at the airport hotel in Cairo if doing the Luxor day trip from there- we found that helpful.)

The experience was amazing , I had the chance to meet Sayed (WoW tours Egypt) in Alexandria, who proposed a nice travel through the Nil that I didn’t regret . He made all the organisation and plans for all the visits and transports, the quality of the transport and guides was well chosen and the cruise from Aswan to louxor a wonderful experience. Wow Tour company picked us up at the Luxor Airport with an excellent guide and van. They spent all day with us taking us to Valley of the Kings, Karnak temple, Luxor temple, Hapshepsut temple, lunch, and back to the airport. Everything went bery smoothly and we had no complaints. I have traveled everywhere in the world, and Luxor was truly one of the best sights I have ever visited.
We capped off our trip to Egypt for my sons 20th birthday with a day trip to Luxor. We were greeted at the Airport by Salwa and our Driver MacMuhud they were extremely pleasant. We started our day learning the history of Luxor and visiting the Temple of Karnak. Salwa’s enthusiasm and extreme detail of the history of the Temple had my sons and I captivated. We continued the day to Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, and things just got better. Each tour was unique & captivating. We were excited to continue our journey to the Valley of the kings, Colossi of Memnon, & Luxor Temple. We even stopped for lunch. We all felt like family. We considered ourselves very fortunate to have him as our tour guide. The trip was so well organized to make the most of the limited time at our disposal. Never a dull moment. Highly recommended.

The over all experience of visiting Karnak Temple,the Valley of the Kings,Obydos Temple, the Civilization Museum and of course, seeing the pyramids on the Giza Plateau was breathtaking!! Our guide, Elsayed, was incredible!! He explained everything to us all about what we were seeing. He was knowledgeable, and very patient with our questions. And he is very humorous and a joy to be with too! We walked the ancient street of El Muis, and saw the many mosques along the way. The history there in the town of Cairo! Sayed at WOW Tours Egypt is the best guide you could ever have! He put together a weeks tour for us that was amazing! Aside from being super knowledgable, he knew exactly how to avoid crowded areas and we felt completely safe. We were able to get tons of stops in our tour without feeling rushed. I can’t express how much fun we had! This trip was planned within a week & when we decided we wanted to do everything, we didn’t have to figure out what to do because it was already planned, we just had to pay the money! 😂 I felt safe as a woman, which for some reason people always worry about, I get it but don’t be afraid. We took a day tour with Sayed Ibrahim from WOW tour agency and had the most interesting and enlightening time because our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable. Sayed’s a knowledgeable and friendly guide who brought us around Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. He explains in great detail the history of the places we visited, the culture behind it and some quirky facts which we wouldn’t have known if we went on our own.
