We made several tours with the most lovely guide, Heba Ouf Wasela, in Egypt. I was a bit reluctant about going to Egypt because of the war in the Mittle East, but all the Tours and friendliness of the people (especially Heba) was increadible. Me family and I loved it! I can highly recommend Heba and her work. She plans everything to the detail, giving you very thorough background information and with a charming touch and a lovely humor! I am deeply thankful ❤️

I booked this tour as a solo female traveler on an 11 hour layover. Highly recommend! My tour guide Heba was excellent - knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel safe as a woman traveling alone. I feel like I got to see a bunch of top highlights (pyramids, sphinx, museum, food, a little bit of shopping!) on my very short trip and Heba was super accommodating about my early arrival (she was able to get us started even earlier than planned and add a low cost extra activity) and my need to get back for my connecting flight. I feel like I got a great taste of what Cairo/Giza have to offer and am excited to go back some time for a longer experience.

All I can say Heba was fantastic and Ibrahim the driver awesome day. Highly recommended went the mile.

Heba is very knowledgable and made sure to explain interesting facts as we went through the tour. She also kindly let me borrow her hat, is an excellent phtographer and took us to a lovely lunch. Also Heba is just a lovely, funny person and great conversationalist. I highly recommend this tour and will be sure to book Heba again the next time I am in Cairo!

Heba was an amazing guide for our all women group. She took us on a tour of Cairo and Giza, showed us the pyramids (plus a camel ride and a quad bike ride), Islamic and Coptic Cairo (Salah Al-Din’s citadel and mosque, the Hanging church, St. George, Sultan Hasan’s mosque), the Egyptian museum, Gayer Anderson’s museum-house, etc. She took us shopping at Khan El-Khalili and found us other great stores for what we were looking for, as well treated us to a view from the Cairo tower and a felucca ride. We had 3 days full of adventures and learning. She made sure we were always safe and accompanied by her, a driver or another guide (when our group split). She arranged drivers and transfers for us, flexible for our changes at short notice - when we had flight issue middle of the night she responded immediately (not sure when she slept). We have amazing memories and the best pictures of our trip thanks to Heba. Highly recommend her for family tours, and would absolutely look for her on my next visit to Cairo!

We visited the great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx with Heba as our guide. She was amazing, explained everything to us very well, very friendly and warm! The pyramids are amazing. Going up into the pyramid is a choice- there’s nothing much to see but the experience of getting to the top and back was thrilling in itself. Definitely recommend going with them, we had a fabulous experience!

Heba is an amazing guide! She took time to explain, everything accurately, and also helped us plan our lunch spots overlooking the great pyramid. Overall, we had a good day!

5 of my friends and I found Heba on the internet. We scored big. She is intelligent, tells an amazing story, changed plans for us and had patience while we shopped. For reference - we are in our 40s and well travelled. This was our annual girls trip. We were a bit apprehensive about Egypt given all the news, but felt safe with Heba. She had excellent drivers, large AC van. They were with us from the hotel at 8ish till we were done with our dinner 11 pm + (waiting outside). When we wanted to split into different activities she magicked extra people. Never left any of us alone. I have no idea how she commanded Cairo for us on a dimes notice. We enjoyed the trip and her company - we chatted about Egyptian history, religion, politics - no topic was left untouched. Heba also knew where to take the best pics and made our trip memorable. Highly recommended! Heba is also a law student and mom of three - I think she would do great with kids. Now that we feel comfortable with this trip we plan on taking it again with the kids/family.

Communicate ahead of time what activities we would do. It would be nicer if she could let us know what choices we can have rather than just making decision for us. E.g. if we can go inside of museum, what lunch we would have

Did a 2-day side tour of Egypt while in Qatar for the World Cup. There were 3 of us - my buddy from NYC and my teen aged son. Visited the main attractions in Cairo - Giza pyramids, museum, Bazaar etc. what made the trip so amazing and memorable was our private tour guide Heba. She was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the land. Infact, she did her studies in Egyptian history and culture. Heba was very personable and attended to our requests with a can-do attitude. Though it was a short trip, we came back with lots of cultural awareness and memories😊

I didn’t have much time in Egypt, but was able to visit the Egyptian museum, the Coptic church, the pyramids at Giza, and the Sphinx in a one day tour guided by Heba. She was a great guide, very knowledgeable, and also was my camel guide at the Pyramids. It was a fantastic day and I checked another place off my bucket list, but hope to return someday with more time.

