An Absolute Must! This tour js simply too much to be done well at a quick group-tour pass-through pace. I am so thankful to have done it orivately with this knowledgeable and flexible guide who allowed me to savor the parts of it that captivated me most, slowed down when I needed, and use the time to truly take in what was most interesting to me. There wasn't a moment where there wasn't a wealth and depth of information offered or a value added. I couldn't recommend this tour or guide more highly.

Amazing experience with one of kindest guides!

I had great time with Rania my private tour guide in Coptic Cairo, Saladin Citadel and cave church (Saint Simeon). We saw most of the things in Coptic Cairo (Saint George church, synagogue, hanging church) and it was a perfect private tour for me. Thank you again Rania for everything!!!

It was a great journey in Cairo with Rania and she told us detailed description about the attractions.

We did the tour with Iman. She was an excellent guide and knows very much about the histories of Cairo. She explained very well the histories/background of different mosques and churches. She also showed us the city streets and we tried the typical Egyptian food (very delicious!). Was a lovely tour and we enjoyed it very much.

Good communications in advance, pickup was on-time. It was nice to talk with Omar about general Egyptian life. But there was almost no "guiding" on this trip for the various sights; we had to go into some churches on our own and google up our own information. The company also cut out one of the major Mosques vs. what had been written in the itinerary when we booked. We ended up back at our hotel much earlier than planned. Overall, I would recommend another tour/guide or just taking Uber to the sights (extremely cheap) and exploring on your own.

Amr guided us around Coptic and Islamic Cairo today. He went above and beyond for us, taking us to all the locations on the itinerary plus a few extra we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and made it easy to understand the long history of the destinations visited. He also allowed us to explore places on our own while he wanted. Our driver navigated the chaotic streets with ease and made us feel safe amongst the intense traffic.

We had a wonderful day together with our tour guide Amr. Sailing in the morning on the Nile was very peaceful and relaxing and the churches and the mosque we visited afterwards were amazing. Amr was a very nice and friendly guy, he spoke English very well and he had a good knowledge about Cairo, Egypt and the places we visited. He had a lot to tell us, which was very interesting, also he was a good photographer and took many pictures of us. We really enjoyed the day and the tour. The meal we had at the end was so delicious that we visited the restaurant the next day again on our own. We thank Amr very much for the wonderful day and the experiences and highly recommend this tour with Amr.

My friend and I were really nervous,as we are two girls traveling together,but if anything shady did during today’s tour, he made us feel at home far away from home.He protected us,made us laugh and most importantly gave us the best customer service one could ever ask for.He was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited.He was as also very audible.More than anything he solved all the problems we had with patients.We really appreciated everything.Not to forget,his photography skills 10/10..

They are a must to visit for those who like history and architectures related to christian coptic , islamic sites and the old town dated almkst one thousand years. The programes were well organized, interesting and the food we had during the trip was delicious. But our tour guide Amr made it not only interesting, but unforgetable. He has so much knowledge about history and even more fascinating stories to tell. Trust me, if you want to know everything about Egyptian culture, Amr will honestly and happily explain everything to you. I have learned more about what life really is about in Egypt, thanks to him, than ever before. And I believe this is invaluable. Also Amr even made my mother enjoy and laugh throughout the whole trip, even though she barely speaks any english, because Amr is always so energetic, funny and friendly with everyone. He tried everything he could for us, it honestly felt like he was a part of our family, he even helped us negotiate with the locals and showed us places otherwise we would have never seen. This morning Amir greeted me and introduced his driver punctually. Amir described the history of the Coptics, then pointed out particular details about the church and location. Then we proceeded to the Islamic history followed by the of the citadel characteristics. After we took a stroll through Khan Khali bazaars. Then concluded with a sailboat on a Feloucca on the Nile river. Amir suggested visits to an apothecary and a leather shop to which I agreed to. Both vendors described their wares and I was under a no obligation to buy. Then I had a sandwich to conclude the day. All in all Amir’s style of delivery was easy to understand. He was a warm guy. So I would recommend him to anyone interested in the rich history of Cairo. Why not him him a try?

Fantastic day tour of Coptic, Islamic Cairo including bazar visit and fine lunch at local restaurant followed by Felluca ride in Nile. The guide Amr was very knowledgeable and the driver skillfully navigated us through city. I can highly recommend it!

I highly recommend this tour! Best value out of all the tours I researched, My guide called Shady who was also an Egyptologist was very knowledgeable and took great care of me! You can see he loves his work and he will not try to bring you to buy things like what can happen on some tours! He did give me the option and there was absolutely no pressure which was refreshing! Lunch was delicious in a very famous Egyptian restaurant and the boat ride was lovely! As a solo female or even travelling with kids I highly recommend this, you will be in good hands

The guide arrived promptly and communicated well via whats up. He was kind and gentle. Sometimes hard to understand him but overall it was a good experience. I would have liked more history but the guide tried his best.

We had a great time with our guide Shady Hamdy, hé really loves his guide tour job and is passionated, he took thé time to explain and réspond to all our questions. What i can say about him is that Shady is à person who will really look into make your day thé Best Day, hé is very attentive and want you feel good. Hé will ask you if you are ok and will adapt thé Day if you are tired, cold, thursty or want to go to the toilets. One other thing i appréciate and would like to say thank you is that hé adapted to our english and talked slow or let me time to translate to my husband after each time hé finished to talk. The tour was unforgettable. I learned a lot from my tour guide Shady Hamdy. He took his time to explain each stop and even took me to other relevant places. Very informative and educational. The lunch was great, took me to a famous restaurant to try the local dish, and market for shopping and a nice cup of coffee. My day ended with a beautiful Nile river cruise. What a great and full day. Amr was our guide. He was very friendly, helpful and funny. We fitted lots in and he was great when buying things for getting us deals and also talking to Egyptian locals. Loved lunch, lots of food and very tasty. He helped us with extra requests and things we asked of him. We would really recommend this as a good way to see things and value for money!

This is definitely a must do when in Cairo. It covers such big historical and cultural places here that can be overshadowed by the pyramids. Amr our guide was great and knowledgeable and answered my questions, and I had a lot because I studied history and always loved Egypt since I was young. I’m so happy I finally had a chance to see these fascinating neighborhoods in Cairo.

Very Nice and safe tour around Cairo. The guide Ali was so kind and help us with taxi and all we need. Was a perfect day in faluca and old Copto, bazar and great food!
