Essam, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. He arrived early with a clean, air conditioned car and kind driver. We felt comfortable and safe with him, and there were no hard upsells. He even stepped in to protect us from camel riders operators pressuring us to tip extra.

We had a great tour with Marco (guide) and Ayman (driver). Punctual and smooth pickups at all the different stops, Marco had some great off the beaten path spots for photo opportunities and avoiding crowds. He was very patient and able to answer our detailed questions. The day was structured very nicely and we got to experience some local specialty food, perfumes and craftsmanship. Marco gave us a great tour of GEM which was fantastic, he had an amazing way of making the stories come alive. Meya Meya! :)

She brings every story to life with fascinating details, engaging explanations, and a wonderful sense of humor. She has such a natural way of making history interesting and entertaining that you completely lose track of time! And here's the truly impressive part: she even managed to keep two teenagers genuinely interested and engaged throughout the tour — and trust me, that's no easy achievement! 😄 That alone deserves an extra star! Marco and our driver Abdo guided us superbly to the Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum. We loved the sandwiches which we ate on the way. We had a few extras such as the very interesting talk about papyrus, and Abdo drove us expertly through the traffic back to our hotel. When we return, we will seek Marco out! Thanks Marco and Abdo for a marvellous and unforgettable day in Cairo.

Great tour guide, the guide (Mario) was extremely knowledgeable and took us through the citadel, the pyramids and the new museum. He was able to provide a carefree day. Also the driver, Ayman, took us safely through the city. Recommended!

We had a fantastic day put with Nevin. Great communication ahead of the day which meant we felt confident that we were going to have a great day. Nevin was easy to be around, chatting knowledgeably about local culture, history and good places to visit. She made sure we got lots of good pictures and made sure everything was at a the right level for us woth our teenagers!

We spent the whole day with Nevin as a family doing the Pyramids, Sphinx and GEM along with some local food, shopping, sight seeing. Nevin took care of everything including making sure we got fair prices. She was brilliant and great with the children and very knowledgeable- there was not a question she could not answer. I was really impressed how we did GEM in under 3 hrs and saw everything without own personal guide and explanation. It was a personal tour I would not hesitate to book again. Nevin came hight recommended and she is well deserving of the recommendation.

5 stars! Highly recommended. We booked a tour of the pyramids and the museum, and our tour guide, Hassan Ghanem, was absolutely wonderful! Even though our English isn't very good, he made an effort to speak slowly so we could understand him. We love taking photos, and we spent quite a bit of time at each spot, but he was so kind and patient, telling us, "Take your time!" He managed the schedule perfectly—ensuring we had plenty of time for photos and even helping us pick out souvenirs. We were so happy with him as a guide! Hassan Ghanem, we love you!!! Our "papa"!

An enjoyable day at the Pyramids and GEM. We were picked up promptly at 8 AM from our driver. We stopped and picked up our guide and continued on into Giza to the Pyramids. Our guide was very nice, knowledgeable and took some awesome photos of us at the pyramids. Then we had a to-go lunch and continued on to the GEM, for a guided tour. I am taking away a star because we were hoping for more free time to wander through the GEM, but it is a true guided tour. I also didn’t realize the lunch is to go in the back of the car. It was tasty, don’t get me wrong! I was just under the impression it was more of a proper sit down lunch; which it is not. We did end up saying something to our guide who let us wander the GEM for about 30 minutes on our own. If you enjoy a true guided museum tour, this is for you. If not, I would recommend only booking a guide for the pyramids. All in all, we had a great day and our guide Ibrahim was so kind and knowledgeable. We certainly learned much more than we would have had we gone it alone.

We had a great day exploring the Giza Plateau with our private guide, Nashat. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took care to see that we had an outstanding visit during our first trip to Egypt. We had changed our itinerary a bit and had gone to the GEM the day prior and Nashat suggested going to the Museum of Civilization, it was a great pivot. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The mummies are amazing to see.

Our Egyptologist guide made this tour special. Do not go to the Great Pyramids without a guide, and most importantly, do not go without an Egyptologist. The pyramids are impressive on their own, but without someone explaining what you are looking at, you will miss most of it. Our guide brought the whole place to life, answered every question, and made the day feel easy instead of overwhelming. Ten stars. I would book this exact tour again.

We did the full tour with Hasan Ghanem, and it was a fantastic experience! He knows so much about ancient Egypt and tells everything with so much passion. This made the tour even more enjoyable. We started with a tour inside the pyramid, which was truly a dream come true. After that, we visited the Grand Egyptian Museum, where Hasan also gave us an amazing tour. Overall, I would give this day a big 10 out of 10! Hasan Ghanem is a very fun guide with a great sense of humor and a lot of knowledge. The tour was very well organized. We were picked up on time and brought back home safely. We also enjoyed a delicious falafel lunch. What more could you ask for?

What a wonderful day. Nevin our guide was fantastic and gave us a day which was exceptional. She picked us up on time, avoided all but the odd crowd and ensured we got some amazing pictures across the day. She seemed to know everyone who works across the sites and meant we were able to view or access areas with ease. We wanted to go inside the pyramid which took around half an hour to do and Nevin helped us purchase these extra tickets. It was quite challenging and gets very hot but well worth the experience. Having gone around the sites at Giza we went to the new museum and we were shown around here by Nevin also. At Giza we used the free shuttle bus to move between the sites. Along the way we stopped at a fragrance / perfume shop which wasn’t pushy and we enjoyed some Arabic coffee there too. We saw how papyrus was made, were able again to buy souvenirs without the push and got some nice things. We ate a falafel wrap on the go which was delicious and then helped ourselves to both water and fresh mini mangos, fresh dates and water that were in the car. We started the day with a pickup at 08:30 and got back to the hotel around 18:00. It really was one of those days I will look back on with very fond memories. Thank you so much Nevin for such a wonderful day.

A highly recommended experience, especially if you only have limited time in Cairo. Our driver, Mr Muhammed, provided safe driving in a clean, air-conditioned car (with functioning seat belts).
