We had a truly wonderful, worry-free experience from start to finish. Communication beforehand was easy and smooth, and the hotel pick-up was perfectly organised. The tour around the Pyramids was well-paced and thoughtfully planned, especially taking our children into consideration. Lunch at a local restaurant was also arranged for us, conveniently between our visit to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). At the GEM, Kerolos once again impressed us with his deep knowledge and genuine interest in his guests. He was never pushy, always polite, considerate, and attentive to our needs. Thank you, Kerolos, for such a fantastic day and for giving us the opportunity to truly immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Ancient Egypt. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Once we arrive Giza Area, we will drive to the great pyramid. The Great Pyramid of Khufu: We start early to beat the crowds. I’ll show you the "Secret Queens Pyramids" where most tourists don’t go. Panoramic View (The Photo Stop): We head to the highest point in the plateau for that "National Geographic" photo with all three pyramids. (I am a pro-level photographer for your social media!) The Great Sphinx & Valley Temple: Uncover the mysteries of the mummification temple and get the famous "Sphinx Kiss" photo.
The GEM: The World’s Largest Archeological Powerhouse The 5,000-Piece Legend: Stand face-to-face with the entire King Tutankhamun collection—every gold chariot, every jewel, and the iconic Golden Mask—all together for the first time in history. The Grand Staircase: Walk a 60-meter "stairway to the gods" lined with 87 colossal statues of Kings and Deities. It’s the ultimate "power walk" through history. Khufu’s Solar Boat: See the 4,500-year-old "Ship of Eternity" in its new, high-tech home. It’s the oldest intact ship on Earth, and it’s mind-blowing.

We had an excellent experience visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum with our guide, Kerolos. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, making the history come alive with fascinating stories and clear explanations. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and ensured everyone had a great time throughout the tour. The Grand Egyptian Museum is absolutely stunning, and having Kerolos as our guide made the visit even more memorable. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Egypt who wants an informative, enjoyable, and well-organised tour. Thank you, Kerolos, for such a wonderful experience and thank you for taking amazing photos.
Absolutely amazing guide! I had a wonderful time exploring the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and Old Cairo. Kerolos was incredibly kind, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about all the history. He made the entire experience so comfortable that it felt more like exploring the city with a friend than a standard tour. I am so happy with his service and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Egypt!
Kerolos accompanied us through Cairo for two days. On the first day, we visited the Pyramids and the Grand Museum; on the second day, the Old City, the Mohammed Ali Mosque, and the Citadel. It was a wonderful experience with a very friendly, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable Egyptologist. We can highly recommend Kerolos.
One of the best tour guide I had. Very interesting and most importantly interested. He loves telling stories and you can see he's always as much fascinated as you. I definitely recommend him, Calvin.
An excellent guide in Cairo! Knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout. He knew all the best photo spots at the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, making the experience unforgettable. Always happy to answer questions and share insights. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a richer, smoother visit
Kerlos is a true Gentleman and wlthe tour was really fun and exciting with him
Kerolos is an amazing tour guide. We were lucky enough to have him for 2 days on our trip in Egypt. He’s so personable, friendly, and a wonderful tour guide. He knew so much and it was great learning about and seeing Egypt. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.
I would recommend him for sure! Really! When you visit a place like Cairo, that is very crowded, chaotic and full of people trying to scam you or take your money, it’s really important to have a good guide. One that will not only give you good information and take you to the best places, but that will also keep you safe and having a good time. And Kero is this person. We had a great time with him. He is really well informed, kind, and fully aware of what’s going around us. So we could focus on enjoying the experience while he was making sure we were both safe and entertained. For people who are afraid of visiting Cairo, I say: please go! But make sure you find a good guide like Kero!
Kiro was an amazing tour guide who knows a lot of the Egyptian history. He made us feel safe in the city and was really calm and patient with our requests. Great van (water included).
Kerolos was a n exceptional guide. He was knowledgeable, personable and really made the visit to the Giza Pyramids even better. He was honest and negotiated with the camel rides for me as well as thoroughly explained what was going on. I would highly recommend using Kerolos if you plan to visit Cairo.
