Giza Pyramids,sphinx &Grand Egyptian Museum Tour Full Experience

This is my third time here but this time with the whole family. The whole experience was amazing! It's pretty cheap compared to the GEM. We spent 5 hours there. It's one one of the old world wonder!

Our Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Grand Egyptian tour was great! We were actually running a little late from the airport and Hossam was very accommodating, very polite, and super knowledgeable about all things ancient Egypt. It truly did feel like a VIP tour! Hossam and Moqmoud (The driver) got us in and out of all of our little side quests and souvenir shops quickly and safely with tips along the way. Our drive to the pyramids from our hotel was almost an hour long with some entertaining traffic and local driving. Moqmoud handled all of the driving great! He had the car ready to in all locations and drove like a pro amongst the chaos. I highly recommend this tour. Those guys are great guides!

We had a wonderful experience with Mr Hossam as our tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, well-mannered, helpful and cooperative. He explained everything so well and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our tour. His friendly attitude, professionalism and willingness to help made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. He was always approachable and happy to assist us whenever needed. A big thank you to Mr Hossam for making our tour so pleasant, smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent tour guide. Hossam was an incredible guide! He was kind, highly knowledgeable, and went at the speed we needed. He seemed to know everyone which helped us navigate the crowds. Highly recommend. The tour gave just enough of each place and experience and as stated, we could go as fast or slow as we wanted.

My first encounter with the Pyramids of Giza… an extraordinary new spot for my sketchbook! Makmur, the driver, was right on time to pick me up from my hotel, while Abdullah, our licensed Egyptologist guide, joined us along the way and shared fascinating stories and his own perspectives on the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The camel ride was such a fun experience, made even more special by the sight of birds dancing in ever-changing formations across the clear blue sky. Lunch at a local restaurant was another treat, where I got to try Egypt’s beloved Koshari. But the real highlight was the beautiful golden sunlight falling across the ancient Pyramids. Such a lovely day filled with history, little discoveries and unexpected moments of magic…

Our tour guide was Wehad. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, she knew everything we should do/everywhere to go and made it extremely accessible for us. We had a great time and knew we were in good hands. The driver Mustafa was great as well, and they both showed up early and waited for us to go on our tour for the day. At the end Wehad to took us to buy a few things and was very helpful taking us to the right places and assisting us in getting a good deal.

Abdallah and our driver were incredible. Very communicative, on-time, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We booked the all-inclusive option and it was great because everything was made so easy for us. Wehad is a great guide and she enriched our experience with her knowledge and answers to our questions. She was especially great at explaining things to our children, too! Wehad knew all the tips to avoid the crowds and get the best views! Thank you for such a lovely day in Cairo 😍

Giza Pyramids- stunning. If you get a chance to go . Do.

This was one of the best tours ever. The Pyramids & Sphinx are breathtaking and our guide Zizo brought them to life with his vast knowledge of the mythology and history of Egypt. We took a fun camel ride around the pyramids and then we went to the Grand Egyptian Museum. It's hard to put into words how spectacular the complex is or the things you can see in the museum. Again, Zizo's knowledge added even more yo the experience, guiding us to the most important works to see. Our driver Hassem (sp?) was also great, getting us around in traffic all day. I wish I could rate this experience more than 5 stars!

I cannot give enough praise to Rasha. Not only was she an amazing expert guide, she went above and beyond in every way. We missed our Nile cruise the night before because of flight delays, so on top of our amazing pyramid/museum tour, she also personally organised us a romantic Nile cruise the night of the tour. We were highly vigilant in Egypt, but our safety and security was her number 1 priority, and she assured that we had an enjoyable and educational time without getting ripped off by local street merchants. We cannot thank her enough for the experience.

We had a fantastic experience on the Giza pyramids and GEM day tour with our Egyptologist guide, Wehab. She was so knowledgeable, communicative, organized and answered all our questions. Would super recommend!

We had Aly as our guide, and he was AMAZING! We took five tours with different companies during our time in Egypt, and Aly was by far our favorite guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. He customized our itinerary to fit our needs (for example, we were very tired at the end of the tour so he showed us only the “must see” things at the GEM so we could go back to the hotel early), was flexible throughout the tour, and took great photos of us with care. He also made a real effort to keep us out of the hot Egyptian sun as much as possible by finding shaded areas while sharing his knowledge. It’s clear that Aly genuinely cares about his guests and their experience. We highly recommend this tour and Aly!

