Very good but no health and safety so dont allow young kids to ride who are novice. Alot of fun but busy with horse riders etc so be alert at all times

Great time riding in the Sahara. Guide were great, took good photos and video. Very funny and personable.
It’s okay I guess if you want to go 5 miles per hour on an old ATV for less time than you paid and be expected to tip 3 grown men. As soon as we tried to speed up and drift we were accosted by some dusty teenager in flip flops. We booked an ATV ride in some sand dunes because it’s an open space where we expected to be able to let loose. Nope. I rode a camel earlier that day that was funner and faster and at least the camel kept its eyes off my lady and didn’t insist on shaking her hand multiple times when she very clearly didn’t want to. If you have absolutely nothing else to do in Cairo, book it I guess. They were nice enough. The experience and equipment sucked.
Really fun but my ATV kept dying on me 😅 I think they could’ve used some more safety precautions to be honest… The views were really cool though and it was a very memorable experience!
I booked this quick activity as a finale to our week long trip in Cairo to do something fun with just my son and I. The driver and guide (Mohammed) who picked us up were both very nice and pleasant. They help us get some scarves to protect our faces from the dust (which I’d recommend bringing one so you aren’t breathing all that dust) and gave us a few history lessons on the drive. When we got to the location to start the ATV rides, they had everything ready so all we had to do was jump on and go. We had another guide at this point to took us through the desert. He took us to a spot right from the start where we were able to get all the best pictures right away, then we drove around in the desert for maybe another 40 minutes before heading back. Overall, it was a thrilling experience that I’d highly recommend!
Negative feedback: the pickup and drop off could have been more professional. Bare in mind that whatever time you select you will have to be picked up over half an hour before - I didn’t know this and was only informed the night before and had to rush from a massage I had booked. There is also a €10 per person entry fee we were informed of after booking. It does say in fine print when booking but doesn’t say how much - it really should just be included in the initial price instead of just asking for it later. The pickup was smooth enough but we were 10 mins late due to the above and the driver did take the time to point it out in front of everyone. The AC wasn’t on properly on the way up or back. Also, we stopped halfway at a very very overpriced shop, clearly on purpose - I’m originally Egyptian although living abroad and the prices were even more inflated than usual for tourists. Same with the ice cream etc during the quad biking break was just so expensive and again taking advantage of the very hot weather in the dessert. With the quad biking itself - my only negative feedback is that I wish we went faster, we couldn’t because we had kids in our group so perhaps the groups could be better categorized to suit different age groups and experience. Positive feedback: The quad biking section was fabulous. The guides were genuine and helpful - shoutout to Ibrahim. It was very fun despite all the above and we had a great time. The guys will also take really good pictures for you on your phone.
Was a really good guide and it was super fun. Highly recommend it!
The quad tour itself was very nice the guide was friendly and professional, quad was in good shape, pick up and drop off perfectly on time, really a good experience i would recommend. But: before the tour started we were taken to a shop to buy a scarf to protect us from sand and dust on the quad. The shop owner of at least a guw working there was horrible. Overcharged big time (even for egyptian standards) and he a approached us in a very dominant way. Kids even were scared. This was a bad start of what was supposed to be a super experience (don't get me wrong, quad tour was super!)
Haleem was very good, he was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable about quad biking. 5 stars for Haleem and Emo tours!
The experience was ok my sons really enjoyed it. The atv ride in the actual desert was good but didn't last 30 mins. It was actual ride in the sand of about 10 mins which went really quick. The whole thing too a while by the time we drove to the site and practiced a bit driving through the village a bit to the sand. I was shocked to see dead carcases on the side of the road of a horse and a camel. That wasn't very nice. Thankfully I don't think my boys daw it as they were too busy having fun on the atv s.