We had 2 wonderful days exploring Cairo (pyramids, museum, markets, Nile, walking tour, citadel, mosques and churches to just name a few!) with Kerolos as our guide. Kerolos is extremely knowledgeable on all Egyptian history and we learnt so much from him!! He was flexible in creating an itinerary based on our needs - even dining with us with an amazing traditional Egyptian meal! His professionalism, kindness and caring nature made our time in Egypt so unforgettable! We highly recommend Kerolos for your Egyptian adventures - we could not have done it without him!
Kerolos was knowledgeable, humble and and excellent communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour,we highly recommend him as a tour guide.
My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with Kerolos seeing the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Great knowledge and Kerolos delighted in answering whatever questions we generated ! He couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful .
Kerolos was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable! Truly made would experience in Cairo and Alexandria insightful and exciting. Whether it was showing us the best food in town, taking (a lot) of our pictures, or assisting us when we were sick, Kerolos always conducted himself with professionalism and kindness. In Cairo we visited the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque, and Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. He also showed us some beautiful stores for oils, fragrances, and spices. In Alexandria. We visited the Quitbay Citadel, Catacombs, and Library of Alexandria. He truly enriched these experiences, and definitely recommend him to anyone travelling in these areas:)
From the start of the communication process, Kerolos was timely and professional. We arrived at the airport and he was waiting for us. We were not in Cairo very long, and he maximized our day and a half with creating a full itinerary. If you have never been to Cairo, hire Kerolos :) because without him, the driving would be overwhelming and honestly it would have been hard to enjoy ourselves due to navigating the city, Cairo is huge. We traveled with our two young girls, and they happily played in the car while our driver negotiated the honking of the horns and intensity of the roadways. What I loved most about Kerolos guide role is that he oversaw all purchases of food and the driver, which alleviated any stress or haggling for us. The sightseeing part was the most relaxed and educational experience I’ve had in quite some time. His in-depth knowledge of the Egyptian history made me sit and reflect; he’s a great story teller. We wanted as much of a local experience as we could find, and he delivered from the restaurant selections to staying away from the high stress markets and taking us to more quiet local shops. Don’t get me wrong, we did all the tourist things! And he again did all the upfront work, so we just went from activity to activity seamlessly. He was wonderful, kind, did well with our young children, and I highly recommend him.
Kerolos is an amazing guide. Knowledgeable and very nice. You can feel that he loves what he is doing. He guided us for half a day at the GEM Museum and we learned a lot from him.
Kerolos was nothing less than EXCELLENT. His historical knowledge, professional yet friendly personality. His patience with the group and even his willingness to answer “off the wall” questions! Would hire him again and again!
We had a super time in Cairo, the place is amazing and we learned so much with our guide Kerolos. We spent four days in Cairo and apart from the awe striking pyramids and Sphinx, we visited the new GEM museum, the citadel, Cairo Tower, the Cairo museum, the Islamic Cairo and the Coptic Cairo. We also roamed around the city and done a Nile dinner cruise. The whole experience was rewarding. Thanks Kerolos once again.
Kerolos does his job with passion. And you can really feel it. I really enjoyed our day together, from the Pyramids to the Sphinx to The Egyptian Museum. Kerolos also fulfilled my request to explore fragrances and perfumes by taking me to a shop where I had the best ever perfume boutique experience. Enjoy a hassle-free day in Cairo and learn more about the beautiful Egyptian culture, and how different people shaped this country in the past centuries. And there is no question Kerolos is not prepared to answer. A true expert. Cairo is not easy to drive around, so a special thanks also to our driver who made the whole trip so smooth.
This was our second time exploring Cairo with Kerolos, and once again, he made it great! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly organized—he had a driver waiting for us at the airport, ensuring a stress-free start. Kerolos is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and trustworthy, and we always felt we were in great hands with him. His patience and deep knowledge are invaluable. He was always willing to answer any question and made sure the experience was exactly what we wanted. He was incredibly accommodating, adjusting the itinerary to suit our needs and making sure we saw and did everything we hoped for in our short visit. On top of all that, he took many fantastic photos for us! We now have incredible memories captured beautifully, thanks to his help. Traveling with Kerolos felt like exploring Egypt with a good friend. See you next time!
