I can’t even express how wonderful everything was. From the time our plane landed Maestro handled everything. All pick up’s and transfers were even guided so we never had to worry about anything. Hotels were lovely, the meals that were included with our days itinerary were awesome places to eat. The little side excursions that are in there like paper/ art shop and rug shop and the stone cutting place were just great. The guides provided were top notch licensed and highly educated Egyptologists and Archeologists. Both clearly had a passion about sharing their knowledge. It made hearing and understanding everything so easy because their excitement about all the places was infectious. The Nile boat was nice& comfortable and the crew was just great on board. Nice small groups of people and the food was pretty good. There wasn’t a boring day that’s for sure. The company handles everything except 2 things which make sense. This isn’t bad I just want others to not be confused. No drinks / beverages are included in any of this. The reason is they don’t know what you would drink so they can’t anticipate the charge so every meal including on the cruise doesn’t have a drink included you will pay for it. You also have to pay for your own camel ride at the pyramids. There are plenty of options so this isn’t included but only cost us 20 USD a person. I also want to add that we also had the best drivers. Both handled Egypt traffic with ease and we always felt comfortable and safe. This amazing travel company just made us feel like rock stars the way we were treated. This is not a big bus experience this is intimate and client tailored so we could ask our questions and go at the pace that was comfortable for us.

We took a private tour with this company, booked directly online, from Hurghada to Cairo. We visited the Pyramids, Sphynx and Grand Egyptian Museum. I cannot recommend them enough, they were flawless from start to finish, excellent communication, great drivers, an Egyptologist that knew so much and was so very kind. Our party had 2 teenagers with ASD and they were well cared for and minded. The drivers deliberately stopped at shops where there was no charge when they could and continually checked in with us all the way. The entire trip was a pleasure, even though it’s a long one we really enjoyed it and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thanks so much Isabelle
OMG! The best tour EVER!!!! From the booking and all the way through the end of the tour - seamless! Nesma was only a message away to answer all my questions, timely reminded me of upcoming events, and tirelessly monitored process. She is absolutely the person to schedule any excursions in Egypt and Jordan. About the tour itself: I reminded a 24 hours before about the departure and plane reservation was sent to me ( both ways were economy, but very good seat). A driver waited for me exactly at 4 am at hotel gate. When I arrived in Cairo, a tour guide with a driver waited for me and the MAGIC started. The guide was very knowledgeable, and attentive. He kept me interested in history of Cairo through an hour ride to Giza. At Giza, he kept me away from the crowds, took great pictures, made sure I’m in shade, hid rented, not bothered by sales. When we went to Museum, the excursion was structured and super informative. The lunch provided was in very clean restaurant. During the transfer between sites, a driver waited for us, a car was chilled, to make sure I did not spent any extra minute in the heat. Overall: absolutely amazing service!!! Nesma is my personal for any future trips to Africa, MidEast and which ever she would have for me!!!
We cannot say enough good things about Maestro Online Travel Egypt! They were so helpful to us in booking excellent private tours in Cairo and on our Nile cruise. Nesma was especially helpful to us throughout the booking experience. She was always available with prompt responses and excellent advice. She arranged a booking on the Concerto 2, which is the newest ship on the Nile, and we were so pleased that we did this (as opposed to entering the lottery of the standard cruises, where you don’t know which boat you’re going to be on and where you’re going to on the boat until the week before the sailing date). Again, we strongly recommend that you consider Nesma and Maestro Online Travel for your travel plans to Egypt. You won’t be disappointed!
We had a great experience with Maestro online travel. Nesma was great and got the bookings done. There was an issue with the itinerary for one day but she got that resolved. Amir was extremely helpful since we arrived until we departed. My son had left his bag on an internal flight and even after repeated inquiries we were unable to get through to Nile Air. Amir was able to help coordinate a search at the airport’s lost and found and we were able to retrieve our lost items before our departure. The guides were knowledgeable and Haj was very accommodating. The cruise ship was beautiful.
Very great experience , everything was well organized exactly as proposed. Il you come from Italy they can give italian speacking guides absolutely prepared at top level.
Our first visit to Egypt was made achievable with the help of Nesma and Amir. They are very professional, dependable and conscientious of the finer details in our trip. Thanks to everyone in Maestro!
Our experience with our Egypt travel guide was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Amir welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Their deep knowledge of Egypt's rich history, culture, and hidden gems brought every site and from grandeur of the Pyramids to the intricate details inside ancient temples. The guides Islam and Mahmod was not only informative but also attentive to our needs, ensuring we were comfortable and safe throughout the trip. Thanks to Nesma in planning the itinerary perfectly, balancing sightseeing with enough time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Their passion for sharing Egypt's beauty was contagious, and it made our journey unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt in future. Best Regards, Sam (Amsterdam)
Thanks to Maestro Travel, we had the most amazing trip to Egypt in May/June 2024. During the planning, Nesma accommodated all of our requests, even the off-the-beaten-path locations we wanted to see. Amir met us at the airport and made us feel immediately welcome! The Egyptologists and drivers were highly skilled and we loved spending the days with them and learning so much about everything we saw. Our trip included Giza, Cairo, Alexandria, Tanis, Sakkara, Dashur, Memphis, Luxor, Karnak, Valley of the Kings, Sohag, White and Red Monasteries, Hwawish Tombs, Dendera, Abydos, El Kab, Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, all the sights around Aswan and Abu Simbel. We found Egypt to be very safe. I definitely recommend Maestro for all your travel needs. They were our one-stop-shop and we were thrilled with every aspect of the trip/guides/planning/accommodations. Thank you Nesma, Amir, Reehan, Tarek and Yasser. You made our Egypt experience absolutely magical!
