Our guide meets guests at the hotel, followed by a short drive to the Giza Plateau. Explore the legendary pyramids of Great Pyramid of Giza (Cheops), Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren), and Pyramid of Menkaure (Menkaure), the last remaining wonder of the ancient world. Continue to the iconic Great Sphinx, dating back to the reign of Khafre, and visit the nearby Valley Temple. Afterward, enjoy a brief stop at a papyrus workshop to learn about this ancient craft, with optional visits to perfume and carpet shops. Proceed to Pyramid of Djoser in Saqqara, the world’s oldest large-scale stone structure, built for King Djoser during the 3rd Dynasty. Finally, continue to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where you can explore its remarkable remains, including the colossal statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx.
