The Great Sphinx of Giza, commonly referred to as the Sphinx of Giza or just the Sphinx, is a limestone statue of a reclining sphinx, a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. Facing directly from West to East, it stands on the Giza Plateau on the west bank of the Nile in Giza, Egypt. The face of the Sphinx is generally believed to represent the pharaoh Khafre. Cut from the bedrock, the original shape of the Sphinx has been restored with layers of blocks. It measures 73 m (240 ft) long from paw to tail, 20 m (66 ft) high from the base to the top of the head and 19 m (62 ft) wide at its rear haunches. It is the oldest known monumental sculpture in Egypt and is commonly believed to have been built by ancient Egyptians of the Old Kingdom during the reign of the pharaoh Khafre (c. 2558–2532 BC).....

The tour I booked was a 5 hours guided tour of Grand Egyptian Museum with self paid lunch. The guide we had was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very kind to my son who required a wheelchair to go around the museum. However, there were twice that I requested to see more of the museum before we go, it felt like he was short of time. Overall experience was good.
We took a full-day tour to the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and the Bazaar. It was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Easy, was wonderful. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all our questions. Rewan was such a kind and informative tour guide. We really enjoyed having her guide us to the main sites in the Egyptian Museum. The mosque at the end of our tour was beautiful. The buffet lunch was very filling. My only advice is that the tours are on a pretty tight schedule, so if you want to focus on one site more than others communicate it very clearly with your guide. Our first visit of the day was to the pyramids, but we felt like we didn’t have enough time there. If you want to spend more time at a place like the pyramids, tell your guide early so they can plan ahead and reduce the amount of time spent at other sites. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Even the driver! The driver was a safe driver and the car was clean and well air conditioned. I would recommend Rewan to everyone!

The trip began at the Giza Pyramids, where our tour guide provided intriguing information about the history and engineering of the pyramids. At the Egyptian Museum, we enjoyed viewing Tutankhamun's treasures and hearing fascinating stories about the artifacts. Khan El Khalili was vibrant and lively, and we enjoyed wandering through the alleys and purchasing souvenirs.

This was just one of the three days of tours we did and ALL were amazing, super easy, safe and turn-key from tickets to transportation. Transportation vans were brand new, amazing AC and always there and chilly when it was time to move on, trust me this is very nice in the Egyptian summer. Our guide shrif was top notch, very knowledgeable and even helped us see the things the bigger tours do not tell you about, was fantastic all around. I asked for a tour in Japanese this time. The tour guide lady was very good at Japanese and took pictures for us and was very kind. If you have other places to go, they will offer you various suggestions, although it is a separate fee, so you might want to ask.
I was stunned by the power of the pyramids up close. The boating on the Nile was a wonderful experience, thanks to the good weather. The lunch shop that took me there was also delicious.