We just finished a 15 day Egypt and Nile cruise and it was fantastic. For Cairo, we had Ahmed Hamed us our guide and he was such an excellent guide. He made sure we are safe and comfortable with our surroundings and he was so knowledgeable of the history of Egypt with its kings and their pyramids. It was indeed an eyeopener for me, He broaden my knowledge on history and understood the religion in Egypt, be it Islam or Christian or Hebrew. Ahmed was funny and took us out of our shell. He became our official photographer making sure that we have fun pictures to show off. Thank you Ahmed for showing us and understand your country Egypt. You show how much you love your country. My hats off to you. Thank you to our driver in Cairo, Mohammed. He became our private driver who drove us around Cairo, maneuvering Cairo traffic like a pro. For our Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan, We had Waleed Alsamman as our guide. He made sure we had the best exchange rate for our dollar. He is very knowledgeable of all the temples, Valley of the Kings and Queen, and my most favorite Abu Simbel. He gave a good explanation regarding all the temples surrounding Luxor and Aswan. Thank you for making sure we are well hydrated. To all the drivers in our Luxor to Aswan trip, thank you for keeping it safe. To the tour company, Egypt Portal tour, you all are great and thank you for making and planning this trip. It was perfect, we were able to see the whole of Egypt. I will make sure everybody abroad will know you.
We did a couple of separate tours with Maestro travel in Egypt - we had organized fast track in the airport and visa assistance, also trip to the West deserts and 4 days Nile Cruise. We had a lot of guides and drivers along our stay and Every one of them did his job perfectly and according all we speak with Maestro in advance! The online asssistance of Nesma was perfect, th help of Amir in Cairo was very professional, the guide in the desert (Sameh) was very good and the guide during the cruise (Mahmoud) was perfect also!
I had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Ali. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also made our day truly unforgettable. The lunch provided was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the trip. The organization of the tour was top-notch, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. One of the highlights was visiting the papyrus museum and perfume palace, where we gained fascinating insights into ancient medicine. I highly recommend this tour and appreciate the efforts put into making it such a remarkable experience. Thank you!
Cruising on the Nile river boat and climbing the challenging Mt. Moses on the Sinai Peninsula were my favorites. Being at the pyramids was my husband’s favorite. Doaa and “Elvis” were top notch guides. We worked Nesma jja lot to get our trip finalized. Everything went very well. We were not disappointed.
An incredibly well-planned and delivered tour of Egypt by Nesma and her team with Maestro! From the moment we were met by Amir at the airport at 1:00 a.m. (he walked with us through the entire customs and visa process) to the time Amir delivered us to the airport at 5:00 a.m. 10 days later, I can’t imagine our trip going any better! We were a group of four couples (all family) and our tour guide in Cairo, Doaa Shehab, was like part of the family! She was always on time, spoke great English, is so knowledgeable, and treated us as guests in her country in such a wonderful way. We never had an issue with tickets or security. You can tell that Doaa is very respected at the sites and by other guides. Our trip included a four day cruise on the Nile from Aswan to Luxor, and we had a separate guide for that portion. Khaled was wonderful and he knew his history so well. He was great with altering our schedule in such a way that we would minimize crowds and beat the heat! If you are considering a trip to Egypt, do it! I can say with great confidence that Nesma and Amir with Maestro Online will make sure your trip is wonderful, and Nesma will stay in touch with you the entire time! Also, ask for Doaa as your Cairo tour guide and Khaled as your cruise tour guide!
Our family of 8 toured Egypt with the help of Maestro Tours. Every single day went according to plan. The drivers were timely and safe, our tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and every day was unique and filled with awe-inspiring activities and sites. We were especially happy with our Cairo guide, Duaa, as well as our cruise guide, Khaled. From the moment we arrived in Cairo to the day of our departure, we were accompanied and helped through the touring process. We recommend Maestro tours 100% without reservation.
professional agency, always present 24/7. Dream vacation, everything was perfect. a super super thanks to the fantastic Nesma Mohamed of Maestro Travel
We did private excursion to Luxor, Petra and Cairo from cruise port. Maestro coordinated everything for 5 of us. They were very quick to answer all our questions and make sure the tours met our every need. Each stop was amazing and it worked out we paid about the same price as the ships shore excursion but we had a customized experience. The guides were very informative and all had excellent English. They asked what we wanted to do and gave us lots of excellent options. We had lots of time to do things we would have never had time for in big groups. I would use Maestro Travel again when we return in the future.
