Fair price, great booking experience, driver is great and cordial and car clean. They were prompt and responsive.

Great and reliable service. The communication was very good leading up to my arrival and the driver was waiting for me just outside the terminal door. It was a bit unusual though as on my way to the hotel I kept getting calls from a local number. As I didn’t have a local SIM, I had to wait for WiFi. When I did, there were multiple missed calls on WhatsApp and messages asking me where I was. I said I was already in my hotel and they kept on asking me how… Very disorganised and no communication within their team. But they did the job and got me safely to my hotel.

The transportation was excellent—the car was spacious enough to comfortably fit all of us along with our luggage, and the driver was safe, courteous, and professional the entire time. While the van itself was not luxurious, Marwan and our driver, Ahmed, delivered 3 of us safely from Cairo airport to our hotel in Giza. Marwan contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival, and was in touch as we made our way through the airport. When we had trouble finding him in the scrum outside the airport, he immediately found us after I sent him a quick photo of our group. He shared highlights of Cairo as we drove, and was a warm introduction to Egypt. I would book again.

Our contact, Mustafa, met us at the exit door and shuttled us to our van. He pointed out all the interesting and significant buildings on the way to our hotel. He spoke clearly and made our trip pleasant.

Arrival airport transfer with Mustafa from Sun Pyramids Tours was great! My outbound flight was delayed, I missed my international connection, & ended up arriving into Cairo several hours late - but Mustafa my guide was in contact with me the entire time, and was right there waiting for me when I finally arrived! Excellent service. When we arrived to Cairo airport Evram was waiting for us outside the terminal. Super friendly and on our way to hotel he went over our whole itinerary. Super punctual with schedules and excellent communication. We also did a Cairo food tour with Evram, enjoyed his cheerful personality and walking around downtown Cairo.

We used the service from the airport to the hotel and it was great. The driver, Mahmoud, and luggage handler, Abdo, were very good. Abdo told us a lot of facts about the city and was very helpful. We are going to use this service again when we go back to the airport.

They didn't just provided the transfer, but also gave us a lot of informations about Cairo and Egypt. They are really kind and also they offered us an "Aseer Asab", a tipical Egyptian drink. Unfortunately, we had to wait with the guide outside the airport for over half an hour for the driver to bring the car for us. He parked in the wrong area and received a ticket from the police which detained him.

We were greeted in a super friendly manner by a German-speaking passenger (Nagi) and the driver, even though the two of them had to wait for us for a very long time (we first stood in the wrong line for visa on arrival and then in a line for passport control where a computer later broke down). On the one-hour drive, Nagi showed and explained quite a bit to us. So far, it would have been a full five stars. However, the ride is very overpriced compared to Egyptian transfer prices, and there were no shoulder belts in the vehicle for the guests, which does not leave one with an increased sense of safety given Cairo's traffic.

The transfer was timed, in a comfortable car, with an experienced driver and attendant. The airport was heavy, the transfer was waiting for extra, no complaints.

The Japanese-speaking Guides are very courteous. The inside of the car was also clean, the Guides and the driver were both clean and it was a very good tour company.
