We went with Mohamed Imam from Rimo Tours from the Baron Hotel to the Airport. We were very satisfied, he was at the Hotel even before scheduled pickup, he waited for quite a while as we were a bit late, communication via WhatsApp worked fine, very safe driving in a clean spacious car.

Our driver Mohamed Rady was the most lovely Friendliest driver who collected myself and my family from the airport to New Cairo. He waited patiently for over an hour for us, Was super friendly and helpful, communicating the minute we landed. Unfortunately I provided the wrong address and booking but Mohamed was more than kind enough to drive the extra 11k to take us to the right without hesitation. I would highly recommend rimo tours, Especially if you’re lucky enough to get loaned as your driver

Driver Ahmed Abdel Fattah was waiting for us at arrivals with a sign, took our cases and walked us to the car. Very helpful and friendly, We only found out later when we had hotel Wifi that he had been waiting over an hour but never mentioned it as we were chatting, Minivan was clean and air conditioning just right, Would thoroughly recommend. Hotel organised transfer on return was over 3 times the price so this was also an absolute bargain & I recommend pre booking both ways

Our driver Mahmoud Azab was great. The flight was a little delayed on arrival and he kept us up to date on WhatsApp and happily waited with a name sign on exit. We were warmly welcomed and bags were taken and loaded. As we drove through Cairo to our hotel, he pointed out the sights and explained each in English. He then asked if we liked music and we all clapped to some Arabic and Egyptian music. Great fun for our teenage kids. Thanks Mahmoud Azab for your humour and welcome to Cairo!

Excellent and professional service. I booked through the Reno website link; which was followed by very attentive WhatsApp communication from booking (2 days prior to departure) to being in the transfer. We booked the luxury van (Mercedes Vito) and meet and assist package, which guides you through immigration in no time. The driver - Mohamed Imam - was very professional and contacted me once we landed to assure me about the process. He drove very safely and got us to the hotel in the expected time. I would most certainly book Remo and if possible also Mohamed again! Thanks for the superb experience.

Our experience was very positive. Our driver, Fady, was very professional and responsive. He texted us on WhatsApp once our plane landed and informed us that he is waiting for us. Despite the fact that we had to wait for long time until our baggage arrives, he was very patient and not rushing us. He helped us with luggage and was very polite. The van was a bit older than what we expected. But very functional for the short airport pickup we requested.

After saving us from scammy Uber drivers at Sphinx Airport on arrival, Wael Razek of Rimo Tours organised a transfer to our hotel at midnight. We used Rimo Tours for airport transfers and a day driving in Cairo. The drivers were knowledgeable and negotiated the horrendous traffick with ease. With a bit of negotiation you can be assured that he will settle on a fair price.

Very bad service. We waited for 40 mins for the car to arrive. (We had kids with us) They were keep on telling us 5 mins but 40 mins later no car arrived. We where waiting outside sitting on the floor. When driver came, he was rude and was driving with his phone in his hand. Wanted a tip that I didn’t gave because of the poor service and was very upset!