The quad-bike experience itself was satisfactory, which is why I am giving three stars. However, the staff were notably unhelpful. We specifically requested to be dropped off at the **new pyramid entrance** to avoid the usual chaos at the Sphinx Gate. Instead, they attempted to leave us at the museum, and I had to insist that they take us to the location we had clearly requested. Despite this, we were ultimately dropped at the **old Sphinx Gate**. I was with my daughter, who is anaemic and very petite, and we were forced to push our way through a very crowded and disorganised entrance. At one point, a random individual even grabbed our tickets and told us to follow him, which made the situation extremely stressful. This was one of the worst entry experiences we have had, especially considering I had deliberately asked not to be taken to that gate due to its reputation. If you choose to use this company, I strongly recommend that you **request not to be assigned to Taha** and firmly insist on being dropped at the **new entrance** to avoid unnecessary chaos.
Great time with Moustafa! Very wonderful and fun experience, if not a little rough around the edges, but in line with other Egyptian experiences.
Great activity, super communicative and friendly guides and loads of fun! I did this before I went to the pyramids and saw tons of great viewpoints of them all lined up
Great fun for the family. Two adults and 3 children 12,12&13. We booked the night before. Seemlessly confirmed via telephone the next morning. We were collected from our hotel on time and driven safely to Giza Pyramids. We had a great tour guide who accompanied us and took photos using my phone. He knew how to get the best photos and helped us a lot. Definitely recommend this. You get a good view of the pyramids - of course not right beside them like a walking tour. But the quad bike or ATV was a more cool option. Very enjoyable. Remember to buy your own scalfs before hand to protect your face from sand and sun. Otherwise you may get a shock extra purchase. Another fabulous trip was the new grand museum of Cairo. Cheap entry, payable on the door or book via this application. You get a great view - inside air conditioning - and can take lovely pictures. One of the most beautiful museums I have been to in the world.
Really good thing to do as see the pyramids and get to drive in the desert. We had a tour guide called Hamadi he was amazing kept taking pictures of us together while out on the tour he made it very special.
Incredible views driving in the desert Our guide was exceptional and the adreladine rush is a must. A must do
The pick up was on time and the guy leading the pick up was easy going. They don't hide anything from their photos, the bikes look like they do the photos, definitely not just out of the shop. Mentioned in other reviews, the sand isn't smooth and a lot of rocks. Tour guide rode on one of our bikes rather than his own. These guys have done it before, knew the insta photo locations and positions. This tour gives you an uninterrupted angle of pyramids but if your wanting to get amongst the pyramids, will need to do another tour. Maybe overpriced for what you get + tip.
I really cannot recommend this. We started off with the pick up car not starting (which I guess happen from time to time). They sent a new car and we ended up starting 20 mins late. We were then taken to get the ATVs and were taken on the trip with our guide. You first have to get through the horrible experience of driving through utter chaos of other people on horses, cars, ATVs and etc etc just to realise that the guide (who is sitting on top of your ATV on the handle bar) is planning to stay there for the entire trip. So you don't drive, he sits on your stearing wheel and drive (at a hellish speed). Then after about 15mins my partner offered to change ATVs with me as I was feeling quite uncomfortable with the situation, my ATV broke down in the desert. So it ended up being the 3 of us on one ATV. The guide then took us to a remote spot and asked for a cash tip, which we refused to give saying we don't have money with us. He then said we should once we get back go to the bathroom and give him the cash. I just think the whole experience was a total rip off.
Not good at all. I was nowhere near the pyramids or the sphinx. I got taken to the top of a sand dune and had to see the pyramids from a very far distance. My Camera couldn't even focus that far away. When I asked why I am not going to the pyramids, I was told we cannot get there. Feels like a tourist trap to me. It also wasn't anywhere near an hour long. It was 30 mins
We were traveling with our two teenage grandsons. It was great to be involved in an activity that all four of us could enjoy. Our guides were good fun.
Really a good tour. I enjoyed it a lot. The staff is very affable and that helps enjoying even Better going through the deser with the ATV. It was my first time on an ATV and I have to say that it was really easy to drive
We were searching for an affordable ATV tour, as long as we didn’t want something extreme. Good ATVs, VERY helpful and kind guide. Ahmed even gave us some more time for free. He took us some nice pictures, he gave us nice advice. Recommended, 10/10 g
I had a really fun time riding ATVs with Tariq and his colleagues, they are fun and reliable, with cool vibes. The views of Cairo and Pyramids from the dunes are really amazing! Please just note, if you had no experience with ATVs, they are a bit old and shabby, and ride is bumpy, so slow down and be careful. People are really nice and help you take very cool pictures.
