I REALLY enjoyed this tour. It's the perfect mix of learning about Egyptian architecture and history, shopping, and of course seeing the famous pyramids and sphinx. Mohammed Goda was my tour guide for the day, and he was great. He gave plenty of lectures with pertinent information about the sites (and history/background) but was also very good about getting me food/drink, coffee, breaks, and not making me feel too rushed or too slow. My favorite part of the whole tour was actually the 3 stops at local shops (a papyrus workshop, an aromatic oil store, and an Egyptian cotton store) where I was free to learn about products but was not pressured to buy anything (although I did, and it was more than I'd planned :)) Overall, a fun, practical, and informative way to see the highlights of Cairo in a day. 2 thumbs up!

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Cairo. Great organization on behalf of the tour operator Pyramids Land, the tour guide gets in touch before hand so you know who you will be meeting on the tour. Our tour guide was Amal Hussein, and she was a great tour guide, first she spoke flawless Spanish, which is our native tongue, she also had a deep knowledge about the Egyptian history and culture, gave us a lot of useful information that helped understand the sites in the pyramids and the museum better. Greatly recommended tour!
Terrible tour. The “Egyptologist” may have gone to school but barely told us anything. Gave us a twenty minute speech in the car before we got anywhere and then basically didn’t tell us anything. Waited around in shaded areas instead of actually walking with us and telling us what things were. Additionally he rushed us while seeing the pyramids of Giza and the sphinx. Literally spent less than ten minutes looking at the sphinx before he told us we had to go because he had parked on the side of the road. Additionally when we bought tickets to go into the pyramids, he told us that it wasn’t worth it to go into the Pyramids of Giza and instead go into the smaller one. This was definitely a lie as the smaller one was cheaper and took less time. If you are going to pyramids of Giza, make sure you go inside the actual pyramid of Giza as it is a much better sight. After he rushed us through the pyramids and the sphinx he took us to two different stores where he took commissions from for bringing us to the stores. This was probably the main reason he rushed us. After the stores, he took us to a lunch place which he assured us was five stars on trip advisor. We were the only people who were at this restaurant at 1pm on a Friday. Additionally, he made us pick from three basic dishes instead of being able to choose something authentic from Egypt. When the food finally came it was pretty clear that it was made from cheap ingredients. When we got to the Egyptian museum there were many tour guides walking around leading their tours from artifact to artifact explaining what things were and their meanings. Our tour guide, however, sat in the corner telling us, “when you have come questions come back to where I’m sitting and ask me.” As if I’d know what to ask questions about, isn’t he the Egyptologist? Overall this whole tour was clearly a scam. Whether or not it was the specific tour guide or the company itself, I'm not sure but I would avoid this tour completely.

This tour was absolutely lovely, starting with our tour guide, Zeinab, bringing us to the best views of the pyramids, camel ride, great lunch, market, and Egyptian museum. She was super nice and made our trip feel very personalized. She also set up another tour for us the next day to Al Fayoum, where we did a desert safari, sand boarded, and had a great lunch. Our guide Mimo was the best and our driver Muhammad couldn’t have been more fun!! We felt so safe in their care and had an exceptional full day driving through the western desert. You will not regret doing these tours, especially the Al Fayoum one!!
Ibrahim is the best tour guide ever, he is fully knowledgeable on everything to do with Cairo whether it's the Pyramids, Egyptian Antiquities Museum with all the history of Ancient Egypt and the hotspots of Cairo (best restuarants, hookah bars etc. Yasser was a great driver who took us around Cairo. This tour has made my honeymoon with my wife very special, thank you so much for the amazing tour!
I attended this tour last month, October 2021. Our guide was Mohamed, who goes by Gouda. Mohamed was timely and even waited for some of our group members who were running late. He was so friendly and cheerful all the time. The tour was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us. He even aided one of our elderly members when she injured herself, even lifting her in a wheelchair in order for her to continue the tour. The pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian museum, Papyrus tour, jewelry shopping, shopping in the souks, camel ride, Nile sailing trip and lunch were excellent. A very full day! Gouda is definitely the man! The tour is supposed to be three hours at the Egyptian museum and three the other part for the pyramids. In fact our guide talked to us through the egyptian museum for one hour and ten minutes leaving behind a lot of important stuff and letting us alone roam at the museum for one hour. Then we were said that we would go to a shop to learn about the procedure of papyrous and of making perfumes both just overpriced and totally touristic.The only reason that Im rating two instead of one is because the camel ride was a pleasant experience. If youre interested in an egyptologist tour and not just a pleasant one dont book this. PS We made a wrong communication on our behalf and we were late one hour for the pickup but even like that the tour at the Egyptian museum should be at least two hours.
We really had a very great and exciting tour. Our Tour guide was the best. Very lovely happy and so cheerful lady. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to go to the tours to ask for Fatima Mohammad. Very informative and knowledgeable in Egyptian history. That you Fatima. Firstly I was not really sure about visiting the pyramids as it was never really on my hit list of things to see, but I am so glad I did. Our private tour guide Sherif & driver Tarik were at the hotel just before our agreed time. From the moment we met Sherif and Tarik I knew this was going to be a day to remember and boy I was not wrong! The knowledge, enthusiasm and pride Sherif has in his culture and history is quite something. It has completely changed my feelings on Egypt and I am now planning on returning and seeing more in the future. I look forward to using the expertise of Sherif in this as well! Thank you.
We took a day trip to The Pyramids & Egyptian Museum with guide Sherif & driver Tarik. What can I say??? We had an amazing day! Sherif was knowledgeable, professional & friendly - Tarik managed the almost impossible job of making us feel safe in the bonkers Cairo traffic. If you only have limited time in the city and want to see the highlights then I highly recommend this trip

