Our experience with Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours in Egypt was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately, we faced several issues that made our trip far from enjoyable. 1. Poor Accommodation. RecommendationOne of the most troubling aspects was their recommendation of the Desert Moon Hotel in Giza. This hotel was substandard and did not meet even basic expectations. The facilities were poor, cleanliness was questionable, and the overall condition was far below what one would expect. Shockingly, we were charged rates comparable to a star-rated hotel, which felt completely unjustified. This indicated either a lack of transparency or a deliberate attempt to mislead clients. 2. Inconsistent Services. The inconsistency in their service delivery was another significant concern. While we were promised certain amenities such as lunch and bottled water throughout our excursions, these were inconsistently provided. On multiple occasions, we found ourselves without the essentials that were part of the package we had paid for. This not only caused inconvenience but also left us feeling shortchanged. 3. Unprofessional Behavior Perhaps the most distressing part of our experience was the attitude and behavior of the tour representative. When we raised concerns about the discrepancies and inadequate services, his response was evading and blaming on us informing that those things are not on the list. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he resorted to take care of ourselves , which left us feeling unsafe and deeply disappointed. ConclusionBased on our experience, we strongly advise travelers to be cautious when considering Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours. The lack of transparency, poor service consistency, and unacceptable behavior from the representative made this a regrettable experience. We felt deceived and strongly recommend exploring alternative tour operators to ensure a safer, more enjoyable, and hassle-free trip to Egypt.

This was the first day of our travel and we were tired. Only the majestic and exotic pyramids could make us feel energetic. The experience of inside the pyramid was exhausting and exhilarating at the same time. The camel ride was truly wobbly fun. Camels were very amorous for some reason. Overall, pyramids are on every traveller's list for a reason.

It was so easy with Adel He arranged a person on airport to take us Hassel free entry in country as we don't know local language. Everything he arranged including hotel to stay His staff is so friendly and supportive I can say just go with this guy and your trip will be so easy

Giza one day tour was well organised by the Adi tours . The guide ( Yousef) was very nice and informative. ADI was ready to customise the package as we want . Even though overall it’s very good . The camel ride, sphinx square visit and GEM visit should have planned well.

Was good experience with HA balloon & paramotoring .. rest of the tour was rushed and needs improvement of experience! Package pricing is not value for money as it is only transport and guide. Suggest adding Egyptian local food spots rather than fixed tourist restaurants & cafes! Needs improvement of service!

I had booked my 9 days trip with Adil for my family with 9 yr old kid and it was wonderful, awesome experience. Egypt is mesmerizing and had great experience with the help of Adi tours which I will cherish in my life. They gave me comfortable stay with additional bed or room for my kid. The service is best for family; flexible, comfortable, considering kid's needs and open for last moment changes. Lunch on all days was very good. The guides were knowledgeable and good in communication. The cars are clean and comfortable. Drivers are safe drivers. The entire team with Adi tours is best. Thank u team and Adil.

We visited Saqqara, the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum! Everything was super organized with the driver and we got a really nice lunch at 9 pyramids and a funny camel ride! The kids also appreciated the snacks in between ;-)

It was our last day in Cairo and we wanted to cover the Citadel, the Egyptian Museum, and the Giza pyramids. We had initially planned to do this by ourselves, but decided very late(read 6am on the day itself) to use the services of Adi Tours instead. We made the right call. Adel was super accommodating as he arranged everything for us in very little time. A comfortable private car and a very experienced tour guide - Shaima - made our day a lot easier. We would not have been able to cover as much ground without them.

I had vegetarian preferences for food but the guy always made sure I had lots of options to choose from. They provide guided tours and also the guide is a well - trained and professional with vast knowledge of Ancient Egypt history. Highly recommended if you want to experience true Egypt.

We were a very focused group of seven architects and artists. Together with one member of our group, Adel had curated a tour tailor-made to our needs and interests. He had organised an Egyptologist, Dr. Mohammed Mekkawy as our guide, to be with us from beginning to end. Dr. Mekkawy's knowledge of Egyptian mythology, the respect he commanded at every site we visited, and the doors he opened for us beyond call at both archaeological sites and museums, made our visit enriching and added value well beyond our expectations. Even though we took almost double the anticipated time visiting every site, making the days very long and packed, Adel was always patient and accommodating! Beyond this, the travel arrangements were impeccable. The accommodation was good to excellent. Desert Moon at Giza has comfortable rooms with Pyramid views from every room, plus a terrace that makes the perfect location to relax and unwind at the end of a long day. The Lotus Hotel at Luxor, located as it is on the Nile with the swimming pool on the river, was my absolute favourite! I also greatly enjoyed the stay, the shopping, and the interactions at the Nubian village, as also the sunset felucca ride on the river to our resort Wadi Artika. What I did miss though was a couple of nights in Cairo, which I might have liked instead of being in Giza for six nights. Despite Ramadan, Adel organised good to excellent food for us almost everywhere. My most memorable meals were at the Wadi Artika at Nubia and at the Fish Market at Alexandria. A couple of tips ... If you're visiting Egypt during Ramadan, do bear in mind that most archaeological sites and museums open between 7-9am and close between 3-4pm. Please plan your schedule accordingly. The Nile cruise with dinner, which came free with our package, though I do appreciate the gesture, was not so enjoyable. You don't really get a sense of being on the river, unless you step out on to the open deck - which can be rather chilly! And indoors, it's too packed and noisy with diners and performers! Keeping oneself well hydrated at all times is a good idea whilst travelling in Egypt. If you have long days, keeping fruits and small bites with you works well. Though the weather is hot, the sun is very strong - so it's a good idea to cover up rather than expose skin to avoid sunburn. A good sun-hat, a cotton scarf, and sunglasses are an absolute must! All in all, a very big hand for for Adel, Adi Tours and Nuba Flower!!

Did have a Lunch at one of the Egyptian Place , then Visited pyramids and SPHINX ended by having a Camel Ride. this was an All Inclusive trip private Tour Just for us , Driver and Tour Guide were meticulous and prompt.

Adel is simply amazing. He is very professional in terms of taking care of his guests. He is very flexible and would go extra mile to make sure we all had fun on tours. We were a party of 12 with 6 small kids and 6 adults. He even kept a watch on the kids when we his guide would explain us the history. We went with him on 2 days cairo tour to Pyramids along with camel rides, Sphinx, Memphis, Sakkara, Cithadel, Egyptian museum and khan khalili market. Since we were vegetarian he took to good veggie lunch places. The tour bus we traveled in was clean, air-conditioned and more seats for the entire 12 of us to be comfortable.