We went for the first time from UAE for 8 days. 4 days in Cairo and 4 days in Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Everything was perfectly organized by Maestro from welcoming at Airport to see off at Airport. Tour guide: They were so informative and friendly, we felt like part of family. They were very protective and were supportive in bargaining in local shops. Cars: They have gone over & above in their service, thou we were only 4 but they provided us with 10 seater toyota hais van. Very well maintained, neat and clean. They also provided us with complimentary water bottles. We insisted to pay but they didn't accept. Hotel rooms: we were suppose to be in triple room but were upgraded to 1bed suite in Cairo. Food: lunch was excellent according to international standards. Mr.Amir was always at the airport to receive us and drop us even in the late night until we were safely checked into hotel room. We never had to haggle or clarify or speak to anyone because Amir was escorting us.thank you for such a good care. From the bottom of my heart, I would thank Maestro team Amir, Nesma, Aya, Asraf, Mamoud for making our tour memorable and for top notch service. I would highly recommend Maestro as they understand your needs, value customer service. Ensure you are happy and satisfied at the end. Tips: if you can't speak arabic then you must take private or Group tour such as Maestro.
We were a total of 4 traveling with our 2 adult daughters for the first time to Egypt. Nesma from the start designed the trip that would fit our established flight dates. Amir was waiting for us in the airport to walk us through the visa/ immigration. Doaa guided us through Cairo and suggesting the schedule and timing of activities that would beat the crowds. We were able to see so much in the 2 days. At Luxor Yasser accompanied us all the way to Aswan. It was a true honor to have him as our guide. He was fantastic, he truly conveyed passion and the love for the work as an Egyptian archeologists. The hotel in Cairo suggested by Maestro was perfect and the Cruise ship was just fabulous and they were always in time to pick up us. We highly recommend Maestro and we would use them again
Our cruise was designed to accommodate travelers with accessibility issues. Our guide, Yasser, was great at helping my disabled wife and pushing her wheelchair around the desert and up to the tomb mouth. Then he helped her walk down and back up the stairs inside the tomb. He did this for three tombs. He was always around to help us off and on the cruise boat and acted as our shepherd for all our excursions. Maestro was adaptive to accommodate last-minute changes to our scheduled plans. They are a professional outfit and I would use them again happily.
Very intensive tour of the great places of the Old Egypt. My wife travels with a wheelchair, which is very challenging in Egypt. Maestro Travel Company in the few weeks preparation made a great schedule and covered all logistics. A rep at the airport got us soon on the special van. For two days we toured Cairo, Gizeh with (Egyptologist) guide and the driver. Flight to Luxor, and the next guide (archeologist and Egyptologist) waited us. All the incredible places on the Nile, Luxor, Karnak, Aswan, Nubian village and more were visited. Our guide knew also how to deal with the boarding of ships with wheelchairs and other special challenges. I can recommend Maestro as a great company, especially with special needs. Take enough time of preparation with the company to get the plan just as wished.
We booked Maestro Online Travel Egypt for our family vacation in Egypt at the end of October. They did a custom package to meet our needs. We wanted to see the Pyramids and also to have a 3 days Nile cruise. Everything was perfect! Amir waited for us at the airport, drove us to the Hilton Ramses Hotel, who was right in the center of Cairo across the street from the Egyptian Museum. The second day we had our amazing private guide german speaking, Dosa who joined us everywhere: The Egyptian museum, papyrus Museum, The Pyramids, she arranged an unforgettable camel ride there and the Sphynx. In the evening she drove us to the train station where our train brought us to Aswan. Amir stayed with us at the train station, until we got in the train. In Aswan the biggest surprise awaited us. Our best tour guide ever: Mahmud! He could speak perfect german, very patient, he knew a lot of interesting stories about every Temple, monument we have visited! From Aswan we took the Alyssa Boat to Luxor. I can highly recommend also this ship! Amazing food, great personal, big and comfy rooms, not to mention the bath, pretty big for a cruise ship! Mahmud gave us a lot of information about history of Egypt! Our children (10 and 12) were never bored because he knew how to wrap a story. In the valley of Kings he recommended us the best tombs to visit and he was very flexible with us. He was our guide, our friend there! On our next trip to Egypt we sill surely would like to have him again! Nesma was very flexible with our wishes (we added some more visits on our last day in Cairo). Also, the traditional restaurant in Cairo was top! Thank you Nesma, Amir, Mahmud and Dosa for an unforgettable experience! We will use your company in the future for sure!
Excenlent trip… amazing people… de the guides… the cruise, the hotels everything excelent… i totatot recommend
Great holiday, great agency! Everything was perfect! They assisted me during all the holiday………………..
Our trip to Egypt could not have been better. Maestro made it a point to plan and execute everything to perfection. The Egyptologists assigned to us were great esp Mr. Ahmed in Cairo and Alexandria. My coordination with Mahmoud before and during the trip was great. He would respond immediately no matter what time of the day (or night). Every day during our 11 day trip had something special and unique. Id like to thank Maestro once again for making this trip a very memorable one.
Every part of our trip had its own unique qualities that were amazing. The hot air balloon ride, visiting the nubian village, and scuba diving in the red sea we add-ons I am grateful we decided on.