We booked the 1/2 day tour with Ash because the price was great and the reviews were stellar. We ended up booking every day with them in Cairo and Luxor (6 total tour dates) because they were amazingly easy to work with and the guides were great. In Cairo we had 3 different guides and all were awesome (thank you Zenab, Amal and Fatima!). Knowledgeable, great English, super helpful and, like most people we met in Egypt, incredibly nice. The vans and drivers were also great. In Luxor, Ash connected us with Amr who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Amazing communication and service. Our guide, Hussein (I hope I spelled it correctly) was unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. We recommended the tor to several people before we even left the Luxor airport. Hopefully we will be back! One tip, come ASAP and as early in the AM as possible. Because of travel restrictions we had most places almost entirely to ourselves.
I could not RAVE about this trip enough. Zenab (our tour guide) was such a wonderful guide. Even during fasting, she was so uptempo, she was informative & she had such a beautiful spirit. She was patient with us & all the millions of pictures we wanted to take. Being in another country where I’m not knowledgeable to the language, she was the perfect translator & informed of us anything we may need to know as tourists. Hassan the driver was wonderful as well. He was quick to drive us to & from where we needed to be. Zenab was so hospitable from the moment we met her to when we left Cairo altogether. If I could rate higher than 5 starts from my experience with Zenab & our tour together, I would.

This was a really great full day trip exploring Cairo and the wonders it has to offer!! Our tour guide and driver were exceptionally welcoming and well informed of history facts. We spent the day exploring the Giza pyramids as well as the Museum and had a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend this tour!
Xena or Zena was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Very knowledgeable about the Pyramids and Giza. She was early with the pick-up and even extended time in some areas because we were in awe and wanted to take it all in. The Papyrus factory, Oils, and Jewelry stops were excellent. The meal provided was delicious and the environment was relaxing. Oh and I cant forget the fun camel ride...We spent money at all of our stops because we really loved the presentations and wanted something from each shop. She did warn us about the multitude of street hustlers (my words, not hers)...Do not buy from the first person offering and also negotiate your price. She provided water as needed and an air conditioned vehicle. If you plan on visiting Egypt, please use this company and ask for Zena, you will not be disappointed. Safe measures for Covid was taken as well. Sanitizer and masks were offered but of course we were already prepared. Enjoy your trip.
We had the best time on our tour. Ibrahim was the best photographer and literally a life saver. I texted him in whatsapp in the middle of the night that I was ill and could use some medicine for my stomach/bathroom issue. A few hours later as we met to start our day tour he brought me meds from the pharmacy and saved my whole trip and experience at the pyramids. He also told us we had the best photographer and this was very true! He knew the best view points and got us to the pyramids lunch and museum tour seamlessly. Highly recommend him as your tour guide, we had an A/C equipped fan and Ibrahim even got us some Egyptian snacks for the ride. Knowledgeable in Egyptian info and spoke really good English.

The best tour you can have. These people are very responsible and make your life easier, everything is excellent. We get the best guide, his name is Abdul and he is a super friendly and cultured person. We learned a lot in the trip and made our lives easier, I would recommend anyone going to Cairo to go with a tour, it is definitely a complicated city and help is needed.
Today we made our tour of the pyramids, museum and market. It was just wonderful. Our thread Manal welcomed us on time at the hotel in the morning and accompanied us explaining (in Portuguese and Spanish) each part of the story. We like it a lot. The guide was very patient and friendly.
