Out of all activities experienced during our visit this one was by far the best one. The tour itself was exactly what we booked, but our tour guide, Omar Ragy, made our last day in Egypt one to remember. This young man was not only courteous and hospitable, but also very knowledgeable displaying a true love of Egypt's history. His initiative, disposition and knack for photography was a most welcome surprise. I would definitely book any tour that provides us with a staff member like him.

My girlfriend and I had a great time, Essam was our tour guide. He took amazing pictures for us and provided detailed history throughout the tour. We were picked up from our hotel in a nice car with air conditioning. Communication was great throughout the experience. I would thoroughly recommend booking!

Our guide, Essam, took some fantastic photographs at every spot of the tour, and well explained the Egyptian history, fun facts about pyramids/artefacts, and even quizzed us too. Prices of souvenirs were not bad, not scammed. Pickup car was nicely air-conditioned, with some Egyptian music.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The tour included a camel ride, but I had clearly told the guide that I did not want to ride the camel… I only wanted to get close, touch them, and take a picture. In the end, I was not even allowed to properly see the camels up close. When I tried to explain this to the guide, he became rude and spoke to me in an unfriendly way. I expected more respect and better communication from the staff.
