Fantastic experience and recommend using these guys. No issues connecting at the airport and the drive in to Giza was lovely and like a free little tour. My driver (mahmoud azab seilm) went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller, and helped me to find a very difficult to locate hotel. He was a great first introduction and experience in Egypt! Have no hesitation recommending!

Mohammed Mohsin was a true gent and a very caring helpful driver. Our flight was delayed and after landing it took us 2 hours to get out. He was in communication with us and waited patiently. He helped with all the luggage taking it to the car and unloading at our destination. As it was midnight when we got to our apartment and no one seemed to be around he tried his utmost to locate the doorman. All the time he was patient and never lost his cool. We booked our airport transfer through Viator, which was actually our very first time using the platform. While Uber does work well in Cairo—even at the airport—we chose to book a private transfer in advance from home. Because our flight was landing late (21:45), we wanted to avoid the hassle of searching for a cell connection, navigating the airport, and figuring out the designated ride-share pickup area after a long flight. The price was an incredible value at only $12 USD, especially considering our hotel wanted to charge us $80 USD for the exact same service! Our driver, Mohammed Saeed Ali, was highly professional. He texted us a few hours before our scheduled landing time to confirm the pickup and coordinate the arrival details. Our flight ended up being delayed, and getting through border security took some time, but Mohammed waited patiently without rushing us at all. He kept in touch the entire time, let us know exactly which gate he was waiting at, and held up a sign with my name so he was very easy to spot. On top of that, his driving was superb! I highly recommend booking your transfer in advance through Viator and asking for Mohammed Saeed Ali. He will ensure you have a completely stress-free arrival and a great start to your trip!