We discovered Giza Pyramids, the new Egyptian museum and also Old Cairo with Kerolos that guided us through all of these beauties sharing curious stories and historical information that really impressed us so much! We enjoyed so much the time spent together and the bug passion that Kero has about ancient Egyptian!
My family had such a wonderful experience visiting Cairo this summer thanks to Kerolos’s expertise. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, patient, and easy going during our two days together which was greatly appreciated while traveling with our 3 children. We saw Cairo Tower, the Egyptian museum in El Tahrir Square, the Pyramids, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Kerolos gave us plenty of tips and advice to get the most out of our trip and answered all of our questions. At each location he explained the history and significance of the sites and artifacts so that we felt immersed in the culture and not just simply looking at objects. At the pyramids we were able to ride a cart (or camel if you prefer) to get to the panoramic view and take some amazing pictures. Another positive aspect is he helped us get so many great shots and encouraged us to take as many pictures as we liked. Lastly his English was perfect and communicated so well. I highly recommend Kerolos and if we come back to Egypt again we will definitely make sure to book him!
My girlfriend and I found Kerolos on LinkedIn. Without knowing much about his experience we did hire him for our 3 days trip to Cairo and now after the trip, I can tell that we couldn’t find any better tour guide, period! Kero is a walking encyclopedia of Egypt and its history, he is an amazing human being, a person with connection and very friendly! Even though we were in Cairo for only 3 days, his plan for places to visit and activities to do was very efficient. We did a lot without feeling rushed or pressured! From the day one Kero wasn’t just our tour guide he was a good local friend and his company added to the joy of the trip. If you are looking for the best experience in Egypt (not just Cairo), Kerolos is your guy! Honorable mention: our driver Mohammad was amazing! He was super calm in the chaotic traffic of Cairo, he is very friendly and kind. Also his choice of Arabic music in the car is unbeatable:)
we spent the day with kirolos and from start to finish he was an incredible guide, host & companion! he showed us around old cairo, the citadel and the market and not only kept us safe and informed but gave us an entire historical and cultural breakdown of each site and its relevance to cairo and ultimately egypt. we also did some shopping with him outside of the bustle of the city somewhere with excellent prices 100% recommend kirolos to be your guide !! thank you!!!
⭐️Kerolos was not just our tour guide, but a friend. Amazing communication skills, patient and kind. Passionate about his work and culture. We could have not found someone better to show us around! ⭐️
The trip to Cairo wa slightly informative, we really had a wonderful time there, it was one of my favourite place to visit in Egypt, but most of all the Guide was highly skilled and provided us with a wide range of knowledge about all the sites that we visited within our 2 day stay in Cairo. He is very approachable as a person and is always ready to doan out information regarding Egypt. The 2 days spent with Kerolos was enough to understand that being a tour guide was less of a "job" and more of a passion for him. He really loves and respects the country and the degree of patriotism that he posses can visibly be see during our interaction with him. One of the most memorable places of our tour in Cairo with Kerolos was the Great Pyramids of Giza, he gave us the whole history of how and by whom it was constructed and truly it was very fascinating. Being a student of Anthropology, I really enjoyed listening to him, talk about his most loved country and the shared culture that he identifies with.Out of all the guides that we have seen and been with during our 10 day stay in Egypt, personally for me, Kero was the most well versed with the history of the sites and the most interactive guide as compared to the remaining. And most importantly he never conveyed the information as a narration but more so as a converstaion and an interaction which is why we found it so interesting. He is kind and patient and always looks forward to giving his best during the tour. And he never hesitated to take pictures infact he encouraged us to keep making memories through the different pictures and the beautiful sites chosen by him! Even now if I ask any kind of information about Egypt to him he is always willing to share the information gladly, which is very respectable of him. We genuinely enjoyed our trip to Cairo and as I said, the best city uptil now for me in Egypt.