We had a fantastic experience! They made everything stress free. From travel arrangements to sightseeing everything was taken care. We felt completely safe the entire time. We were able to go inside the Great Pyramid of Giza as well as inside several tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Our guides were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke solid English. We visited the great Pyramids of Giza with Heba from Travel Village. The beauty and grandeur of their existence can only be admired by being in their presence. And Heba made sure we had the full experience by explaining all the relevant historical details and significances, taking us to all the good "photo-op" spots and even arranging a 15min camel tour for us around the dessert of the Pyramids. Our trip guide Heba was outstanding and gave an amazing detailed account of Egyptian history. Our day with her was a superb and immersive experience into Egyptian history and culture. Heba is the best trip tour you can get, very knowledgeable and caring for all details and comfy, I will be back for more time and for sure with Hiba.

Arrived quite early to avoid the crowds but it was still very crowded. The pyramids are impressive and a great testament to ancient engineering. You can pay extra, USD30, to go inside the great pyramid but be warned it's dark and very narrow. Anyone who doesn't like confined spaces or 250 million tons of granite over their head should avoid it What spoils it are the amount of lucky lucky men who try to sell you all manner of cheap tat. They are very persistent and in your face all the time, best to completely ignore them if you can.

I traveled to Egypt with my 74-year-old father in Spring ‘19. I was pregnant at the time. Heba was a great tour manager and made sure we were totally comfortable the entire trip. We even did a stint down to Luxor on the train. Everyone on Heba’s crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We enjoyed every part of it! Heba and I have stayed in contact, and I would definitely use her again when I get back to Egypt soon.

We have been accompanied since the day we arrived in Cairo by Heba, always concerned and very attentive. The visit to the pyramids was wonderful. The tour guide (Adel) was very attentive and explained the whole story of egipt with great enthusiasm. We were taken to eat typical food and recommended many places to visit.

The guide was really nice, he even introduce us to the traditional food. He made excellent suggestions and gave us a really good description of the story of Egypt. We really loved to do this trip especially because of Heba (Direction of Travel Village) who helped us prepare our trip through Alexandria and made us a personalized guided tour through the city. During our stay in Cairo, we were fortunate enough to have the wonderful and kind Heba as our tour guide for 2 days. Heba was so accommodating and ensured that we had the most fulfilling experiencing of visiting some of the best landmarks in Old and downtown Cairo. Heba had a great knowledge of the history of the sites and it was refreshing to see her passion come through. We visited Old Cairo where we saw the Hanging Church and the Synagogue where Heba gave us an informative tour of both sites, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also visited The Citadel of Salah Al Din and the Khan Al Khalil where we had an equally enjoyable and educational adventure. Heba was also kind enough to introduce us to some of Egypt's most popular dishes which were very nice. My partner and I would highly recommend Heba's excellent services and will definitely be contacting her again on our next visit as we had a fantastic all-round experience!

Adel was our guide today for the most amazing tour of the pyramids of Giza and the national museum. From the very beginning, Adel was personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions with ease and it was clear he had such pride in his country. He asked bus about the topics we wanted to know more about so that our tour was very personalized. He ensured we were safe, and advised bus on how not to get swindled by people looking for tips. There is no way I would have learned as much from going to the pyramids and museum on my own. I would DEFINITELY recommend Adel to anyone we wants to learn the rich history of ancient Egypt and modern-day Egypt. Cannot imagine a better experience! What a great company and guide!

Heba and her company Travel Village were recommended to us through a work colleague. When we visited Cairo on business we arranged through her a morning of sightseeing for those who had never visited the area before. She was quick to suggest some itineraries that might be of interest to us. I easily communicated with her via WhatsApp and email. Once she learned of our preferences, she customized a trip to suit our work schedule that would allow us the biggest bang for our time. Our guide Adel was extremely professional and knowledgeable of Egyptian culture both past and present. He really helped make the sites and antiquities come alive and answered many question from our group of four. We visited the Giza pyramid plateau, the Spynx, Egyptian Museum Our driver had a clean, safe, air conditioned van and ensured we were safe on the streets of Cairo. A word to US travelers, be prepared to bring a lot more cash that you may travel as the museums and sights only take LE and do not accept credit. Our guide was quick to help out as our hotel bank was out of LE due to a holiday. Great to have a guide who goes the extra mile for the traveler and lets you figure it out in the end. Will be reaching out to Heba in the future when work takes us back through Egypt.

