Amazing Day Tour To Saqqara,memphis,giza Pyramids & Sphinx 2026

Mohammed was a great guide! We had a day tour with him, where we started in Saqqara en ended at the pyramids. His English was superb and he had a lot of knowledge about ancient Egypt! He could tell us a lot of stuff we didn’t know, so that was quite interesting. When he stopped at a perfume museum, and we said that we didn’t want to go inside, he didn’t protest at all and took us straight to the pyramids. All in all it was a great day! He even helped us getting to the airport a day later when we met him by accident, he drove us to the main road and ordered a taxi for us and made sure we arrived safely. He is a great guide and would definitely recommend!!

Mohammed is a great tour guide, friendly, great English, full of knowledge, and also allowed us some free time. If we didn’t want to stop we didn’t stop, he offered us alternative food option which was more suited for us. The tour also included a camel ride, my partner had hurt his back a few days prior riding a camel so Mohammed sorted us an alternative horse and carriage ride. We are travelling as a family of 4, and it was only us on the tour which was much better. I would definitely recommend booking with Mohammed, he made it a great day for us. Not only was Mohammed a great tour guide, he also helped us in getting a taxi to the airport a few days later. Uber didn’t offer a car big enough, and our hotel were very expensive so we contacted Mohammad and he sorted this for us and made to stress free. Thank you Mohammed!

Enjoyed our days in Egypt. Our guide Mohamed Samy Fayed showed us the antiquities and wonders of Egypt with great patience and knowledge. We visited the pyramids of Giza, Saqqara, Dasjoer with him. We also went to the desert and visited Wadi el hitan and the citadel, mosque and the Khan al kalili. Both the drivers and the guide were very good and helpful. Mohamed made our trip unforgettable. Firstly - if you’re planning to do anything in or around Cairo and the Giza complex, whether solo or in a group, you need a guide. Most importantly a guide will help deter the many vendors that will approach you, some of whom can be pretty persistent. But also a good guide will help you avoid being charged ‘tourist prices’ for everything. But more than that a good guide will help you get the most out of your experience, and that’s what I got with Mohamed Fayed. Mohamed really knows a lot about Egyptian history both ancient and modern, and this really added to the tours. He showed me around the Giza pyramids and Sphinx on day 1 and took me around Saqqara and Memphis on day 2. He was so helpful. There is a LOT to see on both tours and Mohamed helped streamline the visit, and also minimise our time in the sun - which is a real bonus if you’re as pale as I am! Mohamed also has a great sense of humour which really added to my enjoyment of the tour. And he knows where to get a really good falafel! Thank you Mohamed for helping make my visit so memorable.

Very nice genuine individual. He is very knowledgeable about egyptian history and current situations. We went to giza, saqqar, Memphis. We also visited body oil and papyrus shop. I was not pushed to buy anything. He even bought a sandwich for my son.

Our tour guide was really informative and knowledgeable about the archeological sites we visited the pyramids in saqqara and giza as well as the museum and surrounding areas of which the tour guide had thoroughly planned the visit which made it really enjoyable!

Great experience! Our guide Mohamed took us to very interesting places and explained it in detail without being boring. Careful about scammers around the pyramids, buy souvenirs at central city. I would rate this tour 10/10. We had the best food, very authentic and yummy ( around 30$) . I would definitely recommend this tour!!!!

We had an amazing private day tour with Mohamed! He is really a cool, funny and competent tour guide. We not only learned a lot about Egyptology but also about the country and Egyptian culture. He answered all our questions about whatever question. The tour was catered perfectly to our needs. We always felt safe and cared about, at the sights and in the car. He is very polite and looked after us in any situation so we were never bothered by vendors. I want to note that Mohamed offered us other services like a stop for shopping when we asked him about it but never pushed or tried to sell us anything. I would definitely hire him again as a guide.