Kero was wonderful and very knowledgeable about each place he took us. Very friendly and patient. His English was amazing. We give him 5 ⭐️. We highly recommend him
We had a one-day stopover in Cairo, and decided to go visit the pyramids. Kerolos made sure that we saw everything we wanted to in our short time there, without feeling rushed. He was very informative and could answer all of our questions. We had a day of wonder, adventure, and being in the moment. The restaurant was awesome too, as we had a gorgeous view of the pyramids with great food.
Kerolos did a great job. Very professional yet friendly. Really allowed us to explore and gave us the flexibility to see more where we wanted and to leave early as needed. If you want a tour guide that can go at your pace and be truly flexible- Kerolos is your guy. Thank you for a lovely time exploring Giza and Saqqara 👌
We did a great 2 day tour with Kerolos and his brother Tony. Kerolos was a very good communicator. He had some good suggestions for the trip, keeping in mind also how long it takes to get from one site to another. We visited the pyramids and the sphinx and on day 2, we visited old cairo, some shops and the museum of culture. Kerolos not only made sure we could visit these sites comfortably and safely, he also told many interesting facts about them. Traveling in Cairo without a guide would have been much more challenging as it's a very busy city. Traffic is crazy and normally shopkeepers can be very obtrusive. Kerolos made this experience very pleasant. He arranged a very good driver and kept everybody at bay. A special shoutout to both Tony (the kids loved the conversations with him) and the driver, who got us comfortably through crazy traffic. Thanks Kerolos, for a wonderful experience!
It was an amazing experience, Kerolos was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable, friendly and took amazing pictures for us! Would highly recommend him!
The best part of our experience was the seriousness and the very thorough explanations of our guide. Me as a travel agent I will ask for my next group to have Mr KEROLOS to accompany us and besides I strongly recommend him because he is the best
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible tour you provided during my recent visit to Cairo. Your knowledge and passion for the history and culture of Egypt made the experience truly unforgettable. Your ability to bring the ancient landmarks to life through storytelling and personal anecdotes was nothing short of amazing. Your attention to detail and willingness to answer every question we had made us feel truly engaged throughout the tour. Furthermore, your professionalism and friendliness were evident from the beginning. You were always punctual, organized, and accommodating to our needs and preferences. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude made the experience all the more enjoyable. I can confidently say that your tour was the highlight of my trip to Cairo, and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an authentic and insightful experience in Egypt. Thank you again for an unforgettable tour, and I hope to have the opportunity to explore more of Egypt with you in the future. Regards, S.Moussa
Kerolos Gamal has been amazing from start to finish He guided me perfectly and he explained a lot On top of everything in every moment he wanted to make sure I felt safe and he managed to do that He guided me through Old Cairo, we visited the Saint George Church (super beautiful), the Hanging Church (amazing), the Khan el-Khalili Bazar (lovely) The experience was even more enjoyable when I discovered one of my favorite food being sold in the streets, lupins! Kerolos did not think twice and he went to buy a glass full of lupins for me! Kerolos is very knowledgeable about Cairo and Egypt's history and much more! Due to the terrible traffic that day we had to kill some time and he had the great idea to even visit together the Al-Azhar Mosque, which again was another amazing sight of the city! He never left me alone one second, he made nice pictures of me, we even took some selfies and this was one of my favorite tours in Cairo! Thanks Kerolos for everything!
He asked me if I could go anywhere besides the pyramids and the museum, and he took me to the papyrus shop and the cartouche shop. I'm glad you also took a lot of photos. It was a great way to see the sights without worry, even though it was with children.
Thank you very much mr kerolos , قائد الشعب , you were professional and very respectful , I really loved this experience.
First, Kerolos was our guide on a divine journey to the black and white desert. It was valuable to follow their geological references, advice and accompaniment with the camp people and the jeep driver in the dunes. We had so much fun taking crazy pictures. And then he led us in ancient Cairo, mosques, the old synagogue, the Coptic churches. He has a lot of knowledge of history, architecture and really is very friendly. I highly recommend him, he is a very young guide and with great professionalism.