A 4D3N Nile cruise package as a female solo traveller with this operator... I give it 10 out of 10! Smooth Booking Process: Rana was always quick to respond to my Whatsapp messages with options that fit my specific request. I compared packages from 3-4 operators, and this one offered the best rate, as well as accepting card payments via an online link. Outstanding Guide: During the trip, I was lucky to have a wonderful guide, Mohamad (Mo/FetasMoha), with me. He is exceptional. As a guide, he is knowledgeable and very informative, and he speaks perfect English. He will always prepare a file of pictures, booklets, or photos on his mobile phone to illustrate the stories while explaining so that I can understand easily. Well Coordination: During our Nile cruise, we had to dock several times and take various modes of transportation to the temples, such as local boat, horse carriage, car, or walking. They are very good at coordination; I was never kept waiting. All connections went off without a hitch. Everyone worked well together from the time I arrived at the airport until I was dropped off. Reliable and Stress Free: Special thanks to my guide...He assisted me to coordinate with EgyptAir to follow up with my delayed luggage without me asking. He also helped me to get a separate meal prepared after I missed it because of some works. I feel he always gave honest advice on how much to tip people on each occasion. We went to local businesses several times to learn about local products or handicrafts, but I never felt pressured to buy anything. In Egypt, there are a lot of street vendors; he'll also help me screen them out if I'm not interested. Moreover, you can count on him to take photos. As a solo traveller, I was able to have so many amazing photos without selfies because of him. Then, I noticed he was nice and friendly to everyone including random tourists, not just me. After all, Maestro made me forget how much I was worried about travelling to Egypt alone. I feel very safe and stress free. Do not hesitate to go with this agency. I think all guides they provided are good, but request for Mo if you don't want to take a risk.
Nesma was a wonderful agent, who organised an excellent trip through Egypt for 4of us. Her responses at all times of the day and night were usually within two hours, very convenient when planning a complex trip. Memphis tours took two days to answer, and was more expensive for the same cruise. With Maestro all the connections worked, most of the guides were excellent. The Nasser cruise was the highlight And the Nile Cruise the disappointment (but that was Movenpick’s issue and not maestros).
We travelled from Aswan to Luxor for 4 days and the trip was amazing but mainly due to the idyllic places we visited and not thanks to the guides we had. Once they realized they wouldn't sell us any other trips they gave us really poor explanations. Our guide for 3 days, Mohamed, just helped us to the temples give some brief explanations for around 10 minutes and waited for us in a bar. Every time we had a question it was as if we were bothering him and he was most of the time on his phone. On the other side, the boat Marian was really nice and the food was good. It seemed most of the people were just being nice in order to get some tips, but still was ok.
The experiences we had far exceded our expectations. The Cairo museum, Memphis, Giza pyramids with the Sphinx were included in the first 3+ days. Our tour guide for the 4 of us was very knowledgeable and flexible with the schedule. Then we flew to Aswan , boarded our Nile cruise on the Tuya and over the next 3.5 days we went to >12 sites including the Valley of the Kings, Abu Simbel ( a 3 hr drive from the boat), the Philae, Luxor, and Karnack Temples, and multiple Luxor sites. The cruise was fun, and the food served buffet style was well presented and the staff courteous. The staff from Maestro were at each point to help in transfers at the airport, boat and the tour guides were quite knowledgable of Egyptian history. Overall the cost of the trip was very reasonable although we were not prepared for all the tipping involved.
My brother and our wives have been planning a tour of Egypt for over a year. Well-traveled friends of ours recommended Nesma at Maestro Online Tours. Nesma patiently fielded our many questions and put together a tour package that fulfilled our needs at a very reasonable price - 3 days in the Cairo area (touring nearby attractions including the pyramids at Giza, Memphis, Saqqara, Egyptian Museum and more) and a 3-day Nile cruise (with excursions to the Aswan Dam, Aswan bazaar, Philae Temple, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, etc). We were provided with a guide and driver throughout - all of whom were excellent in their jobs. Admissions to sights and many meals were included. The trip also included domestic flights. There was a smiling Maestro representative to assist us with all transfers. In short, we felt very well taken care of. Egypt is a country rich in history that should be on every traveler's bucket list. But, as opposed to other places like Europe, it is a country that would be difficult to impossible to travel on one's own. Maestro made our trip a reality and I would recommend it without reservation.
