Cairo & Alexandria Tour - 05 Days 04 Nights

Hi im muhammad, We have booked this rimo tours identified from chat gpt and we had a discussion with agent fixed itinerary and schedule. Then we landed in cairo on 26th of nov eve at 5 PM. Main point is we dont know the arabic and how we are going to cross the immigration so that we requested agent for help and based on request they arranged one manager before immigration and waiting with name board which we never expected and took us to immigration without standing the queue and explain to the officer they arranged the visa in arrival within 5 mins finshed the all procedure. Travel guide is came to us near luggage belt then took us clear the all police enquiries and arranged the pickup car to hotel. Very good and excellent.

They provided us with good iternary as per our request and guarantee letter. Rimo tours team member was available at the arrival gate prior to our arrival. They helped us with the immigration and luggage collection. Later on they took us to the hotel for check-in and helped with the same at the hotel too. Their vehicle was waiting for us at the hotel till we all got ready. From there our trip started. Their drivers were early at the hotel everyday morning to pick us up. Also, they assisted as with ticket booking and restaurant finding very well. With the help of RIMO TOURS, our trip went very well and good. We did not face any discrepancies at any place during our trip. So, we suggest you to take RIMO TOURS during your travel to Cairo, Egypt .

Fadi Basta is the best driver and guide in Cairo! He was one who drove us to Pyramids and we requested after to the company that we wants him to drive us all over Cairo and also to Alexandria. All recommendations to Rimo Tours and specially for Fadi Basta!

We have all traveled all over the world and never have we had a vacation where there were tears when it was time to go home. He helped us with everything from small tasks unrelated to the tours to even with the most unique requests by mking it his mission to see that we achieved everything that we needed to achieve or acquire. As a tour guide he was not obligated to do any of these things but he did everything with a smile and Was genuinely happy to do it on top of Exceeding the expectations of his normal job requirements. I am sure that Rimo Tours could offer any tour guide and you would get good results because of the way they run their company but I can guarantee you that Mohamed Rady Will make your experience supreme. When we were leaving Egypt, Mohamed drove us off to the airport and he handed us off to the next Rimo Tours representative. With sad hearts we felt like we left our brother, our Uncle and our friend. So it is our mission To most certainly go through Rimo tours again and reunite with Mohamed Rady And entrust him with our new adventures That are yet to come. Note from Princess: I want to say that the trip was way better then I excepted. Egypt was absolutely beautiful. Everywhere we went I would love to go back again and there was so much more I wanted to do and see but we did not plan enough time. Mohamed was one of the most thoughtful , genuine, kindest person I’ve ever met . He went above and beyond for us . He was patient , helpful and very informative. I highly recommend anyone to request him And when we go back I only want him as Our driver. I did not want to leave. It was very emotional and I cried actual tears 😭 I had a very special request to find a baby monkey and he went above and beyond to find me one and that was one of my favorite parts getting to see one and pet it 🙃 Also he cooked a home cooked meal for us at our condo. Again, this was definitely not one of his job requirements but he genuinely took care of everything we needed and wanted and asked for. Mohammed made it happen and he was very protective over us !!!!

I had a very wonderful experience with Mr. Bassam Mahmoud who took us out for Cairo tour including pyramids visit, Egypt museum and night show at pyramid. He also dropped us back to the airport from hotel. I would like to explicitly mention that Mr. Bassam Mahmoud was very polite, gentle and helpful in everything, he took us to a Indian restaurant which we asked to. It was indeed a great experience in Cairo. Highly recommend travelling with him.

Special thanks to Hoda, who organized the whole trip and to Mohammed Radi, the driver. Both were great and a pleasure to spend time with. Recommended. The usual stops at papyrus and perfume shops are tedious and a bit pushy but that's normal and requires a firm "no".
