The guide was really good knew a lot and was an expert in the subjects, however they don't take care of you, they know they're ripping you off and encourage you to get ripped off and pay a very high overprice where they take you to the tourist shops and don't let you buy with locals saying it's bad quality when it's the same. And they changed us to the guide without our authorization with a person who had poor Spanish and didn’t want to speak English. In general I don't get a good taste in my mouth, the city is very big and chaotic and I never felt safe or confident

Since we got off the plane, we were greeted by a person who helped us pass migrations, then, on the way to the hotel they helped us buy food, the next day they took us to know the pyramids and the Egyptian museum, always explaining what we were seeing, always in our language, and helping us to choose and negotiate the additional ones with the locals, something that I find very useful, because every time we were alone, however brief that time, it was a headache, it seems that the locals want to help you, but more seems harassment. I comment because, your company gave us peace of mind, something we value on this trip.
