Hussein Fahem was our driver. He communicated through What’s App to let me know where he was waiting for us in the airport. We found him very easily holding up a sign with my name on it. He explained things to us about Cairo on our way to the hotel. Hussein Fahem was prompt and friendly and I would highly recommend him to others.

Mohammed yusif is the best, i traveled solo to Cairo and this gentleman was my driver, he was very friendly and respectful, I asked him about the area and the local food and everything and he was soo happy and cheerful to answer all my question, he even took the time to show me the entry to the pyramids before dropping me to my hotel upon my request, when I go back to Egypt I will make sure to use the same company.
Mohamed waited very patiently for us when our flight delay and long airport queues made us hours late for pickup pickup. He was incredibly kind and informative and pointed out many interesting locations and buildings on our drive. Clearly has a lot of pride in his home and is glad to share it without others. After a delayed flight and late arrival, he set the tone for a wonderful experience in Egypt for us. We were incredibly grateful for his patience, kindness, and all of the information he shared.

I have had great experiences with this company. Every time I use it the drivers are early and communicative and so kind. Mohammed Al-Rudaini Was my driver last time and he was extra great because he gave me a little tour on our way to the air bnb. He pointed out a lot of the special buildings and places we were passing and gave me a bit of history as we passed them. I will book with them every time I'm in Cairo.

Our trip from the airport to the hotel was super. We got our confirmation for the booking from Ria Tours immediately after with all needed details. The driver was named and he contacted us the day before our travel. This system is excellent to let us travel with peace of mind, knowing that there will be someone waiting for us and have his direct contacts even before take off. Our driver Emad Hamed was waiting for us as promised, very kind with a big smile on his face with tea in hand to greet us. He also gave us water for the trip. Both were very welcome after the long flight we had. During the taxi ride he informed us about the city and introduced some of the famous buildings and sights we were passing. Overall we had a fantastic experience with his service. Highly recommend it.

We would certainly recommend Rimo Tours. Mohamed Yousif, our driver, met us at the airport, calling to say where he was waiting, and rescuing us from the "chaos" of taxis! Our journey was around midnight, but he gave us information about the cities of Cairo and Giza as we travelled to our hotel. This was a great welcome to Egypt.

We were greeted at door eight by a very nice English speaking Rimo Tours representative after we retrieved our luggage. Once outside we waited around 10-15 minutes for our private driver to arrive. Driver got us to our hotel, St. Regis within 35-40 minutes. We recommend this company.

We cannot recommend Rimo tours, specifically Mohamed Imam more. Mohamed collected us straight outside of the airport gate and took us to our accommodation with safety and ease. After Mohamed dropped us off at our accommodation, he messaged to make sure we got into the apartment safe as it was 3am. 5 star service
