Terrible service the came nearly an hour late and wouldn’t give me a partial refund. It was a very stressful experience especially being on my own in a country I hadn’t been to before!
On time pickup for Sphinx airport from Giza, we had even requested for a 30 min delayed pickup and it was accepted readily
Mohamed was really good. He was friendly and gave us some good information about Egypt while traveling. We really recommend Mohammed.
Very early morning arrival and leaving the terminal was delayed because a bag was missing. But the pickup service was perfect. Easy to find, safe, clean. Highly recommended.
Excellent service! On-time pickup, smooth ride, great communication, and very friendly team overall. When in Cairo use this service to/from airport (CAI).
Pyramid Best Tours are the best. My arrival was planned at 3:05 but due to the luggage issue I came out from the Airport at 5:15 and believe me, the driver was waiting for me. When we left the airport to the apartment I asked him to help get cash on the way as I didn't get from the airport ATM and he did that without complain. I recommend this Agency for all your tours and it will me mine any time I come back to Egypt.
Booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel ahead of time, everything worked out perfectly, great communication even before our flight took off and upon arrival to ensure we knew where to meet our driver who was very professional, friendly and helpful. Was such a great experience that we booked our return transfer with them as well!
Great service, contact you to assure you before your flight l and waited for a while for me due to delay to flight and long time to get through visa and passport. Would recommend for easy hassle free transfer into the Cairo.
The shuttle transfer service was punctual and the drivers were professional. The booking process was straightforward, and communication was clear. Highly recommended for reliable and stress-free transportation.
Our driver Mohamed was polite, timely and very helpful. Easy to find and communication with whatsapp (to Ahmed) was so easy. Great service and reliable.
great driver was on time and actually forgot my bag in the car and the driver kindly returned it straight away, high recommended!
Whether on WhatsApp with Mohamed or the transfers with Ahmed, kindness and quick answers at every step. Many thanks guys. I will definitely recommend Cairo best tour.
Excellent reliable service. Clean vans and friendly drivers. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to have reliable, safe transportation while visiting Cairo.
My experience with Ahmed was smooth from the beginning to the end. Communication was great. I highly recommend Ahmed khaled at Welcome Pickups.
Booked a pickup ride through welcome pickups and met the most amazing person ever! Mo…. The very next day my tour got cancelled on me and I called him and he had a tour scheduled for me within 3 hours and picked me up from the hotel and took me to my tour, I always wanted some local Egyptian food and he took me to a cool spot downtown!. Mo made my trip exciting and memorable! ❤️
We utilized Fifth Pillar for our airport transfers and for a tour to downtown Cairo. The airport transfer was flawless both ways. Our driver Mahmoud was waiting at the designated spot and communicated once we had landed via WhatsApp. Our tour consisted of a visit to the Egypt Civilization Museum and lunch at a local restaurant. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Mohammed our driver was an expert at navigating the wild Cairo roads. If you have any Egypt transport or tour needs I would wholeheartedly recommend Fifth Pillar. Ahmed is the gentleman we worked with.
All very well and very professional!!! Amed very good, friendly and professional. Super recommended for travel
