Cairo: Airport Transfer Service With Meeting And Greeting

It's the best transfer! Everything good!!

Was picked up without any problems and taken to our hotel. Taxi driver was very friendly and gave us loads of of advice as to what to see and do in Cairo

All drivers were friendly, polite and in time. Thanks a lot!

Excellent trip well arranged and well organised.

The ad on Viator when we booked this showed a Mercedes sedan and a driver in a suit. We were picked up by a gentleman in shorts and he drove an old Nissan that was not in good condition. Regardless, we arrived at our hotel with not issues.

Very nice driver even gave us a small arrival gift some water and snacks very kind

Basic pick up & drop off. nothing much. if u want hassle free with no extra airport charge by uber u can book this. otherwise its cheaper to do uber with the additional fees

Booked our experience with BTG Holidays and they made the entire process so smooth & easy ! Appreciate our driver who patiently waited for us outside with a sign with my name on it ! He was also very pleasant & respectful ! Thank you so much for prompt communication & making our transport from airport to our hotel stay a pleasant one !

Good thank you so much for this experience

Great experience. Picked up from Cairo airport. The office was in contact the whole time helping to coordinate our driver in the hustle and bustle. Guided us through to the car & helped with the cases.

I don't recommend and im not happy about my experience with them

Driver come on the time he was friendly 👍🏻

It worked well, good communication and prompt service provided. A very good transportation service provider.

Amazing transfer! Guys, thank you! And see you soon!

On time for pick-up and drop off. Very friendly and created a safer travel experience

Excellent transfer service with BTG Holidays! Everything was perfect. The meet and greet service at the airport by BTG Holidays was smooth and well-organized. Our driver Rafat was absolutely great, very professional and friendly. The transfer was comfortable and safe. We have just checked into the Borg El Arab Beach Hotel, and it is also very good! Everything is super. Highly recommend this company!

It has been a great experience. Thank you very much for all those people/staff that made my trip unforgettable and comfortable especially the drivers who keep us always safe throughout our trip and our tourist guides who assisted us in the event of our tours.

Arrived on time, helpful, sweet personality

Our flight reached earlier and the kind person in the airport helped us to call the driver. The driver came as per the flight time and is very helpful, he told us some information regarding the country

Comunication was excellent and the driver friendly and helpful. We were in constant contact with each other as soon as we had landed, so it was easy to be found.

Terrible experience after booking with them and agreeing on a rate. They confirmed the booking then later reached to advise that they need to raise the price and they cant honor the rate that was initially agreed upon

Driver was waiting us longer than required under the voucher while we were obtaining our visas. Thank you very much for your help and patience!

This was the best experience everyone should come

Driver was nice, courteous and provided a great service.

Amazing experience with Ahmed. The driver was very patient, kind, friendly and made me feel very safe! Thank you very much :)

Amazing service with a very warm reception and support for famikyb

My driver communicated the meeting information very well and was very patient.

We used this company for our entire trip in Egypt for a group of 8. The last ride was very early (2am) for me and my 2 girls and he was on time and we made it easily to the airport. We never had any issues with timing, highly recommend.

This company provides an amazing service. We booked them round trip. They followed up with us and remained in close contact to ensure our driver was there for pick up on time. The driver was very friendly and gave us tips on where to eat and visit. They even contacted us after the trip to ensure everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend using their services for your next trip to Egypt.

It was good, they communicated with me prior to arrival, and upon arrival I had no issue locating the driver

Great experience delivering me to airport within the time expected Thank you very much

The service was amazing. They confirmed everything on Time and they kept sending me kind reminder to confirm the timing of my ride. The driver was so professional and kind. A solid 5 stars service

The view was incredible! But we somehow had to wait for 30minutes to get in, other than that it was a fun experience!

The transfer was well organised. The company has contacted me in advance to discuss all the moments. The driver was on time. Strongly recommend

Excellent transfers and taxi service in Cairo. Great communication and arrangements to make sure they meet you at airport or hotel. Excellent service.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the chauffeur service that transported me from the airport to my hotel in Alamein, Egypt. I would rate this experience 10/10. I truly appreciated the service provided. The driver was very professional, polite, and highly skilled. The journey, which lasted approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, went very smoothly and in excellent conditions. The driver was respectful, well-mannered, and very attentive to passenger comfort. I especially appreciated the quality of service throughout the entire trip. I would like to sincerely thank you for this excellent service, which I greatly enjoyed.

I was good experience, a long way (3 hours and a half) from Cairo to Al Alamein with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Driving was safe and comfortable. I would like to see a car in a better condition. And the meeting at the airport was not easy because the driver came without a paper with my name so I couldn’t find him in the crowd without using the data roaming.

The trip was calm, no worries experienced. This is the main point for me and my family. Started in time, so we had more interesting shopping in the airport. Good job!

Excellent Service and Friendly drivers

Nice driver 😊 we had to wait to a few minutes but no worries

It was very nice to have this transfer, everything was explained, we were kept informed, the driver helped us with the baggage and was very polite. Thanks!

Experience was so smooth and the driver was so on time, helpful and kind, thanks alot

Management was extremely responsive and professional. Our flight was delayed and when I texted at 3 AM I immediately received a response. A reliable company that I will certainly use on future trips.

Very pleasant driver, made us feel welcome and safe

Wonderful service , nice service

Evening was fine. Good experience.

Good service and professional driver

All was very good☺️ Thank you!

We had a trip from Cairo airport to El Alamein. The driver met us at the airport exit. the trip was long but comfortable. The driver, through an interpreter, told interesting facts about Egypt and made several rest stops. Everything went great