For all who have been fascinated by pictures of the Sphinx, pyramids, and Petra, now is a perfect time to go to Egypt and Jordan. The primary reason for our visit was a lifelong fascination with archeology. We have read about the important history of the area for years and been intrigued by the ongoing discoveries that are being made. The reality of the magnificent, awesome, beautiful, spectacular sites was almost overwhelming at times. To be able to stand inside of these five thousand year old cultural buildings was unreal. After 15 sensation filled days we wondered what took us so long to get there. We felt welcomed from the moment we were met at the gate. Our support system started with thoughtful Amir who greeted us a warm smile, while holding a sign with our name. He was the first one in a list of individuals including Amany and Aiman, and Kahled who made our experience unforgettable. Everywhere we went we greeted with friendly smiles and courtesy. Tour guides, wait staff, even the many police and other law enforcement personal (who provide constant security) consistently rewarded us with smiles and words of welcome. Thus, the primary sensation during our visit was warmth. The second sensation that impacted us was the wide range of visual stimuli. Brilliant colors in the Nubian Village contracted with the intense, ancient paintings still visible in so many of the tombs and temples. Scarves, fruits and vegetables and spices of every hue were enticing. The rich tapestry of individuals and lifestyles was fascinating to observe. Our ears received a multitude of input. Music, car horns, birds, children laughing and the calls to prayer provided a contrast to the relative quiet of the many ancient archeological sites. Everywhere we heard people from all parts of the world communicating in their various languages. As US citizens we were definitely in the minority. On our Nile cruise vessel there were only six of us who spoke English. Cairo, with its population of 24,000,000 was the noisiest but it was somehow an interesting component of the experience. If taste and aromas are your pleasure, vine ripened tomatoes were abundant as were sweet cucumbers, fresh egg plant, and potatoes in all forms. Flatbread still hot from the oven was the perfect antidote to a chilly day. The meats, chicken and fish were prepared in aromatic spices that enhanced their natural flavor. The Egyptian and Jordinian people make good use of the many spices to produce food that make your mouth water from only the fragrance. If your tastes run to breads and pastries, these are abundant. We enjoyed those in Jordan the best. There were things that were a bit surprising, but in review made sense. Herds of goats wandering in downtown Cairo and Luxor forge on the heaps of trash that accumulate daily. The trash is swept into piles using palm frond brooms. Both of these are recycling at its best. Traffic is only slightly regulated by traffic lights and few lane lines exist, however the cars, goat and donkey carts, camels, buses and trucks all seem to get to their destination without harm. Lots of eye contact and courtesy are apparent. As in many countries around the world, tour guides are seldom native English speakers, so expect and accept that some accents will be a challenge. Both Egypt and Jordan are majority Muslim countries so you will hear the call to prayer several times daily, usually starting about 5:00 AM. What was not so great? The necessity of being in good physical shape. Visiting archeological sites requires the stamina to climb endless stairs and negotiate uneven and sandy surfaces. To see any of Petra you need to hike at least five miles round trip or ride a horse, camel or horse carriage. We wish that we had been able to make this journey before our late seventies, but the Maestro team made it possible for us to have these adventures now. If the weather is chilly, you will find that hotel rooms are frequently not heated and you will make do with extra blankets and a cold nose. Flies all over in Cairo/Giza, the challenge of finding small money needed to use the toilet/WC in any public place as well as for tips, and the constant barrage of individuals who are trying to make a living could be a bother if you choose to focus on those issues. We would not utilize train travel in Egypt again. While the sleeping compartment was clean and dinner and breakfast were brought to our compartment, the train cars were at least sixty years old and apparently seldom run on time. Tipping is a significant factor in the Egyptian culture but not so in Jordan. Egypt is a country with very low wages and nowhere near enough jobs, so many families rely on the tips they receive to provide food and shelter for their families. They must hustle to survive. We survived, in fact thrived in Egypt and Jordan because we made use of a local travel agent, Maestro Online, to organize our trip. I was very impressed by the speed with which they responded to my initial inquiries, the program they organized for us and the cost of our comprehensive adventure. Their entire team's responses to out needs and desires could not have been more positive. We traveled independently with a driver and guide, not in a herd, and were met or escorted to each transfer by helpful individuals who made travel simple. Each day's experiences were managed by university graduates who were highly qualified to inform us of the 5000 year history of these significantly important counties. The drivers they employed were without exception competent and thoughtful. John in Cairo was not only a master at traversing that madhouse of traffic, he made us feel perfectly safe. Ahmad in Jordan was another extremely competent, cultured and gracious driver. While we met travelers from other countries who did not share our enthusiasm, both of us strongly recommend visiting this part of the world for an enlightening and unforgettable experience.
Can not say enough good things about this company ! Nesma was our contact with Maestro Online Travel, and she helped me plan our dream trip to Egypt. I customized a 15 day tour with my family with each day being a private tour every day. Every place was chosen by me, the entire trip was 100 percent tailored to exactly what I wanted. Our family included an 8 year old girl , a 10 year old boy, and Grandma and Grandpa too. There was a total of 6 of us. The cost was affordable and great. We went from Alexandria all the way down to Abel Simbel . With a 4 night Nile river Cruise and a two day desert safari included. Amazing services by our guides . They all did an amazing job. ASK FOR THESE GUYS /Gals in particular to be a part of your trip ! 1. Waleed Yousef, a guy who will make you feel like you have the best brother ever in him. 2. Our daily guide for the first half of the trip before jumping on the Nile Cruise was Magda Mohamed Khalel. This lady knows her stuff. she speaks Japanese, English, and Arabic of course. Our Family is an American and Japanese one so we needed both languages. Not only could she speak these languages but she knew how to treat us. That is important and something I think is overlooked many times. Sometimes you have a guide that can speak your language but has no idea how to relate to you or know what you want. She knew how to treat us and how to speak to us. WHICH IS VERY RARE, She saved us from a lot of hassles, got us into places that people don't normally get a chance to go to ( MASTABA 17 ) She listened to what we wanted, never rushed us , never pressured us , never tried to cheat us. She was amazing, Totally recommend her ! 3 Osamu in the Luxor to Abel Simbel area . Like Magda, he could speak three languages and was great. He knew what he was doing, how to treat us, Understood American and Japanese guest, our wants and desires, and he didnt rush us so he could try to sell us something on top of what we wanted to do. He was great and I cant recommend him enough . Sometimes in the Luxor to the ABel simbel areas the guides will try to rush you through the things you carefully planned and dreamed of going to for years , just so they can take you some place else which you have to pay them extra for. It might be only 5 minutes away and you already have the guide booked for an 8 hour tour but they will charge you 300 dollars to do it. Maestro online tours made sure we got good guides , So go with this company and these guides ! save yourself a lot off hassle. Going to Egypt is probably a one time thing and you want to make sure its truly your dream Egypt Tour come true. Egypt was Amazing, Take your family, take your kids, take grandma and grandpa too. Its the ultimate Classroom, the ultimate playground for kids and adults alike. If you have the time and money, then how could you NOT go to Egypt with your loved ones of ALL ages.
