Excellent communication with the company and the driver. Sent me all the info to find him easily. Arrived in time and the car was clean.

We first booked Treviango Holidays LTD for a hotel transfer, but the service quickly turned into so much more. Communication was excellent from the start—Ahmed kept in regular contact, updated us promptly, and was waiting at Cairo/Sphinx Airport when we arrived. On the drive, he shared fascinating history and spoke with such pride about his country. That evening we booked a Nile cruise through him. Ahmed personally picked us up, escorted us onto the boat, and was waiting at the dock when we finished. Nothing was too much trouble, and he tailored packages to suit us perfectly. After disappointing tours arranged through our hotel, we tried a city tour with Ahmed—and it was outstanding. We explored local highlights we’d never have found alone, and enjoyed an unforgettable meal at a unique seven‑floor restaurant serving just one dish. Ahmed’s calm demeanour and smooth driving style made every journey stress‑free, which is no small thing on Cairo’s busy roads. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care transformed our holiday.

They were very communicative and provided clear instructions for where to go. The driver was waiting with a sign and took me straight to the car, which was clean and spacious. No issues getting to my hotel. I would use them again!

Absolutely amazing. Easy safe and guick. Good communication. Highly recommend for everyone!!!!!!!!!!

We booked a transfer from Sphinx to Shubra. The friendly driver was waiting for us at arrivals and we reached our destination quickly and safely. Everything was excellent at a reasonable price with no clear room for improvement: recommended. We'd make Treviango our first choice in future.

Booked Sphinx airport pick up via Tripadvisor and cannot fault the service. Communication before was great and the driver was waiting upon arrival. The drive was smooth and our guide even talked to us about what we should do in Cairo. We were so pleased that we also reached out to make more arrangements later in our trip for a long journey from Aswan to Hurghada and the arrangements were perfect!

He had excellent experience with Treviango. The car was clear and comfortable. The driver was very careful and helpful. The manger was always in touch through WhatsApp. Highly recommended

Very reliable and great price for airport transfers. We used Ahmed and his team in Giza as well as Hurghada. Ahmed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend

Perfect round trip Was safely transported to and from the airport Communication is excellent as well and no issues at all.

It was a great experience, sure i will repeat it in future. Mr. Ahmed was very helpful and interested. Driver (Mr.Mohamed) was waiting in time.

Staff/Driver was very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this service for anyone who needs safe, professional transport in the area.

I used the transfer service from Sphinx Airport to Giza and the experience was excellent. Ahmed was extremely precise, punctual, kind and very professional. The car was clean and comfortable, but what I appreciated the most was the excellent communication before my arrival: he explained perfectly how to find him at the airport and even sent me a photo of him to make everything even easier and reassuring. After the first transfer I found myself so good that I decided to rely on him again for subsequent transfers and the service was confirmed every time superb. Recommended for those who want the guarantee of impeccable service.

A very serious travel agency, Mr. Ahmed is in charge of the delivery from A to Z whether it be airport transfers, excursions, cars with drivers, guides discovering the city...etc., he has qualified staff who speak all languages, guides who speak French too. I noted the punctuality of all the staff and the friendliness. Many thanks to Mr Ahmed who has good communication throughout the performance.
