After completing an exceptional tour with Tauck, I decided to extend my Egyptian adventure with Egypt Tours Gate Agency to visit some of the monuments I hadn’t seen yet. Coming directly from a Tauck tour, my standards and expectations were admittedly quite high, but I’m delighted to say that Egypt Tours Gate didn’t disappoint in the slightest. This is our second time booking a custom tour with Egyptian Tours Gate. This company always delivers and they are easy to work with. Just like last time, we had a great experience. We had an amazing experience during our holiday in Egypt. Egypt Tours Gate alongside our tour guide Amal and driver Dahud were brilliant. My son and I had a safe, stress free and memorable experience. The itinerary was well planned, Amal was very knowledgeable, and she was always available for any questions or concerns we had. They also arranged an add on visit my son wanted to do to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) again this was peace of mind for me as I didn’t have to worry about the logistics about getting us there and back to our hotel! Egypt tours gate and our tour guide khalefa was absolutely great. He was absolutely knowledgeable. It was like a dream come true when he took us to the Pyramids especially to the location from where you can get all the awesome pictures. We only had a day and he made sure to make it a special one for us in Cairo. He was also very protective of us in busy areas where people would try to chase us to sell something and always took us to the most genuine places which had the most fair prices. I will totally recommend to have him as your tour guy cause he is absolutely amazing at what he does. 6/5 from me !!!

Wonderful tour. Started nice and early so avoided crowds at Pyramids. Our guide Goda was excellent- looked after us group of ladies and made us feel we were his number one priority. His knowledge of the tour and history was immense.

We toured Egypt for about a week with Ibrahim, learning much about Egypt's history, sampling delicious local food, and taking in all of the AMAZING sights! From visiting the great pyramids of Giza to traveling to Aswan and Luxor, every day was filled with moments we'll never forget. Ibrahim helped us fit right in teaching us some common Arabic phrases, pointing out landmarks and their significance, and helping us find the right restaurant or activity depending on what we wanted to do. We will definitely book again with Egypt Tours Gate when we return!

I found Egypt Tour Gates after much research online. Ibrahim, the owner was very professional and gracious during our email correspondence. He answered all questions promptly and he was very accommodating. My 70 year old mom came with me on this particular trip to Egypt. From the moment we arrived at Cairo Airport, Ibrahim already had an agent waiting for us inside the airport. He was a professional- who helped and walked us through changing US$ to Egyptian currency, to getting transit visas etc. Talk about VIP service! This aspect of the service was totally unexpected! My mom and I were so very grateful and blown away by the surprise and excellent service. The custom itinerary Ibrahim put together for us was nothing short of amazing! It included so many fantastic activities including a dinner cruise on the Nile River. We had a wonderful experience overall. I will give 20 Stars if I could. I also will definitely utilize the services of Ibrahim’s company again. At the end of the tour, my mother felt like she had gained another son and I felt like I gained a brother. If you are looking for an excellent and highly knowledgeable tour guide that knows Egyptian history like the back of his hand, look no further. The whole trip was incredible. The moment we were picked up at the port, our tour started with history, and so much knowledge from Mohamed, our Egyptologist who really was an oracle of information, and geared the tour to our liking. Definitely do a camel ride at the pyramids, it was a lot of fun, and adds to the great photo opportunities. To end it off take a Felucca boat on the Nlle river, nice and relaxing after the long journey. Egypt Tours Gate is definitely the way to go if you’re looking for a private tour. We’re all in our 50’s, and hate the big bus scenario. Ibrahim who was the main contact was so kind, caring , and amazing to what’s all with all our high demands and requests. All of them were met, and more. We will definitely be coming back , and doing another tour with Egypt Tours Gate. DREAMS DO COME TRUE! I have spent THE BEST DAY EVER on a day tour at the pyramids through the service of Egypt Tours Gate! Besides the visit to the pyramids which was EPIC, we also visited the ancient Egyptian museum which is the biggest collection of Antiquities. Our guide Ibrahim was very professional, full of knowledge and provided information that goes beyond what you learn before going to Egypt or even more than what you find on a travel guide! Not just the whole place is amazing, you need to get the insight they provide! Besides that EPIC day while on tour Ibrahim gave us amazing recommendations about places to eat and very useful tips! Unluckily this was a very short trip to Egypt but after this experience I'm definitely coming back soon, looking forward to organize my next visit with them since they provide tours all around the country! This was an unforgettable experience!! The tour guide was super knowledgeable. He explained things in a very interesting manner, and was happy to answer any additional questions we had. Ibrahim always made us feel safe. He also gave us some tips on how to deal with the sales people and often helped negotiating a great deal. My husband and I had an amazing experience on our tour to The Great Pyramides of Giza and The Egyptian Museum. Our tour guide was Ibrahim and he made our day even more exciting! He was very informative, funny and friendly. He has an enormous knowledge of Egyptian history that he enjoys sharing with all his tour participants. He speaks English perfectly and he is easy to understand. Someone has written: "Ibrahim brings Egypt's history to life", and that is so true. I arrived in Cairo on a one-day trip. In this short period of time, Ibrahim took my group to the most attractive tourist locations in the Giza area, showing as The Great Pyramid of Giza and Sphinx, providing us with the most relevant and interesting information about Egyptian history and the origin of the pyramids. Ibrahim was one of the most knowledgeable tour guides I’ve ever had. His priority was to make sure we have a great time, learn about Egyptian culture and feel the energy and atmosphere of such an amazing place like Giza. He did a wonderful job of telling us the most interesting stories about ancient Egypt and the whole group was so interested in discussing and absorbing knowledge he was giving to as. He also delighted most of us in the group with his help with taking photos along the pyramids. I also really enjoyed with his guidance inside the Egyptian Museum, as he showed us and described the most famous and essential sculptures in the museum. Unfortunately, one day was way too short for more detailed visit of Cairo, and if we have had more time we would certainly have the opportunity to see and learn a lot more from Ibrahim about Egypt. Until my next visit to Egypt I leave all the compliments to Ibrahim on his knowledge and guidance.

It’s almost one year since we traveled to Egypt and had the pleasure of being guided by Heba… and we still think of her every day! She made sure we were safe, smart, and ready for the day. She took care of every aspect of our daily excursions and took the guess work out of everything; what do we wear, what do we bring, do we need water, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable about the past, present, and even what was commissioned for the future. We learned so much. An added bonus: she’s the best photographer. I mean… stunning photos! It was as though we hired a professional photographer to tour with us. I never remember to stop enough for quality pictures so they way she captured our trip was breathtaking and will last a lifetime. During our initial conversation she asked us what our interests are and how much time would we have together. From there she planned the perfect trip for us. And then COVID-19 happened. All the plans, arrangements, dates changed and were continuously changing. Heba was incredible; flexible and patient through it all. She made us feel so comfortable and safe. She even found and took us to the Egyptian hospital where we had the COVID testing done to go home. We stayed at the Four Seasons and they confirmed multiple times before leaving NY that they would be able to help with the testing, and when they failed… Heba swooped in to save the day. She’s just absolutely proficient and efficient. It shows in her work ethic that she loves her career. She is more than a tour guide, she builds relationships. We feel so lucky to have had such a great Egyptian experience and to have shared it with such a beautiful soul. We will be traveling back to Egypt and we can’t wait to spend the time in Heba’s care.

I cannot thank Ibrahim enough. As a solo female traveler I was nervous going to Egypt by myself. I shouldn’t have been at all. Ibrahim was the most knowledgeable tour guide I’ve ever had and he made me feel safe every step of the way. He was with me day and night and always on call.
