We had an absolutely amazing experience, and it was all thanks to our wonderful guide Ahmed and our driver Zahed. Ahmed is truly one of a kind. He is extremely positive, friendly, caring, and highly knowledgeable. You can immediately tell that he genuinely loves what he does. He took so much time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood the history, culture, and meaning behind everything we saw. He really went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience. What made Ahmed even more special is how thoughtful and attentive he was—always advising us, reminding us of important things, and making sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. On top of that, he is a very fun and warm person, which made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. A big thank you as well to Zahed, our driver, who was always available, helpful, and professional. The car was spotlessly clean every single day, and we always had water provided. His assistance and calm presence made traveling effortless. This experience would not have been the same without Ahmed and Zahed. They are both incredible people, and anyone who gets them as their guide and driver is very lucky. Highly, highly recommended!

Of course we did some commercial stops in the hope we would buy souvenirs (which we didn’t) but the managers were never pushy or impolite. We understand it is part of the deal. Excellent customer service. Moab Ahmed and the driver waited for me all evening at Cairo airport after my plane landed at 10pm until 4am asI waited for my checked luggage to arrive on a different airplane. I was touched by their kindness and patience. They were pleasant throughout until they dropped me off at the hotel.

Drop off was great , no issues. The problem was for the pick up. I had to grab a taxi to the hotel because when we stepped outside the airport we didn’t find nobody with my name printed or the sign for the company, and this is previously checking the inside like maniacs to look for the person. Also, they knew my flight number and the time of arrival and didn’t even bother to text me to ask me where I was. Then I got to the hotel and I texted them that I was already at my destination and asked me “Why I didn’t wait “, well the why is described above. You can imagine the level of frustration we had not knowing where the taxi driver was headed to and barely spoke any English. I suggested them that next time it will be beneficial for foreigners to have a visual notification or even request a picture that way they can identify the tourist. And yes, I requested half of my transfer and now is a battle to get my money back from a service that was not provided.

We booked with Sun Pyramids Tours and because we stayed at their hotel (Great Pyramid Inn) as well our first transfer was included with our stay! I can't say enough about Mustafa and his communication skills! Being able to talk with someone to avoid problems and frustration is crucial. He contacted me via WhatsApp and assured me he would be waiting at the airport when we arrived. He had to wait about an extra hour or more because getting through customs and our luggage took a VERY long time but he was texting me the whole time and we were able to communicate through it all. To have a ride already waiting for me was a weight off my shoulders, especially after a long day of flying and it was late. Mustafa is exceptional and professional. He is SO friendly and kind. I ended up scheduling 3 more transfers (we took a short flight to Sharm) and because our driver, Mohamed was so great, I requested him to be our driver for our whole visit and Sun Pyramids obliged. We were treated like royalty and Egypt was by far the friendliest country out of the 5 my daughter and I visited. GREAT MEMORIES. They definitely go out of their way to treat you right! oh and by the way it's VERY important to have a driver experienced at driving in Egypt! Mohamed was the man when it came to getting through the traffic and he was safe. We were very comfortable with him. You know how taxi drivers can be right? barf with the slamming on breaks and stuff! Not Mohamed, he is fantastic!! Thank you both for the memories that will last a life time for my daughter and I. It also gave my husband peace of mind to know his girls were well taken care of while he had to stay home in America. He thanks you as well.

We arrived and they did not correctally disembark one of our tours wheelchairs and then took 3xhours to find it-causing 13xpax to miss their expensive cairo tours.management made a lot of promises but did not fufill one of them.very very dissapointed

Driving in Cairo is an experience unlike any other! You have to have experienced drivers that are at the top of their game. We felt safe and had a great time dancing and singing in the van together as we went to the market on the way to the airport! Thank you Driver Mahmoud and guide Mustafa. Mustafa our tour guide as well as Hussain our driver showed the Egyptian hospitality right from the start. We were welcomed like family at the airport and had a safe entertaining ride to our hotel. We had Mustafa pick us up at the Cairo Airport. He was great at communicating with us via WhatsApp when we landed. Excellent transportation service to our hotel. Handled our Covid Testing and even when we were on the other side of the country he was assisting us through whatsapp. This is what excellent costumer service is. Please consider asking for Mustafa if looking for pickup from the Cairo airport.

Very easy pick up and drop off. Driver and guide were very friendly and answered all of my groups questions along the ride. The guide spoke both english and spanish very well. We were running late for our return to the airport and the driver managed to get us to our terminal on time. Definitely reccomend and will be using on my next trip to Egypt.

Hi..my flight from abudabi to malta connected with cairo on 8th march 2.40pm from abudabi to cairo I reached cairo around 5pm when i ask them my baggage they said they will send you malta air my fligt to malta on 9 th early morning 3.35am from Cairo when I went for burning I ask the guy twies you send my luggage he said yes when I reached to malta I didnt get my luggage after i complete to malta baggage office they said they will check and update after 2 to 3 days when I called they said they found my bag but still I 5 days I didnt recive my bag cairo airport still didn't send bag so there is no any seriousness if the passengers are travelling somewhere they have all stuffed with then in bag if they dont have how they are going suffer and still they are not taking action to send my luggage I very upset with this service

Ahmed Yassir (tour guide) was outstanding to be the first person we met when arriving in Cairo. He spoke great English and was so engaged with making sure our itinerary for our trip was set up to be the best it could be. Mahmud (driver) made us extremely comfortable in the traffic all around Cairo. We started our trip with Mahmud driving, and were extremely thankful that he was the driver whom drive for the entire week for all our Cairo tours. He was always calm in traffic, smooth, and timely. No one in the family was car sick. He took impeccable car of the vehicle and always opened all the doors for us. Incredibly impressed.

Every pick up and drop off we had was on time, we were never left hanging. We always felt safe and welcomed. Everybody was smiling and friendly, very respectful. I would highly recommend for the safety and convenience. It’s only wise to travel and book with the locals. Don’t rely on outside agencies who know nothing of the Cairo life. Sun Pyramid Tours made our trip to Cairo a very delightful time. Nile River Cruise was awesome. Delicious food and fun night show that included dancers and amazing live music. Right after cruise, we visited Khan El Khalili Bazaar, a market which is open 24 hours, with lovely souvenirs, music, and food. Very lively and beautiful place. Giza Pyramid tour was also perfect. Abdul was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pick up and drop off to airport was on time and very comfortable.Tour guides are wonderful people who enjoy what they do and treated us exceptionally. We felt like we were with family the entire time. Do yourself a favor, book Sun Pyramid Tours for your trip to Cairo, you will get an entire experience vs just a tour. We can’t wait to go back!

L’excursion de 2j dans le désert blanc était absolument formidable. Tout a été très bien organisé, les 2 repas étaient excellent, on a tous mangé à notre fin. For us it was a transfer, shifted several times because of us who wanted to enjoy a little more the beautiful beaches of Makadi Bay and Mahmoud our contact always knew how to adapt with kindness. The transfer was perfect with a driver who drove very well (which is not always the case in this country).

The experience has been fantastic. In general we liked it a lot but you have to come prepared to be hot haha. It's amazing what these people have here. The guides have been very nice with us and have taken care of us at all times, a special embrace for Milo and Ibrahim Said for making us feel so comfortable.
