We had a lovely gentleman, Mohamed Rady who was waiting at the airport for us. Mohamed safely delivered us to the Sheraton Hotel and Casino.

Mr. Mohammed Hasan, our driver was an extraordinary person who has guided us through cairo until we arrived at our hotel. He has been very helpful telling us about the city and the important monuments. Truly we were happy getting to know him.

Fantastic experience and recommend using these guys. No issues connecting at the airport and the drive in to Giza was lovely and like a free little tour. My driver (mahmoud azab seilm) went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller, and helped me to find a very difficult to locate hotel. He was a great first introduction and experience in Egypt! Have no hesitation recommending!

Our luggage was delayed in Zurich and didn’t arrive in Cairo, and therefore didn’t make it to Sharm el-Sheikh for over 3 days. Once it was located, Islam Mohamed contacted us, left quickly from Cairo, and personally delivered our bags at 3am to our hotel. We appreciate his attention to this urgent matter.

Hassanen Abas was amazing, he was there before we even landed in 10 minutes and was very clear about where he would be waiting with the sign, which was in an easy and convenient area. He was also understanding when passport control and customs took longer than we expected and the car was very clean with great AC.

We had such a great experience with Mohamed Imam picking us up from Cairo Airport and taking us to our hotel near the pyramids. He was there waiting for us as soon as we came through customs, helped with all our bags and had a beautiful, spotless and comfortable car ready for us. The air conditioning was perfect for the Cairo heat, and he even let us choose our own music for the drive. Mohamed took the most direct route and, most importantly, made us feel completely safe and confident with his driving from the moment we left the airport.
