Arrive in Cairo in style and meet your representative who will take you on a short transfer to any hotel in Cairo or Giza. Avoid the hassle of facing long queues while waiting for a taxi or shuttle when arriving in a new destination. Make the transfer also an enjoyable part of your journey to Cairo.
Good communication from company who contacted me the day before. Driver met where they stated and walked us to his car. Driver was good and we had no issues.
Very smooth driver and very good communication with the pick up
We had an excellent experience with our airport transfer. From the moment we landed, everything was seamless. Our driver (Alaa)was on time, waiting for us right at the arrival gate with a friendly smile and new us instantly from our picture. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the ride to our hotel was smooth and relaxing after a long flight.
Perfect experience. Nice diving. They we're very friendly with perfect english. I can only recommand to use this service.
Excellent service, good communication and pick up on time! Farang is a very good driver, he even prepared a bag of snack for us!
Ali was very friendly and nice. He contacted me ahead of time so we knew where to meet him at the airport. The ride was ok. The car was slightly old but still comfortable. I think this is better than taxi or Uber, it's less chaotic
Ali and Omar We’re so professional. It took my husband and I a while to get through customs and they texted us on the Whatsup app to let us know they were outside waiting (which we didn’t receive until we got outside of the airport because of no service inside the Cairo Airport) . They waited patiently for us and came up and identified themselves right away. The ride to our hotel The Nile Ritz Carlton was perfect. I would recommend this transfer to my family and friends. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Ali and the driver Omar picked up Marleen and I at the airport and took us to the hotel. Our flight was delayed but Ali kept in constant contact with me to make sure our transition through the airport was seamless. We greatly appreciated this given we had traveled for 21 hours and were a bit tired 😀. The next evening Ali took us to a Nile river dinner cruise complete with a night of on boat entertainment, including a belly dancer. Our first time to see belly dancing. It was a very enjoyable evening with good local cuisine. The French onion soup and roasted chicken were some of the best we’ve ever had. What I appreciate the most about Ali is he has continued to check in with us to make sure we are doing well in Cairo and if we need anything to let him know. I would highly recommend Ali for your airport transportation and excursions in Cairo.
Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable. We received along the drive to the hotel an excellent overview of the country, the architecture and its people. Very informative way to get our vacation kicked off.
Very reliable, great communication. Farrag was right on time, super friendly and great driver. Perfect!
We were picked up by two people in a car outside the airport. The company representative contacted us before we got on our flight and kept in communication via WhatsApp. Ali was friendly and helped us with our large suitcase.
The transfer from Marriott Mena House to Cairo Airport was convenient, clean, and comfortable. The driver, Yamoni, was able to navigate stop and go traffic with smooth transitions. He brought us to the front of the line at terminal drop off and helped us with our bags. His driving was exceptional and he was very friendly. We recommend this service to anyone visiting Cairo!
Good communication, pleasant and informative visiting during the trip. Good AC since it was a bit hot out
The service was safe, courteous, and on time. They followed our flight number and suggested the best time for us to depart on time. Highly recommend.

Matopsaa was great. Very punctual and friendly. I appreciated the ride to the airport! Would recommend.
Hotel transfer to airport. The car was in very good condition. The driver was very good and was well mannered. Would recommend.
Ali was very helpful and flexible. I would recommend their services. We landed and they were patiently waiting for us. It was quick and easy communication. We didn’t have wifi in the car, but the guide let us use his hotspot to contact our friend for their exact location. And he helped carry our bags on the 5th floor.
Great experience. The driver was able to find me at the airport door very easily and was helpful with my bags. 10/10 reccomend
Great experience. The driver was able to find me at the airport door very easily and was helpful with my bags
The driver was on time and got us to our destination safely. Ali was a wonderful guide and provided several additional recommendations. Very positive experience! Highly recommend!
Seamless way to get from the airport to downtown. You don’t have to haggle for any price. Van was waiting after a two hour delay. Good communication on WhatsApp on where to be and where to meet them.
Ali and our driver were amazing! After such long travel, it’s always nice to be picked up on time, and Ali communicated with me as soon as we landed. We appreciate the recommendations and will definitely book them for our return trip to the airport as well! As an avid, let me take the stress of research off your plate. Book the transport - you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Ali!
Good value and service for Cairo Airport Arrival! Using WhatsApp, the local tour operator stayed in communication prior to arrival to advise the location and procedure, which included sending our photo. After picking up our luggage, passing Customs, and finding the bank at the end of the airport arrival terminal, a new WhatsApp message advised of us the tour operator’s location outside. The friendly tour operator assisted with our luggage and introduced our driver and both had basic conversational English. We had three passengers with 1 medium, 2 small suitcases and 2 backpacks, but managed to fit in the back of the 4-door medium size car. It took us about an hour and half from arrival in the airport to our hotel in downtown Cairo.
We used them for an airport pick up in Cairo. If I could give them 10 stars I would. BA lost our luggage and Ali and driver waited over a hour for us to get all the paperwork done etc. they kept in constant contact via WhatsApp - outstanding service after a long days of travel from US! THANKS
Super easy drive and it ensured that we didn’t have to fuss with taxis or Ubers. We got right to our hotel from the airport and the latter, we got right to the airport early and ready for our flight home. The drivers were great and extremely communicative. Thank you!
When I come back to Cair, I will definitely use this tour agency again for my airport transfer and booking my activities. Alaa and Ali are so kind and patient and will give you great deals! You will not be disappointed booking with them.
Fantastic service! Ali was friendly, shared interesting info about places along the way, and was happy to help with restaurant tips and sightseeing suggestions. The ride was smooth, the car was clean, and it made arriving in Cairo a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!
The service of this company for airport transfer we had was excellent. Ali picked us up from airport when we arrived Cairo with his driver. Ali service is excellent. He is very friendly and helpful. This really made our first arrival in Egypt so comfortable. We also requested Ali to arranged day tour in Cairo to cater for places we wanted to go. He is very flexible with the schedule. We also requested Ali to send us to the airport. If you are in Cairo and needed transportation to and from your hotel and day tour, you can go with this company. The price is very reasonable. Ali will arrange everything for you! You can count on him. We are so happy with this company!!!
Ali picked us up from the airport and it was great! It was comforting to have someone waiting who also graciously helped with our luggage. He was friendly and personable, and pointed out points of interest on the way to our hotel. Ali made great suggestions and was very communicative before, during, and after!
Simple, hassle free airport to hotel transfer. The company was exceptionally good with communicating with me (by WhatsApp), prior to arrival and upon arrival. No worries about “Will they show up, where do I find them?” Our driver was Abdo Ragab. He was pleasant, spoke English very well, and got us through the chaos of rush hour traffic in Cairo.
Driver on time, no fuss for the transfer and would highly recommended to do and ensure booked in advance.
Very pleasant journey to airport. Driver was on time and communication from agent was excellent, keeping us informed all the way
Very trustworthy and friendly. Drove us both from the hotel to the airport and also additional stops. Very good service :)

Mr. Ali was proactive in his communication with our pickup from the airport and was patient as we were a bit delayed in arriving. They were very nice and informative with suggestions of Cairo.