My husband and I visited Egypt for the first time in Dec 2018. We loved the country and sites but for the price of our private tour we expected better . The Good - Booking agent Nesma was super helpful and got back to you immediately via what’s app -Tour guide in Aswan (Marwah) and Luxor were great (can’t remember his name ) -Hotel in Cairo and Luxor were nice (Safir and St George Sonesta) The Bad -We were left stranded at Aswan airport. This was completely unacceptable. All tourists were picked up on time and then there was us. Some shady looking men wait around for abandoned tourists and try to put you in their car. We had to go search for someone who spoke English to use their phone (no wifi) to call our contact in Cairo. We eventually got picked up but over 2 hours later !!! Not to mention we got picked up at 4am for our flight and were exhausted. -Hotel in Aswan was awful (we paid for a 4 star but it was 1.5 star at best —we travel a lot so we know our stars!!) . There was blood on the carpet , the bathroom had so much mould and was filthy and our shower head fell off . Also the heat did not work and it was so cold we couldn’t sleep a wink . Do NOT stay at Hotel Pyramisa!! The location on the Nile was so nice but hotel was trash . -Tour guide in Cairo (Muneer) was a very nice older man but he told us little about the sites , could not take pictures, or take us too far into the sites because of his age. -Each tour guide did not have a copy of our itinerary and kept trying to either avoid taking us to certain sites or even our paid lunches . We had to remind them daily. Very unorganized. We loved our trip and the sites were to die for . You must go to Aswan !!! The city was beautiful and Abu Simbel was unreal. We were just disappointed as this private tour was our honeymoon and cost a lot —it should have been better.
It was a non packaged tour with both cruises on the nile and lake nasser. Highly recommended to do both.
Maestro Online tours of Cairo, Luxor and Jordan (Petra and Wadi Rum) were very good. Our meet and greet in Cairo, Luxor and Jordan were excellent. The service they provided to my partner, who is in a wheelchair was excellent. No trouble going over cobblestones and uneven pavements and roads.. We would definitely go on tours with them again.
We were a group of 14 people and we worked with Nesma, Amir, Osama and Amani from Maestro to plan our trip to Egypt. The trip was very well planned and included all the sites o our wishlist. Nesma was easy to reach if we needed any last minute changes or help with restaurant reservations. They took good care of us during entire week long tour right from pick up to dropping us off at the airport. Our tour guides at Cairo, Amani and Osama during Nile cruise were knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend Maestro and tour guides for your Egypt travel
We travelled to Egypt during the peak holiday period in December. I arranged the entire tour through Maestro Online Travel. I booked through the tour agent Nesma as she was the only agent that gave me exactly which hotel and cruise ship to be booked together with the total price. On arrival we were met by Amir - on time with a signboard and our names on it at Cairo International. Amir made arrangements for a SIM card for local calls and data, made further arrangements for additional tours we required and took us safely to our hotel. On route, we stopped for a complimentary delicious local breakfast. The remainder of the tour went smoothly with knowledgeable tour guides. The cruise was excellent 5 stars - Movenpick Royal Lotus. The hotel was average more like 3 stars and not 5 stars as it is rated - Cairo Pyramids hotel in Giza. I will definitely recommend Maestro tours for booking entire Egypt tour - professional, reasonably priced and flexible with tour arrangements. Thank you Nesma and Amir
We were extremly disapointed by the false information on the web site they advertise Deluxe Nile Cruise and Hotel ABSOLUTLY NOT 5* if you book with this company please bare in mind that you will have a 3* Hotel and Cruise. Cruise is average mould in the shower and fridge, food was OK, Hotel in Cairo was OK certainly NOT 5 * but the food was AMAZING. They also advertise luxurious van dont be fool it just a van with A/C !!! Also the flight schedual for Aswan was extremly early in the morning and the flight from Luxor back to Cairo is ABSOLUTLY RIDUCULIOUS You need to leave the Cruise for 8 AM and you have a few visit in the day but the flight depart at 11:30 PM !! If you have kids this may be a real night mare for them Therefore we ended up renting a Hotel in Luxor from 12 to 9:30 PM . The guides and driver were excelent. We added an extra day at the end and stayed in a REAL 5 * THE MARRIOT AMAZING. I would absolutly NOT REC this company to my friend due to their false advertisement !! Otherwise we had a great visit and really love it !!!