The tour went reasonably well overall, and the places themselves were definitely worth visiting. However, the visit to the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) felt a bit rushed. The guide (Rasha) skipped entire sections, even though we still had time left in the tour. Some valuable time was also wasted on the inevitable visit to the “Papyrus Institute,” which turned out to be nothing more than a shop with pushy vendors trying to sell their products. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t a great one either.

We were very disappointed with this tour. The guide seemed rushed throughout the day, and the explanations were brief and lacked detail. We spent time at a papyrus/perfume shop and a tourist buffet that we had not specifically requested, while our time at the pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum felt rushed. We were given only about 10 minutes to take photos at the Sphinx and had limited time to enjoy the sites. We expected a more informative and relaxed experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Since we traveled from far away and had limited time in Cairo, this was especially disappointing.

I had the best time!! Zizo is very knowledgeable and kind. I mentioned at the start of the trip that I wanted to try Koshari, and he and his lovely driver, took me to get some mid-tour. They were both so kind, and made me feel very safe, and taken care of. I would 100% recommend the tour and Zizo specifically. Bonus - He also takes amazing photos!! I will definitely be using them again when I’m back in Cairo :)

This is a great tour of Giza and the GEM if you have limited time in Cairo; you will get to see all the major highlights. Hossam was our guide, he spoke excellent English and provided easy to follow insights into the history of Egypt. His knowledge and humour made for a relaxed and enjoyable day, keeping our teenagers happy and engaged. He knew exactly what we needed to see and all the spots to take the best photos which was great. Egyptian hospitality at its best throughout the day. The camel ride is a must-do with magnificent views of the pyramids and surrounds. It is hard to believe you are there at the pyramids and the Sphinx, a surreal experience. We were offered a choice of lunch options and went with what the kids wanted which was chicken and rice - fresh and tasty. The GEM was impressive in design and artefacts. It is huge and it would take a long time to explore in its entirety. Having a guide taking you to the important parts with accompanying story-telling made it so much easier. Ayman our driver ensured we had safe and comfortable pickups and drop offs at each location through the day. Thank you Hossam and Ayman for your warm Egyptian hospitality and for a day we will never forget.

I was so lucky to have Medhat as my tour guide. He was very respectful, knowledgeable about Egyptian history and did his best to make the whole journey memorable. I strongly suggest this tour and Medhat as tour guide.

I had an excellent experience with Zizo during my tour of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. He patiently answered all my questions, even when I asked similar things more than once, and helped me understand the history much better. He also made sure to take me to all the most important points and explained everything clearly. The time passed incredibly quickly, and I honestly wish the tour could have been longer. Zizo was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful throughout the entire day. I highly recommend him as a guide.

Abdullah provided an exceptional guided tour experience. Accompanied by my father and a friend, we benefited from prompt hotel pickup and convenient proximity to the Giza plateau. Our itinerary commenced at the Sphinx, followed by an exploration of the Great Pyramid and a scheduled camel ride; the quality of the tour was outstanding. Subsequent activities included a visit to the papyrus museum for souvenir acquisitions and a lunch break, concluding with a tour of the impressive Grand Egyptian Museum. Given the comprehensive nature of this full-day excursion, which spanned from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., I highly recommend this service.

What an amazing trip. We cannot recommend it enough. The tour guide Rasha was friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating of our every wish. She explained all the history and what each sight was and was fantastic. Lunch was a chicken wrap which was perfect and our afternoon at the museum was spectacular. We had an amazing experience, pick up was at our hotel which was perfect and timely. The tour was amazing made going round so much easier and our guide Rasha was incredible I couldn't recommend her more! She gave us so much information about everything from the history of Egypt to Cairo as a city. Then once at each site she gave us more information which makes the greatness of being infront of the pyramids all the better not to forget pointing to all the best spots to take pictures and taking some amazing pictures of us. We learnt so much and she was so kind, patient and accommodating to all we wanted to do! The trip was amazing and made all the better by Rasha thank you so much!

Great guide and driver Prompt and courteous and went up and above expectations

Trip started with punctual pick-up by well humoured driver. Guide joined in Giza. Started there starting with camel ride, which was more fun than expected. Continued witg pyramid and spinx viewing with good explanation. Followed advise not to go inside as this is cumbersome and not much to see. The new Grand Museum was the following highlight. Stunning building with equal artefacts. Five hours well spent, leaving sufficient time to vidit the other two famous museums.Can highly recommend.