It was my first time riding an ATV. I should’ve done some research prior to this activity, as I didn’t know the desert had so many heavy duty rocks! I thought it was all just sand. They definitely made it more challenging. I had to follow the ATVs in front of me and I had to keep up with them as they were going so fast. On some occasions I thought I was going to fall out of the ATV whilst driving it as I was driving very fast to keep up with the others. I didn’t want to get lost in the middle of the desert! There were times where I was quite far back from the ones ahead of me so I felt I had no choice but to go really fast, and at l times I would lose control of the ATV. The operators of the ATVs should have slowed down when I was too far back, it wasn’t a race at the end of the day. We stopped a few occasions to take photos. The people in charge of the ATVs took great photos and they got me to pose in various poses, which, looking back on, look great! However, it would have been great if they took some videos of me driving the ATV. In the middle of one of our stops, one of the workers said to give him a tip now, preferably around 500 Egyptian pounds. I found this to be very awkward and unprofessional so I just told him I will give him a tip at the end of the trip and I then moved away from him. At the end of the trip, I didn’t give him any tip due to his behaviour, but I did tip the driver and the other person who was with the driver. He was the one who collected me from my hotel and he was talking to me throughout the car ride. He spoke very good English and he allowed me to buy the scarf (to wrap myself in) for 100 Egyptian pounds instead of 200 Egyptian pounds, upon request.
Unbelievable experience. Must to do when in Cairo. Love it every minute of it. Definitely would recommend the ride.
It was amazing experience ATV ride with the nice and helpful-people any time I return to Egypt, it gonna be one of the top my choice
Thank you to our tour guide Fahd! Such a sweet and kind soul. Met us with a smile even though we were late🫶!! Our first time in Egypt.
The experience was amazing! All the people were very nice and kind. If someone goes to Cairo, must do this adventure! I absolutely suggest it!
We did 2 rides with this booking (Cairo, Egypt). One was an ATV ride followed by a horse ride we booked through the same guide who picked us up for the ATV. The ATV ride was excellent with the kids who served as our guides and the ATV folks being excellent. The trip was ruined by the horse riding experience. We were a family of 11 with kids and adults. My 17-year old daughter was in the ride as well. The guide, who was the person who picked us from the airport, was the sole culprit, who harassed my daughter, and she was in tears at the end of the ride. He was managing her horse by the reins, and he kept pulling her horse to wards the back of the line away from the other members of the group, and asking her a lot of personal questions, and asking her to not tell her parents. She was very scared and intimidated by this whole things, and finally managed to signal to her 15-year old brother, who started riding with her. She was in tears in the van, and this is something we do not expect in a viator booking. This guy seems to be a predator, and should be banned from doing this to other kids who may not have been lucky. My daughter is traumatized by this and I wanted to flag this for you all to make sure this guys does not organize any more rides in the future. We confronted him and he admitted to his mistake and apologized, but I am concerned that such pedophiles never stop and should be therefore banned from organizing such rides. Regards,
One of the best lfetime experiences to ride ATV with pyramids in the back. Wonderful experienced kids that helped with ride into the desert and panoramic picture taking of the whole family. Everyone in the family had a great time.
WE LOVED THIS TOUR AND EMAD OUR ATV TOUR GUIDE!!!! I went with my husband and we both had our own ATVs, but I didn’t want to drive mine solo so Emad helped guide my ATV for me and took amazing pictures for my husband and I. I will recommend this tour to everyone I know looking to go to the pyramids. Emad is also soooooooooo funny so try to ask him as your guide if you go and you’ll be in for a great time
The experience was thrilling, and the views were incredible (with the pyramids). The organizers let us enough time to take pictures and videos which we liked a lot. Definitely recommend it!