Wife and I, sister/b in law took amazing trip, Airbus 380 out of LA to Dubai on to Cairo...first day we arried very late and were met by driver who promptly met us and walked us thru visa process and drove us to nice German downtown hotel. The next morning Ismael our great guide took us to the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Valley Temple and Saqqara Step Pyramid. After all that sight seeing, they took us to the Nile dinner boat cruise. (The Andrea) we saw belly dancing and other unique dancing entertainment. Boat was crowded we went up on top to escape crowds and enjoyed a drink outside. We were driven back to hotel. Next morning we were hit with "pharaoh's revenge". Be very careful what you eat on buffets. This day we were taken by our guide Ismael again to Egypt Museum. One note is phones and cameras are allowed in, with a fee, but VIDEO cameras are an extremely high fee and therefore we checked our video camera into a locker. (our guide Ismael handled all of this for us). Unfortunately when we left the museum we forgot to pick up our camera, but again our awesome guide Ismael went back and retrieved it for us!!! We then went to the mosque (they provide covering if you're not dressed appropriately), and then to hanging church the oldest church in Egypt. We had a special request to see the Cave Church which you have to drive thru Garbage City to get to and special thanks to Mr. Mohammed for setting this up for us.!!! It was WELL WORTH IT. Then we were taken to the airport and flew to Aswan. We arrived very late in the airport and (make a note your driver may be outside of airport to pick you up, so don't panic if you don't see him inside by baggage)!! We arrived very very late onto our river boat and they were kind enough to have food waiting for us in our room as it was around midnight. The boat was old, but clean and staff was exceptional. Abdel Rahman was our guide and he did a great job!!! We went out to Philae Temple on small boats. Boat ride easy and fun. We stopped at the papyrus paper store and the Cleopatra perfume store for souvenirs. Both these stores and presentations explaining their wares that were very interesting and beneficial and fun. Back to the river boat where we sailed on to Edfu Temple which you are taken to by horse drawn carriages very lively and fun. Back in the afternoon to the river boat then sailing thru locks to Luxor. Enjoyable day on boat upper deck with sun and small pool. Arrive Luxor at night. Went to see Karnak Temple's light show, very interesting and unique. Next morning Valley of the Kings, King Tut's mummy and tomb, Ramses and then off to lunch. Our amazing guide, Abdel Rahmen is from Luxor and knew lots of people and took us to a super lunch place on an island, via a small boat, which was a very nice experience and great local food and service with a view. Later that afternoon we went back to Karnak temple to see during daylight hours. Abdel Rahmen was gracious enough to take us to the Winter Palace Hotel for cocktails. Where the finder of King Tut's tomb stayed with other English investors. Beautiful hotel. Wear slacks if you want to visit the royal bar for cocktails. It is very impressive!!! Then flew back to cairo. Guides take perfect care of you all along the way. Hints!! Take tissue or toilet paper with you everywhere!!!! They do not have it or you have to tip to get any. Also, exchange your money and get lots of small bills as you tip everyone for everything everywhere!!!
Spent 12 days on a private tour all organized through Maestro On-line tours. Everything went like clock work. Our guides and drivers were amazing. Very informative and very professional. It was easy to establish a rapport with everyone so it felt like being with friends. Thankyou to Nesma, Amani, Achmed, Ghada, Mustafa and all the drivers for first class treatment and a first class holiday
My wife and I recently returned from an unforgettable holiday in Egypt booked through “Maestro Online Travel” who throughout the process from the initial booking to delivering the holiday were brilliant. From the moment of arrival to our departure Maestro showed great customer care and consideration for their customers providing a 5-star service. Our booking was dealt with by Nesma who ensured that the itinerary of our trip was perfect to suit our needs and we managed to pack all we wanted to do on this trip and more. During our 12 days we managed a camel ride around the pyramids, a 4-day Nile river Cruise, a hot air balloon ride over the valley of kings, a horse and carriage ride around downtown Luxor, a visit to Abu Simbel and a fantastic light and sound show in front of the pyramids. From the moment we landed in Cairo we were treated like royalty met by Amir and John our driver. My wife is in a wheelchair and they met us with an adapted vehicle and made sure that she could access all the above activities and more, our guide in Luxor Mohsen (Mohsen Tours) even managed to get one of the crew from the cruise to come with us to help with the wheelchair. The guides and drivers we had Ahmad and John (Cairo) Mohsen and Moses were knowledgeable, informative, engaging, fun and really helpful and supportive were there for us all the way, every minute throughout the stay. A Huge Big “Shukraan” to Amir, Nesma, Ahmad, John, Mohsen and Moses for taking good care of us with superb service making our holiday unforgettable.

The guide there is still available for any help etc.. The Resort, staff at hotel, activities were great too. We joined a tour “Sindbads Sub”. 25 meters down into the Red Sea, Unbelievable! My friend and I booked a 11 day/10 night trip to Cairo through Maestro Travel Agency (Egypttoursonline.com). Where do I start? Owner Imir met us at the airport and guided us through customs and took us to our hotel in Giza, the Le Meridian, both parts of out trip. Imir also took us back to the airport when needed. The Le Meridian was a nice hotel, but the best thing was our view of the pyramids from our room. Our guide Ahmad Hakim was wonderful (I wrote an excellent review of him, but I might of failed to mention he is quite handsome😍). Our cruise north on the Nile River on the Ms Farah was beautiful. It was a mini cruise ship with very friendly staff. In Aswan where we started our cruise, our guide Ehab Hafiez met us at the airport and accompanied us up the river to Luxor. As an egyptologist and archeologist he was a VERY large book of information. I know we could not see everything, but what we did see was awesome. In Hurghada, the Sunrise Resort on the Red Sea was also nice. My only issue was the warm temperature of the room, but I was in Egypt. OVERALL, a totally great trip!!!!! Egypt is a must do vacation.
