Cairo Day Tours To Giza Pyramids And Sphinx

Tour was well organized with excellent communication. Driver was prompt but not pushy. Mohamed, our guide, was very experienced and gave great insight into what we were seeing. I'd highly recommend this your top those who half a half day in Cairo. It was great to have all the ticketing handled so we could come with the guide, enter the venues, and enjoy hassle-free.

We booked a private full day tour of the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Citadel, Coptic Cairo and Bazaar which included all transportation, ticket fees, bottled water and lunch. Our private driver Ali Muhammad arrived at the hotel promptly at the pickup time. He was friendly and welcoming but most importantly he was a good safe driver. We met up with our toyr guide, Sayed Mahmoud who again was very welcoming and professional. Sayed English was excellent and he is very knowledgeable of all the Egyptian attractions we visited. Both Sayed and Ali were very efficient navigating the directions on our way between attractions as well as the crowds at each attraction which was important to us because we do not like wasting our precious travel time waiting in traffic or long ques to access attractions. We also appreciated how Sayed would constantly ask us if everything is okay and if the pace of the tour was okay. Also, I read a lot of reviews where the tour guide brings the groups to shops where they feel pressured into buying stuff like papyrus or silk or cartouche pendants because the tour guide gets a commission from the shop. We really apprexiated that Sayed asked us if those were things we would be interested in, if so he could bring us but if not we can continued with the tour itinary and he never made us feel pressured into doing something we didn't want. After we visited Coptic Cairo, Ali and Sayed made a quick stop and surprised us with fresh squeezed sugar cane juice which was so cool and refreshing and he gave us a gift of mixed egyptian sweet desert assortment which was so delicious. We then stopped for a buffet lunch, the selection and the food were good, however, the restaurant gets very crowed as is caters to several tour groups so people file in by the bus load. The last stop on out tour was the Bazaar, however, we dltypicalky do not enjoy being scammed or haggle in crowed markets so we asked to be brought back to the hotel. Overall I would recommend this tour and request Sayed and Ali because they are so great. Mayya Mayya Habibi Sayed and Ali, Shufak my friends.

Sayed Mahmoud was our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and Ali Muhammad skillfully drove us to all of the sites. They both were so considerate and kind and went above and beyond to make us comfortable, hydrated, and very well fed! I am so thank for them both showing us around this amazing place!

We enjoyed tour with Hakim who was our guide. He helped us throughout our visit to pyramids and also organised a camel ride at our request which wasn’t part of the tour. We paid that separately. It took almost 4 hours for the visit to Giza & Sfinx and afterwards we were taken to restaurant for lunch. The tour included transport & drop off from our hotel. Thanks for nice tour!

Sadam was so jovial, guided us through things knowingly, was our fun photographer, then took us to an essential oils place that my wife loved and a spice dealer. Overall, we loved our guide and are pleased with the value. But, if you're on a budget, don't need transportation or a translator or a photographer and know the history of the Giza Plateau, you can do this without a guide.

We took the trip with Sayed Mahmoud and Mahommed, who was the driver. We went to Saqqara and the Giza Pyramids with a lunch break at the Giza Plateau. Ended with the Sfinx visit. We really enjoyed this tour and recommend the guys!

It was great. A lot to see, but Sayed Mahmoud prioritized what was important and helped us understand everything. He answered our questions, took lots of good pictures of us, and was always very helpful to us.

Sayed Mahmoud was awesome. He is the best tour guide in all of Egypt - really helpful and always helping you understand everything as you go on the journey. He will also ensure you don’t get scammed anywhere, which is common if you don’t know what’s going on. Tour itself is really cool because they show you all the pyramids and you get to go inside some of them too.

The tour was amazing. We had the best time and the most professional guide and Driver. We saw a lot of attractions and our guide, Mr Sayed Mahmoud even helped us with our fussy baby. Excellent service provided by Sayed Mahmoud on an all-day tpur of Cairo. Sayed facilitated our tour with ease, provided useful insights at the pyramids, Sphinx, and Egyptian Museum. We felt very much in great company all day. There were a few stops for shopping for local products (essence oils, papyrus) that included demonstrations, but there was no significant pressure to buy anything. Lunch was buffet style at a nice restaurant. Highly recommend this tour, especially if booking with Sayed and our driver, Mahmoud.

We enjoyed the tour without guide Mr. Sayeed Mahmoud. The great pyramids are fantastic and we did camel ride there. The faluca ride was so relax. Driver Mr. Adel took care of us very well.

A wonderful day visiting pyramids in Giza with a camel ride. Also included Memphis and Shakkara. Our guide Seyad Muhammad was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we had the time to enjoy our day. He was very nice and even took many pictures of us. We also stopped at a few shops and had a nice meal.

Must do activity if you ever visit Cairo, Egypt. It was a private tour, so experience was calm and personalized. My guide Khalaf was great.

Our tour guide Shayed Mahmoud and the driver Mohamed were very polite and friendly. Shayed explained us all the sightseeings and the history behind ,with great detail. (Also a great photographer) I would definitely choose the same team for another tour.

We spend a say at Giza seeing the pyramids and the sphinx. We rode the camels and had some really cool pictures. Then we took a ride to memphis and sakar to look at some beautiful tombs. Our gide Sayed Mahmoud was very talkative and full of cool facts about egypt. Our driver was also great.

Our tour guide Mr Sayed Mohammad was very kind, very knowledgeable, very patient and really truly looked after my sister and I. He often checked in to ensure we are ok, he would tell the sellers pestering us to stay away, and he just all around really looked after us. Amazing tour! We had the best tour guide Sayed Mahmoud and our driver Mustafa, they both ensured we were well taken care of and allowed us return to the air conditioned car if we got tired which was perfect given the weather in August. Sayed was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable, funny and kept the mood high despite the hot egyptian sun. Even got us some of the best photos to remember our trip. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM! READ THE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS!!!! They do not do what they promise. I had booked a half day tour to the pyramids, inside the pyramids, the sphinx, and even quad biking. Our guide did detours and took us to a perfume shop he likes and we were intimidated into buying stuff. I had my son with me and was very uncomfortable with all these men around us. It didn't even end there we were then taken on quad bikes which kept breaking down by the way, through a very run down area in cairo. It was very scary and alarming. The guide did not even give us information on any of the sites we saw just a few words here and there. We did not even go inside to see the sphinx instead we were taken to a wall along the side. This was the worst experience of my whole trip and I booked them through get your guide who are now going to investigate my complaint so just avoid it and pay that bit extra and go with your hotel it's worth it especially for your safety too