My tour guide, Lobna Abdelaziz asked me, “Why didn’t you do any homework before you came?” when I asked her about the history of the pyramids. That pretty much sums up my experience. I paid $240 for a six-hour private Pyramids + GEM tour because I wanted to LEARN, not because I was supposed to arrive already knowing everything. She was sarcastic and dismissive of my questions, told me, “I already told you this and you forgot,” and even yelled “WAKE UP!” while I was resting. If tourists already knew everything, we wouldn’t need a tour guide. Curiosity about your culture should be welcomed, not mocked. For $240 + a $30 tip, I expected much more patience, respect, and professionalism.

Ghada was very knowledgeable and took great photos for me, and Mr. Mahmood was an excellent and safe driver. Really enjoyed the trip. Highly recommend. The museum is incredible.

This was truly the trip of a lifetime and a huge part of that was our incredible guide. Wehad, her in knowledge of the ancient world is remarkable. She seemed to know everything and no matter what we asked. She had a fascinating answer ready beyond the history the conversation itself was wonderful. We chatted about all sorts of things even topics completely unrelated to the tour and it made the whole experience feel personal and genuine rather than rush scripted. We picked up a few souvenirs along the way including a personalised papyrus with our names on it unfortunately our names had been misspelled but Wehad handled it without a second thought she sorted the whole thing out and arranged for a driver to deliver the corrected papyrus to us at the hotel the very next day; that level of can follow through says everything about the kind service we received. We couldn’t recommend this experience more highly if you’re booking do yourself a favour and ask what Wehad specifically you won’t regret it. Thank you for making our trips and memorable.

It was a good experience. Marihan was our guide. She was a very good girl and very helpful. She explained as everything. I recommend this guide for everyone.

Hossam gave a great tour of all the sites! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even helped me take some really fun pictures around Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum. I never felt rushed to move on with the tour even though we visited on one of the hottest days in August. He even helped me get a fair price for some souviners I bought near the pyramids. Can't recommend him highly enough!

This was such a great experience, I have always wanted to do with my son, sister and niece. And we can now tick it from the list☺️. We booked with A1 Egypt Tours . We were picked up from our hotel on time , our driver for the day was also very nice and got us there safely,as I find the roads to be crazy out here in Egypt!! Our tour guide for the day was named Asmaa she was amazing!!! Wonderful lady. She explained everything to us, giving us great insight about the pyramids and the GEM.

Literally the best tour I’ve ever been on, and it’s all because of our guide. First, we were picked up at the front door of our hotel, right on time. A large water was given to each of us and then we were off in a nice air conditioned car. Once we got to our first stop, the Pyramids and the Sphinx, our guide started giving us some history right away on everything and answered any questions we had. From there, and til the end of the day, he was always asking us right at the best moments if we wanted him to take pictures along with making some fun suggestions here and there. He took us to all the best photo spots too to beat the crowds. Then, we wanted to add on a camel ride, so he knew exactly who to take us to for an incredible experience. After that, as another add on, he offered to take us to some places for souvenirs. We needed a few more gifts, so we accepted the offer. The places are more high end that he took us, but if you’re coming all this way, you’d rather have the real stuff. We did end up crossing some items off our list, so it was worth it. After that, we had lunch, that was ready within minutes of arriving to the restaurant, so good timing there. Last stop was the Grand Museum, where we quickly got through and inside. We were kind of tired by now, so we asked for the highlights tour, but we could have stayed for hours had we wanted to and our guide would have gladly stayed with us. The whole time he made sure to give us history and insights on everything we saw. Then the trip ended right back at the front door of our hotel as planned. What made the trip most enjoyable was that as we were traveling with two small children, our guide kept them at any point where he thought it would be better for my wife and I to go off and see things ourselves without us even asking. My son made a new best friend that day! We will always remember this trip and if you do this tour, you have to ask for Hossam. He’s the absolute best!

It’s an incredible service. They came in the morning right to the hotel at the time agreed. Nice driver with a nice car. Took us the pyramids first as in the summer it gets really hot late on the day. Zizo was our tour guide. Great guy with an incredible knowledge. Very polite and you can ask anything. Camel ride was fantastic. He knows all the spots for a good picture. Lunch time was in a really good place with delicious food. Zizo is passionate with history. I would definitely recommend them. It makes the sightseeing so much easier and hassle free.