We had a great 10 day trip visiting Cairo, Abu Simbel, Aswan, Luxor, and a Nile Cruise. Everything was well organized, the hotels were fine and clean, most guides were knowledgeable and spoke good English, the included meals were fine. Nesma responded quickly to queries, and they were flexible customizing the trip both ahead of time, and on site as well. Everything worked as expected, no hidden charges.
We booked a Nile cruise trip through Nesma’s help. She responded to our questions quickly and was helpful and professional. But the tour guide we got, Bob, was TERRIBLE. He is the manager of the tour guides in the company, and he stayed on the cruise and served as our guide when we visited historic sites. While other guides would walk with their customers and explain the carvings on the wall, Bob would talk briefly at the entrance and set us free to visit the sites ourselves. He would wait for us in cafe near exits. When we asked him questions after we toured the sites on our own, he often acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered. What’s worse is that he talked us into pay $50 per person for an optional private tour to visit the botanic garden on Kitchener Island and the Nubian village in an idled afternoon when there’s nothing arranged on our itinerary. Compared to other tours we took, this 3- hour tour was a total waste of money!! There were not much to see to fill the half day tour, so he told the boat taxi to float in the Nile River, bought a beer for each of us and chat with us to kill time, which took up at least half an hour. We then were given 20 minutes to walk in the botanic garden ourselves. Next stop is Nubian village. We were taken to a court yard of a Nubian house for a hibiscus drink. To kill time, he chatted with us some more for about an hour. None of the conversation was about Nubian history! We were not given any free time to walk around. There’s not much to see anyway. The entire time we were wondering: what’s worth seeing?! For such a lousy tour, we would much prefer staying on the cruise ship and relax than walking in 100 degree Fahrenheit! Bob tried to sell us another optional tour to go to Abu Simbel at the end of cruise trip for $115 per person. We politely declined. Instead, we hired a driver via a website that specializes arranging private car rides from Aswan to Abu Simbel. It cost only $70 to hire a car, and the driver was on time and even stopped the car twice to let us take pictures of sunrise and mirage. There are websites and booklets providing information of Abu Simbel. We felt we were much better off without Bob! Overall, the Nile cruise was good, but the unprofessional tour guide made the trip less enjoyable. I would not book with this company for failing to provide us an acceptable tour guide.
We did a Nile cruise, followed by Giza pyramids. This is backwards to the normal trip, but was the only way we could do it with our flights. Maestro Online Travel accommodated this change and tailored the trip to suit us. They changed the boat we were going to cruise on, but e-mailed us to confirm it was OK beforehand. The new boat was perfectly good. The guides were there at every step, on time, to guide us through the airport (visas), as well as any connections that needed to be made. The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable at every site we visited. The restaurant choices for included meals were good (local food).
Maestro travel was with us every step of the way; They made sure we were met, picked up, and transported from place to place. The seven day Nile River cruise on the small sail boat having 12 guests was outstanding. The tour guides provided were excellant.
Nesma at Maestro Online Travel provided guides and assistance for our two week custom tour of Egypt. Her service was EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING was exactly as contracted and her personal attention and concern for the success of our visit to Egypt went far beyond what we expected. Our visit to the Egyptian Museum and Giza Plateau was encompassing and the knowledge of our guides was inspiring. All transportation was timely. Without her assistance we would not have been able to take the night train from Cairo to Aswan, an 19th century adventure in the 21st century. Nesma coordinated and arranged our customized sail down the Nile from Aswan in the six cabin Dahabiya Amirit and at a price FAR below book rates. For a week the Amirit was a personal yacht for two couples. We stopped at all the major attractions and many smaller ruins and villages that other tours overlook. Nesma arranged our customized tour of Abu Simbel that was unforgettable and a stay in Luxor at the Winter Palace that was the crown jewel of our tour. Maestro Online Travel coordinated everything. Our vist to Egypt was PERFECT! Thank you Nesma. John Dworak, New Mexico, USA .
My Egypt trip did started on a disastrous note (all thanks to Egyptian embassy) and our entire trip needed to be rescheduled after me reaching Egypt. At one point in time, I almost thought that the trip needed t be scrapped. But amidst all the uncertainties, I found these guys by my side. Not only they had planned for a great trip filled with loads of memories and ensuring utmost comfort, they were always there whenever we needed them. Starting from picking us up at the airport (they wait even before immigration) to planning-re planning our itinerary, waiting for us at 11:30PM at the airport, they had done it all. And all of it with a smile on their face. They have been really nice. You might get a better travel agent in Egypt, but you will rarely get people with such golden heart!!! Thanks for being a family. Special mention for Nesma and Amir, for being such great ambassadors of Egyptian hospitality.