It is an amazing experience although the way to the pyramids was a little rough the driving experience at the dessert was totally worth it. Also we hire 1 hour and at the end it was like 30/40 minutes I assume the ride was faster than expected Everyone involved in the activity was very kind and nice
Das Abenteuer mit Herrn (Abd Allah und Baher) war wirklich erstaunlich und hilfreich ... I highly recommend anyone booking this adventure to Asking for Mr( Abdullah & Baher) they are Realy Kindly and you will be happy for sure.
One of the drivers jumped with me and showed me how ride those ATV, I had a blast! Great experience!
Had a fun time with friends they stop half way and take pictures of you from your phone and your allowed to take pictures of the scenery as well during the stop. The prices here are also good compared to other ATVS in Cairo as well.
Taken to the desert for fun and spectacukar views of the pyramids that you do not get close up.Afterwards we went to Khan El Khalili market.Had a great time walking around with my guide Hana who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the areas Definitely recommend this tour.
Toosi and Gendi were the best guides! If I come back to Egypt I will choose them again and again! It was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and make my day special! Gendi went out of his way to make sure we got the best photos survive out atv and Toosi assisted in taking wonderful photos at the pyramids! Their hospitality was outstanding!!
Picked up from hotel in a nice car with water provided. Guide spoke English very well and was nice. Only did a 30 minute tour which was perfect for us and got some good pictures. So much fun….highly recommended.
The owner was super friendly and had a warm welcoming, this is definitely worth the experience. When I return I will definitely be back again.
I am Irish tourist, I loved my tour with the guys they helped us so much and were so caring of us from start to finish I will definitely return.
The experience itself was unreal, riding the quads in the desert, with the pyramids as our back drop was fun and breath taking. The guide was friendly and helpful and assisted me as I was not fully confident driving.
No doubt the highlight of the trip. It’s more enjoyable than pix and videos can show. Sami , Tony and the quad guy hamud were brilliant. They took some awesome pictures and videos.
We had a great time - we booked for an hour and this was definitely long enough. Easy pick up and return. Driving through the desert with the pyramids as a back drop was an incredible experience, our guides were fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Made our holiday!
brilliant fun with a great guide! took loads of pictures for me and my lady and extremely hospitable! loved it!
Aladin was our tour guide, he couldnt do enough too make sure we had a great time, took some amazing pictures for us on the Giza Plateau. We did a.1 hour ride which was more than enough
I highly recommend this excursion. Our tour guide Sherif Aisahlahi was amazing. You must have a face mask or a scarf. The people are very friendly. But if anyone offer you something along the tour make sure you u ask if there is a charge before excepting anything. I shave been to several countries and overall this was my favorite atv excursion. A big shout out to EMO for Sherif ❤️
The ATV ride was great!!! Our guide Shambra was terrific!! He was nice and took great pictures, we really enjoyed the experience. Our transportation guide Mohammed Sayed was very nice and polite. He helped us with getting additional pictures and souvenirs that we wanted. And the driver, Ahmed was very nice as well.
Sharif was a great guide, he was very friendly and he helped to make it a fun activity and took loads of photos and videos.
Overall good experience. The tour guide was friendly. His English was decent. Ride there from the hotel was fine. The machines are in a terrible state of disrepair (no suspension and rattle like they are coming apart). The front bumper was actually zip tied on. Aside from that the ride in the desert was pretty neat. Great photo opportunities And the guide and the assistant will ensure you have a good time while in the desert they took some awesome photos of me with the pyramids as a backdrop. WARNING: be prepared to see the real Egypt on the ride out to the desert you will drive the ATV Through a ghetto area, full of trash, animal, feces, and see some very sad situations. This is a way of life here but for some it might be disturbing. Also bear in mind animals are treated much differently in Egypt than in other countries if you are sensitive to this, I would not recommend this tour, but if you have tough skin, want to thrill ride and some great photos, this is for you. You will get dusty and dirty as you should expect when driving an ATV in the desert bring clothes you don’t care if they get dirty and make sure you have sunglasses or goggles.