We were so fortunate to learn of Heba's company through a mutual friend and began our trip planning via What's App exchanges a few weeks ahead of our trip. We offered suggestions of things that were important to us to see - Giza plateau, for example. Our 10 hour day far surpassed any expectations! We had Mazen as our guide and he was so knowledgeable, fun, and gracious as a host. He knew the best photo spots and also how to make the photos memorable! Our driver was also professional and kind, with the vehicle very comfortable and spacious. We had ample stops and breaks for comfort and beverages, a very delicious lunch with a view of the pyramids, and explorations of a weaving school in action (and learned how to make the knots used in fine rugs), perfumerie and its secrets (including watching the glass blowing to make the bottles), and papyrus making, where we could also purchase final products at each stop at terrific prices. We got to see the important highlights of both Saqqara and Giza, as well as the most vibrant, neighborhoods where life now is as it has been for a very long time. We had the opportunity to climb up into the Great Pyramid, which is an adventure unto itself. We would highly recommend Travel Village to anyone interested in a professional and personalized experience.

Hayat was the tour guide for me and my daughter for three days. She and Heba were great at tailoring tours based on our time and interests. Hayat is a fun and engaging tour guide who provides easy to understand historical context in the enormous span of Egyptian history. Though we only got to the Pyramids, Coptic Cairo, and the Egyptian Museum (as well as some great food and shopping), it was more than enough for us. Looking forward to coming back for Luxor.

Fantastic time in Cairo and Heba Ouf made it more exotic by her personal touch as my tour guide. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable . Certainly a five star for her.

A big day but an excellent laid back experience. We left Cairo at a leisurely 7 a.m. returning at around 6 p.m.. We had the opportunity to visit all the key attraction in the city as well as enjoying an good lunch at the Fish Market

My wife and I met Heba Ouf when she was one of our tour guides many years ago when she was an employee of a different travel agency. ( that tour provider was mediocre and some of the local guides they assigned to us were not very professional and I would not use them again) However, Heba was such a pleasure to deal with during our 11 day tour of Egypt that I asked her to be my Facebook friend so we could keep in contact. We've stayed in regular contact over the years and I am happy that she has struck out on her own. I would definately hire her again and refer friends travelling to Egypt to her agency. I took a whirlwind tour through Egypt several years ago and luckily had Heba for my guide for all 4 days. She is very knowledgeable and funny and was able to cater to all types when I was with others for the day. For instance, she didn’t have a problem finding a McDonald’s for those in the group that wanted it, while she sought out a more adventurous dish for myself, pigeon! One of my days was supposed to be a free day, but it was an easy decision to hire Heba out as my personal guide for the day instead of braving Cairo myself!

Heba has organized a great daily trip for our company colleagues, which was an envent in our company. The whole trip was through all 'must see' points in Cairo, such an cultural enrichment and advanture. Heba has wonderful knowhow and walked through in all details. Such a fun and friendship. I have twice used Heba to arrange travel and guides in Upper Egypt and around Cairo. The first trip was with two work colleagues and five months later for just my wife and I. Heba organised guides and all the travel arrangements for our travels in and around Abu Simbal, Aswan, Luxor. Each time the guides were excellent and the river cruise was first rate too. When my wife and I returned from Luxor (by train) Heba met us at the railway station in Giza and took us to all the important sites in that area. She was extremely knowledgeable and, like all the best guides, knew when to let us explore on our own and when to provide excellent information. The next day she arranged for a colleague to take us around Cairo...again first rate.

My partner and I visited Cairo in February and on personal recommendation of our neighbour we were put in contact with Heba. Before we travelled, Heba emailed us and we gave her an idea of what we were looking for but asked for recommendations. Heba was very fast in responding to our emails and came up with an itinerary that was absolutely outstanding. We were only in Cairo for a week but managed to see so much and only wish we could have stayed longer. During our visit, some of the places we visited were The Egyptian museum, Giza and Saqqara pyramids, Memphis, a Papyrus and rug making workshops, a camel ride into the Sahara to watch the sunrise, a Felucca trip, a Nile dinner cruise, a folk dancing evening, Saladins Citadel, various notable Mosques and the Hanging Church. There were of course other places we visited but just too many to mention. During our trips we opted to include lunch in our tours as this made our experience even better. What made our experience of Cairo so enjoyable was Heba and her teams expert knowledge, attention to detail, expert driver and vehicle, planning and genuine desire to make her visitors enjoy their Egyptian experience. We have already decided to return to Egypt in the future and will be contacting Heba again. Highly recommended. Thank you Heba, we look forward to seeing you again.

I was uneasy about traveling alone in a strange exotic land. But from the first minute I met Heba, it was like I was traveling with and old friend. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and knew the best times to visit each site to avoid crowds and get the best photos. I’m so greatful to Heba for the experience of a lifetime in a place that everyone should visit at least once!!!

Our trip with Heba was over two/three days. From Cairo to Alexandria. It was informative, safe, exciting and fun. Heba has an amazing ability to bring all of this together.
